The article presents a historical survey and a theoretical analysis of research approaches to the conception of destructive leadership. Relying on the results of the analysis, the author arrives at a conclusion that in most studies the reasons and the peculiarities of destructive leadership are related to the individual and personal characteristics of the leader, while psychosocial factors causing the appearance and development of destructive leadership are not given enough consideration. The article also presents the definition and typology of destructive leadership in small groups
The article is devoted to the actual problem of social psychology - joint activity in small groups of young people and conditions of its productivity. Historical and psychological, methodological and empirical prob-lems of socio-psychological research of orientation (prevenient part of joint activity), which provide pro-ductivity of joint activity, were analyzed in the article. The prevenient part of joint activity is considered as a component of the structure of joint activity. As the result of empirical research, the general problem of orientation and its’ influence on effectiveness of activ-ity were brought to light.

In the article, psychology of sex and gender psychology are considered. The process of negotiating from a position of the personality is considered, taking into account the peculiarities of activity of women and men. Psychological phenomenology of the behavior, understanding and experiences of men and women in the negotiation process, depending on what sex their opponent is, is empirically investigated. It is shown that the sex of the person of negotiations and the sex of his opponent in the negotiations affect the activity of the individual. It has been determined that the man is more desirable and more effective opponent negotiator
