The purpose of the article is an examination of plus trees clones based on growth study in the seed orchard. The studied clones differ with the characteristics of growth. The perspective clones were selected by using an integrated examination
In order to obtain fortified feed additives and malt the use of activated water solutions was studied
Agricultural use leads to a significant transformation of soils. The first to use the soil for cultivation react most sensitive biological indicators. The purpose of the study - to establish the effect of using the brown forest soils for planting apple orchards for their biological activity, in particular on the humus content, enzyme activity (catalase and dehydrogenase). For the control, we have selected forest area adjacent to arable land. Because of violations of the natural vegetation, there are changes in hydrothermal conditions of the soil. Humidity soil plowed off under forest, while temperatures gets considerably higher. Plowing, compared with the control, revealed significant loss of humus (50%) in the upper most disturbed horizons. In the lower horizons of the values of this index were quite low (1.5%) on all sections of the test. The decline in humus content, as well as overheating and draining soil tillage results in a change of enzymatic activity not only in the surface layers, but also in the whole profile. Due to the movement of the most favorable hydrothermal conditions in the underlying horizons, an increase of enzyme activity over control values in the deeper layers of the soil. The article shows a possibility of the use of biological indicators as indicators of changes in the brown forest soils as a result of agricultural use
Illustration is an important part of scientific work and educational process. They help us understand studying material and see the different connection among things. The different types of illustration were analyzed and we also demonstrated illustrations in scientific world, education materials and the role of abstraction in scientific illustration
During cultivation in the glucose-mineral medium, Escherichia coli M-17, O75, № 14 and VL 613 and Salmonella enteritidis excrete amino acids, their composition and dynamics depend on the species and the strain identity. The total concentration of the ami-no acids for probiotic strains was higher than oppor-tunistic. Comparative analysis of the amino acids to their ability to influence the growth of bacteria, sug-gests that amino acids are carry out certain regulatory functions
The efficiency of using of organic iodine and selenium as a part of a new “IODDAR-Zn” fodder additive and DAFS-25 preparation in goats feeding from the point of view of increasing quality of milk and dairy products is proved in the article. The technology of production of new dry sour-milk bioproduct from the goat milk, intended for children, is presented
In the article, with a descriptive method and a method of analysis and synthesis, we have conducted a study of species diversity of Lagenaria on the basis of a miniature sculpture of netsuke. In Japan and China, in the period from the 17th to the 20th century, the most common was 9 species. The biological peculiarities of
some rare species of lagenaria has been described
The influence of exogenous form of heavy metals intake on their transformation in the soil is determined during the model experiment. Distinctions in quantity of extracted mobile compounds of heavy metals in the soil depending on a form of addition various connections of Cu and Zn are established. The smallest mobility of Cu and Zn at addition of heavy metal oxides is observed. It is established that Cu accumulates mainly in the fraction connected with organic matter, Zn accumulates in residual fraction and in the fraction connected with ferric oxide and manganese oxide by consecutive fractionation technique
The influence is shown for the race of yeasts to the dynamics of the fermentation of grape must, the composition of organic acids and aromatic of components. The races, which ensure obtaining high-quality winemakings material are presented
The article discusses agro-botanical illustration of hand fans painting as an independent resource of visual information on the history of culture of introduction, distribution, species diversity and plant breeding. We have reviewed the history of the fan and the causes of widespread of fans and the respective painting plants. The article shows the different trends in the filing of a visual image in the fan art: from accurate, detailed drawing of the image, until smooth, blurred contours, made in the "boneless" or "acyclic" technique. On the example of pumpkins, lagenaria, soybeans, corn, flowers, namely asters and peonies we have shown various aspects of breeding and agronomic work for several centuries. The article uses the method of visual analysis as a tool for collection and analysis of data on breeding and introduction of a number of crops on the example of specific crops, particularly soybeans. The analysis includes a description of morphotypes, area of origin, distribution, physiology, individual characteristics, and insects found in the ecological niche. It is noted that visual analysis can be successfully applied in the study of varietal diversity of a number of flower crops: asters, peonies, chrysanthemums, and some fruits and vegetables
