The article discusses the contemporary agrobotanical
illustration, as an integral part of scientific and educational
work. For the analysis of the issue, we set up
the basis of illustrative images, which acted as the
test material. It has been shown that visual images
serve as the material for the development of visual
thinking students are taught to read information,
which represents the worksheet, to think and to create
something new. The article considers art of graphics
pencil using a computer-drawing program with processing
in Photoshop. There are mixed techniques
(mixed media), based on the use of traditional drawing
and herbarium specimen, processed in Photoshop
in the color. Another new direction of contemporary
agroillustration is infographics. Its using in educational
and scientific process is determined by the fact
that infographics involves analytical processing of
quantitative data obtained during the experiment. On
the other hand, the data is needed to visualize, execute
and present. A new direction in contemporary
agro-botanical illustration is plant images taken with
X-rays. The modern level of requirements to create
images is high enough and it must be taken into account
when carrying out scientific experiments, when
it is necessary to demonstrate the object of research
results. Modern agroillustration can be processed
using various systems of artificial intelligence, pattern
recognition, for example, the system named
“Edos”
The article considers problems of the exchange of
information between teachers, students and
departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the
advantages and disadvantages of traditional
approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks.
The questions of placement of information to large
numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the
need to address issues related to the publication of
major events, administrative announcements of
educational institutions, which are visible to all users,
and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an
approach to the publication of the activities of the
individual system modules. The article shows a
mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the
ability to transmit information to two or more
recipients and to ensure the exchange of information
that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed
to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the
quality of the educational process, allowing rapid
exchange of information between staff, students and
departments of educational organization on the
example of the system "Social network educational
organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on
the specifics and needs of educational institutions,
which will allow rapid exchange between staff,
students and divisions (departments) educational
organization. The study analyzed data on the age of
users of the system over a period of 30 days
This article is dedicated to the specialties of extra

consideration
The article presents the possibilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment which can be used for conducting experimental research work. Computer experiment as a method of research serves to discover new knowledge, to test hypotheses, to involve students in the active process of learning new material. Freely-distributed GeoGebra's dynamic geometry environment which has a Russian version and a friendly interface that can be conveniently used both in classrooms and at home, is chosen as a computer technology for implementing a computer experiment. There are described possibilities of the tools used to implement the computer experiment. Among them are tools for detecting the metric and positional features of the object, obtaining information about the relationship between metric and positional features of objects, a parametrical task of changes of size, creation of experimental data tables. The experimental capabilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment are revealed by the examples of solving some elementary geometry problems about the simplest of polygons - a triangle that attracted the attention of both ancient scientists (Menelaus and others) and scientists who are closer to our time (Euler, Poncelet et al. ). Capabilities of the system for creating dynamic drawings, tables of experimental data and their application in conducting research work are demonstrated on the example of Menelaus' theorem presented in a more accessible form than in the textbook of geometry 10th -11th forms (authors L.S. Atanasyan, V. F. Butuzov, etc.)
The article deals with the formation of the didactic
competence of students at a pedagogical university in
the process of independent work. This article describes
some results of an empirical study on the formation of
the didactic competence of students at a pedagogical
university in the process of independent work
Collectivism is defined as a moral quality that
manifests itself in the sense of camaraderie, of
community responsibilities before him, the ability to
subordinate personal interests, if necessary by public.
This indicates that the processes of development of the
individual and the collective are inextricably linked to
each other. The development of the individual depends
on the development team, its level of development, the
existing structure it business and interpersonal
relationships. On the other hand, the activity of
children and adolescents, their level of physical and
mental development of their capabilities and the ability
to determine the strength and impact of educational
staff. Ultimately, the collective attitude expressed by
the brighter, the more active team members, the more
completely they use their individual abilities in the
collective life. But their abilities and inclinations
individual child may use and disclose in the sociocultural
animation, where all activities and is aimed at
this. Focus on individuality, free environment, the
discovery and the development of personal qualities
and skills, the formation of outlook implies a sociocultural
animation. The article discusses the technology
and the organization of socio-cultural animation, which
has a specific purpose - education of collectivism in
children and adolescents. Building animation
programs, preparatory work, the most important task,
and more used to create "animation product"
The article considers the experience of the
organization of research work with students at the
Department of Documentation and Information
Culture of Krasnodar State University of Culture and
Arts. The results of this activity were presented in the
article
In the article, we have considered the essence, the
structure, the components and the criteria of the
mastery of a student in the course of training in a
higher education institution
Every year on the seas, on average, up to 100 accidents
occur involving the loss of ships and men. A high proportion
of accidents exist for the ships of the Russian
Federation. Thus, in 2015, there were 72 emergency
cases and 86 sailors died. The reasons for the absolute
majority of emergency incidents with ships are unsatisfactory
technical condition of the ship; the errors and
omissions in the course of organizational and technological
activities related to the shipping industry; adverse
meteorological situation in the navigation area
and its negative impact on the ship; the negative effect
of the "human factor". The entry into force of a number
of international conventions, codes and resolutions of
the International Maritime organization (IMO) and
national legislative acts and normative documents related
to the safe operation of ships and prevention of
pollution of the aquatic environment certainly contributes
to the resolution of these problems. However, the
widespread reduction in the size of crews increased the
load on the navigation composition, and this circumstance
sometimes becomes fatal to ship and crew. In
case of death of the ship, the sailors can escape with the
help of individual and collective rescue means. For this
purpose, in accordance with the IMO requirements and
curricula, the future command structure of the transport
vessels undergoing special training in the Maritime
training institutes with the Coastal training centers
(BUTTS), and receive appropriate certificates confirming
their theoretical and practical training. The article
analyzes the conventional process of preparation of the
students to act in emergency situations, the ability to
apply individual and collective rescue means to manage
the duty and lifeboat and life raft, to organize the survival
of the people on the rescue means at sea
Collectivism is a sense of solidarity with a group,
self-awareness a part of it, the willingness to act in
favor of the group and society. Fostering
collectivism in childhood and adolescence teams
achieved in various ways and means: the
organization of cooperation and mutual aid in
study, work, social work; joint participation of
children and adolescents in cultural and sporting
events; bringing perspectives of the guys in front of
prospects (performance targets) and joint
participation in their implementation; the
revitalization of children's and youth public
organizations. Some of these ways and means may
be combined under one name, socio-cultural
animation. Socio-cultural animation is an effective
teaching method in the education of the younger
generation, its focus on individuality, free
environment , discovery and development of
personal qualities and skills, the formation of
worldview can be traced in pedagogy. The article
discusses the pedagogical aspect of the impact of
socio-cultural animation, organized in conditions of
free communication, encourages meaningful
exchange of cultural wealth, forming esthetic
attitude towards reality, mastering wide range of
special knowledge, expertise and skills. These
activities contribute to the emotional development
of children and adolescents, causing a feeling of
collective empathy, compassion, sharing feelings
of emotional and moral atmosphere and its cocreation
