The article presents results of a comparative study of
the experimental groups of Holstein animals
belonging to the Reflection Sovering line: four groups
of repair calves and four groups of bull-calves. The
peculiarities of their growth and development were
studied at higher daily rates of drinking milk and early
training of experimental animals to plant feeds with a
probiotic supplement of cellobacterins in the milk
period. The technology of growing the animals of the
experimental groups had differences: I-control group -
up to 6 months of age was grown according to the
traditional technology for farming: 200 kg of milk (for
50 days) and 400 kg of return (from 50 to 110 days),
concentrated feeds consisted of starter feed (50%)
and (50%) maize, the same amount of concentrated
feed and the same composition was obtained by
calves from experimental groups; II-test group - up to
6 months of age received an increased amount of milk
(for 25 days) - 200 kg and 400 kg of return (from 25
to 60 days); animals of the III-rd experimental group
- up to 6-month-old age received an increased rate of
milk drinking (for 50 days) - 450 kg and return (from
50 to 110 days): heifers - 600, bulls -800kg. Animals
of the IV-experimental group-up to 6 months of agereceived
an increased rate of milking (for 60 days) -
450 kg and return (from 60 to 120 days): heifers -
600, bulls -800 kg. The calves of all experimental
groups were fed a probiotic preparation of
cellobacterin in an amount of 3 g for each animal up to 18 months of age. The live weight changed
significantly depending on the age and the level of
feeding of the experimental animals. The use in the
feeding of calves of experimental groups of increased
daily average milk yields and the addition of a
probiotic to cellobacterin in the diet positively
influenced the growth and development of
experimental young animals, promoted a more
intensive increase in live weight
This article is devoted to a comprehensive survey of parasitocenosis in 5 peasant farms content 1156 birds, 8 species of chickens, the minimum number in a separate farm was -26 birds, maximum -535. This is the first publication in which the material on helminthocenosis is presented as an integral part of parasitocenosis of individual bird species (intensity of infestation, extensiveness of infestation, associative groupings). The rest of the material on mites, puffers, and bloodsuckers, coccidia, histomonads, microfauna, will be presented in the next publications
14 January 2019 at the website of the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation http://vak.ed.gov.ru/87 the information appeared: "About refining of scientific specialties and their respective fields of science where publications are included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications, where basic scientific results of dissertations on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of Sciences, on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of Sciences must be published ". It is reported that according to the recommendation of the HAC for other publications included in the List of groups of scientific specialties, the work on refining scientific specialties and branches of science will be continued in 2019. This work is a continuation of the author's series of works on cognitive linguistics. It offers innovative intelligent technology to automate the solution of the problem formulated by the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation above. With the use of the automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its programmatic toolkit which is intellectual system called "Eidos" directly on the basis of official texts of passports of scientific specialties of the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, there were established their semantic kernels, and then, implemented the automatic classification of scientific texts (articles, monographs, textbooks, etc.) on the specialties and groups of specialties of the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation. Traditionally, this task is solved by dissertation councils, as well as editorial boards of scientific publications, i.e. by experts, on the basis of expert assessments, in an informal way, on the basis of experience, intuition and professional competence. However, the traditional approach has a number of serious drawbacks that impose significant limitations on the quality and volume of analysis. Therefore, the efforts of researchers and developers to overcome these limitations are relevant. Currently, there are all grounds to consider these restrictions as unacceptable, because they are not only necessary, but also quite possible to overcome. Thus, there is a problem, the solution of which is the subject of consideration in this article. A detailed numerical example of solving the problem on real data is given as well
The embryo passes a number of the stages caused by high-quality structural changes in development and following them growth periods. The periods of change of development for the periods of growth are critical and are most sensitive to influence of external factors. The developed differentiated mode provides sharp temperature increase of incubation in the critical periods of development of an embryo. High temperature at separate stages of an incubation has displaced metabolic processes of the developing embryo towards lipidic exchange, at the same time the cholesterol indicator in blood of skilled chickens has grown more than twice, and level alkaline phosphatase by 2,5 times. Synchronization of the hatching was reached due to reduction of the periods embryonic and output on about 10-12 of hours. Operating an embryogenesis in the period of incubation there is an opportunity to influence the level of productional processes of chickens during the post-embryonic period, average daily gains of live weight at cultivation of broilers increase on average by 5-7%
