One of contemporary challenge at the educational system is a need to develop new methods and approaches enhancing quality of graduates. Transformations in our country towards market economy make us to compete with own products not only at the level of enterprises, but educational institutions as well. The article shows that the elements of the Theory of Automation are applicable to the quality analysis of the accomplishment of graduates. Issuing of latest regulation documents also supports this hypothesis and encourages the further development of mentioned methodology. In the article, special attention is paid to the funds of assessment tools because of their quality depends on the adequacy and accuracy of the information received further action of the education system. It is also shown that it is necessary to create a situation in which the student can demonstrate skills obtained, which can manifest itself not only in the classroom. Individual competence may appear in extracurricular activities, and evaluate their means can not only leading teachers, and supervisors in the dormitories, responsible for educational work, SRWS leaders, heads of educational and industrial practices, etc. The article describes the method of calculating the total level of formation of competence

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN OF NAVY MEN FORMATION READY TO STAND AGAINST PIRATES AND TERRORIST AT SEA

Under present-day conditions, coalition of states, including Russian Federation has its warships performing safe navigation objectives and cargo vessel convoy escorting in areas under threat of pirates in accordance with UN resolution. Preparation of Navy ships that perform combat duty missions in areas of high piracy activity in order to protect cargo vessels involves not only solving of manning and logistics problems, but also targeted formation of highly qualified Navy men always ready to successful implementation of such specific tasks. Such organizational and educational activities should be managed with the use of Instructional design of the military-pedagogical process. Instructional Design is an objective necessity for the development of the subject's military-pedagogy, educational activity of the projective imagination, thinking, effective course of action. The author refers to this Instructional design to form Navy men ready to stand against pirates and terrorist at sea as a phenomenon that combines educational theory with innovative practice and targeted at comprehensive training of warship personnel to perform its duties. The article justifies the target programme to form Navy men ready to counter pirates and terrorists at sea. The programme contains six separate and interconnected modules with topics, providing crew members with the necessary knowledge and skills to form a high-level of readiness for upcoming professional military activities at sea

In this article, we examine questions about realization of interdisciplinary connections in the process of teaching of mathematics the students of economic specialties. Taking into account the circumstance that economic specialties are integrating information from mathematical, natural, humanitarian and socioeconomic disciplines, going near the selection of maintenance of course of mathematics must be oriented to the mathematical apparatus for all cycles forming certain abilities and skills. Thus, in the process of teaching mathematics we have to emphasize the necessity of maintenance of "vertical" connections in a course mathematics, marking that maintenance of flat rate of mathematics can not be certain from the cleanly pragmatic point of view, based only on the specific of future specialty of studying, without the account of internal logic of mathematics, id est., from a course mathematicians we must not eliminate questions and divisions, not having a direct professional orientation, but providing internal subject connections or the logic of the discipline. Accordance to the criterion of internal subject integrity means, that maintenance of the course of mathematics will not grow into totality of fragmentary information necessary for the special preparation, and will possess necessary plenitude, logical uncontradiction and sequence. On the other hand, it is necessary to accent attention on the study of the different processes and phenomena, lighted up in general professional disciplines, as studying of all these questions must be of the ponderable use in the professional becoming of future specialist, i.e. the special importance is acquired by interdisciplinary integration connections at the level of which the applied professional orientation of the studied material comes true

INTERNET ADDICTION - ONE OF THE MOST PRESSING PROBLEMS OF OUR TIME

This article observes the distribution of Internet addiction in the Russian Federation. The special attention is paid to the concept of the Internet addiction, its symptoms, signs and typology. The authors of the article give the examples of the organization of prevention of this type of addiction in the Kursk region: conducting lectures, seminars, practical works, trainings, round tables, conferences and other events on information security for all participants in the educational process, including the use of distance technologies; the organization of advanced training courses for specialists of the institutions of social service including, questions of rendering the psychological and pedagogical assistance to families with children with the Internet addiction; carrying out informational education of specialists of agencies of guardianship and guardianship of municipal areas and city districts on protection of children from the information harmful to their health and development; development for teachers of guidelines on the issue of information security of students, course information for parents to protect children from the spread of harmful information to them; changes in training programs for all categories of trainees concerning issues of information security measures, the problems of safe behavior in the information and telecommunication network called "Internet"

LEVEL CONTROL METHODS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF ACTIVITY-BASICS LEARNING IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the evaluation means of formation of professional competence, provided by traditional and innovative methods of control. The main differences between competence, knowledge and skills are examined. It expands one of the major challenges of high school, which consists in bridging the gap between "Knowledge" paradigm of teaching content and professionally meaningful results. We describe the changes that have occurred after the transfer of knowledge and skills approach to competence, manifested in the shift from learning content to the results of the training activity. Also the differences between the Federal state educational standards of different generations are considered in detail. The article deals with the system-activity approach as the basis of Federal state educational standard of higher education and its effectiveness in the implementation of the goals established by the standard. Also the main components of the educational process which have their own characteristics in the system-activity approach are discussed in detail. It is about teaching methods that can be applied within the framework of the components described for the formation of various professional competences. Particular attention is paid to control, description of various innovative control methods that help evaluate the level of professional competence development. The analysis described training methods and control methods which allowed revealing which methods of control are able to assess the level of professional competence.