Relative to the emergence and wide extension of an antibiotic resistance in infectious agents of animal infectious diseases, the particularly important assessment increases over change of sensitivity of various groups of microorganisms to anti-infective drugs. Results of studying antibiotic sensitivity of the enterobacteria isolated from an intestine of sick calves, and dynamics of its change within three years are presented in article. Results of the research demonstrate prevalence of resistance to the majority of anti-infective drugs (AID) among the Enterobacteriaceae isolates emitted from calfs. To chloramphenicol, neomycin and streptomycin from 100% of isolates E. coli, Proteus, Enterobacter, Morganella, Citrobacter were sensitivity. From AID of group of aminoglycosides gentamycin, from group of quinolones – enrofloxacin was the most effective. The good sensitivity to a polymyxin was shown to 80 % of isolates E. coli, Citrobacter spp., Klebsiella spp. It was established that 66,7 % of E. coli isolates, 57,1 % of Enterobacter spp., 75 % of Morganella, 60 % of Edwardsiella, 42,9 % of Citrobacter spp., allocated from sick calfs, has fastness to 7 AID. At the same time to other AID of a series the appreciable number of multiresistant strains shows weak sensitivity. The tendency of augmentation of number of antibiotic resistance isolates to AID which are widely applied in veterinary practice as time passed. High frequency of the combined resistance to traditionally used antibiotic drugs – to kanamycin (up to 80 %), to tetracycline (up to 85 %) and to chloramphenicol (up to 8 3%) testifies to need of obligatory test for sensitivity to AID before their use
The article is devoted to the use of automated system-cognitive analysis for the study of probiotics for the growth of bulls. Moreover, as growth indicators we have not used live weight, but indices characterizing the shape and proportions of the body of animals. A detailed numerical example of solving the problem using real data is given
Pasteurella multocida is an important respiratory pathogen of cattle. OmpH Protein is a major protective antigen of bacteria has been well studied in avian strains. In the literature there are no data available for the study of a variety of sequence of this protein among isolates with cattle respiratory pathology. There have been described several genes associated with the virulence of the bacterium in respiratory disease of cattle, but none of the authors compared the frequency of detection of these genes with the pathogenicity for laboratory animals. The aim of our study was the development of allele-specific PCR to determine Omph-types of Pasteurella multocida and the search for new approaches to assess the pathogenicity of isolates of bacteria. Total amount of 83 isolates allocated from the lungs of calves with respiratory pathology was investigated. All isolates belonged to groups A or D (isolates 63 and 20, respectively). Among isolates of capsular serogroup A we revealed 6 types, most propagation types were A1 and A2. All isolates of capsular serogroup D were one omph- type. In 16 out of 23 farms there were identified isolates of only one omph-type, 4 - 2 types, 3 - three types. The frequency of gene hgbb - hemoglobin binding protein correlated with pathogenicity of isolates for white mice. The developed allele-specific PCR along with hgbb gene detection can be used for screening and studying the properties of antigen and circulating pathogenic isolates and selecting a candidate vaccine strains
One of the most widespread infections affecting newborn pigs is colibacillosis. The set of factors contributes to the development of this disease: non-compliance with elementary veterinary health regulations of conducting pig-breeding, an error in technologies of contents and feeding, stressful situations, and as a result, emergence of the specific factors contributing to illness emergence (dysbacterioses, activation of conditionally pathogenic microflora). In addition, not always specific prophylaxis of colibacillosis is in due time and successfully carried out that is generally bound to disharmony of antigenic composition vaccine drug and originator of the pathogenic potential. In this connection, use of new agents and ways of improvement of prophylaxis of colibacillosis for pigs is represented a current problem in veterinary medicine. The purpose of this work was studying diffusion of colibacillosis among bacterial infections of pigs and establishment preventive efficiency of colibacillosis anatoxin at vaccination the pregnant pigs. Dispersal of colibacillosis was studied in a complex with use the epizootological, anamnestic, clinical, pathologicoanatomic, bacteriological methods of research and also on basis materials the veterinary reports of economy. Allocation of microorganisms was carried out with use differential and diagnostic, selective mediums, identification − with use of traditional methods of bacteriological diagnostics, on the basis cultural, the tinktorial and biochemical properties. Researches showed what colibacillosis at pigs is registered in 37,5-51,4% of cases and wins first place among infections of pigs of a bacterial etiology. When studying efficiency prophylaxis of colibacillosis with bacterination use the pregnant pigs anatoxin containing three types inactivated by formalin exotoxins of the Escherichia coli, have established decrease in indicators of incidence and lethality also high safety of pigs (96%) concerning Escherichia coli
Antibacterial chemotherapeutic drugs, which include antibiotics and synthetic antimicrobial agents, are widely used in veterinary medicine for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by microorganisms. Antibacterial agents can be classified by type of action and chemical structure. It is also known that when several drugs are used in combination with each other, they interact within the body with each other, which can lead to strengthening or weakening of their action. For these reasons, it is of scientific and practical interest to develop a classification of antibiotics by their characteristics and principle of action (task 1), as well as by mutual compatibility (task 2). The article solves these problems using a new method of agglomerative cognitive clustering, implemented in automated system-cognitive analysis (ASK-analysis). This method of clustering has a number of advantages over the known traditional methods of clustering. These advantages allow us to obtain clustering results that are understandable to specialists and amenable to meaningful interpretation, which are well consistent with the experts ' assessments, their experience and intuitive expectations, which is often a problem for classical clustering methods. The article provides detailed numerical examples of solving two problems. The universal automated system called "Eidos", which is a tool of ASK-analysis, is in full open access on the author's website: http://lc.kubagro.ru/aidos/_Aidos-X.htm. Numerical examples of solving veterinary problems with the use of artificial intelligence technologies are placed as cloud Eidos-applications and are available to everyone
