It is known, that the development of fundamental and
applied sciences, besides research institutes, are the
universities. Integration of scientific researches of
higher school into production occurs in many forms
and can be largely determined by the quality of the
training, including defense of thesis, research and
teaching staff of the university. The article criticized
the Ministry of education and science of the Russian
Federation, and the higher attestation Commission of
Russian Academy of Sciences aimed at improving the
quality of work of dissertation councils and of the
level of theses, based on the optimization of the
network of dissertation councils, including their union,
raising the level of members of dissertation councils.
We have suggested a number of measures and specific
requirements for the content of dissertations and
supervisors of theses, official opponents of the thesis
councils and their members, employees of the HAC.
Introduction of considered proposals concerning
increasing the level of theses into practice of work of
dissertation councils, one set of measures will allow to
optimize the network of dissertation councils and to
improve the quality of their work

with emphasis on its ability to self-development, but
rather, on professional and personal self-development.
This work discusses the following areas that
characterize the professional and personal selfdevelopment
of future teachers of mathematics: the
organization of the educational process with a strong
orientation to future teachers of mathematics;
integration of educational technologies of selfdevelopment
of personality of students – future
teachers of mathematics, aimed at formation of skills
of independent educational activity, ability to selfeducation;
formation of professional communicative
competence of future mathematics teachers both
through traditional means of communication in the
educational process, and through remote (computermediated
communication); the actualization of
reflexivity of personality of future teacher of
mathematics; the development of the requirement of
motivational sphere, based on professional motives
and interests, willingness to self-improvement in
professional activity. It is shown that the process of
professional and personal self-development of future
teacher of mathematics in the educational process of a
university will be efficient if all of these areas will
manifest themselves together, inseparable from each
other
The article highlights the issues of preparation of college graduates to the profession, to a market economy and the labor market; economic and social integration of young people includes the formation of professional qualities, commitment to quality work, a positive attitude to the changes in the production, teamwork, entrepreneurial development abilities, initiative and responsibility. The authors attempt to formulate the basic contradictions and problems of implementation of studio concepts of sustainable development of tourist destinations in the system of professional tourist formation. Sustainable development of tourist destinations is a precondition of modern tourism. To ensure the sustainable development of tourist destinations it is necessary to look for innovative concepts and technologies, effective in modern socio-cultural, political and economic conditions. One of these concepts is a concept of sustainable development studio and scientific tourist expedition, which methods are based primarily on cultural and natural heritage destination, on its cultural and historical potential and spiritual values. The main method of the studio in work wirh a tourist destination is a scientific expedition tourism. The introduction of such concepts in vocational tourist education could serve as a pillar of sustainable development of international tourism. However, there are a number of problems to introduce the concept in a system of professional tourist formation reflected in the article. The authors generated recommendations related to the theoretical and practical models of underdevelopment of vocational training of students of tourist high schools to implement studio concepts of the development of tourist destinations on the basis of the studio and UNESCO and scientific expedition tourism

As a methodological approach to the assessment of the quality and the productivity of the Russian education of the school students there is a comparison of the modern level of the gained knowledge, the school training inherent and the education of the citizens in this or that system, with the examples of the outstanding educated people of Russia, the whole world and the best practicians of the foreign countries. The author represents the paradox of a combination of the unity of the requirements at the delivery of the state examination, the high level of the formalization, the importance of the administration with the extreme degree of the variability of the training programs for the school students and the lack of the quality standards of the teaching practice. On the basis of the analysis and the generalizations, the author has drown the essential, the significant conclusions for the Russian society about the need of the accounting of the families interests of the indigenous people for the receiving the state educational services of the appropriate quality in the conditions of the formation of the considerable part of the contingent of the school students and the teachers at the expense of the migrants and immigrants. On the examples of textbooks on the Russian language, literature, social science, history, geography and biology the contradiction reveals between the religious approaches, on the one hand, and the atheistic approaches, on the other hand. Due to the revealed contradictions the irrational questions have to be considered more seriously in the training materials for the school students and the formation of the more mature spiritual and moral outlook of the whole nation
The article considers illustrative images of plants on the postage stamps as a resource of information of agronomy history. We have shown the technology of education process. The first is the creation of the images base; the second are analysis, comparison, interpretation and search of new information. The method of sketches as the basis of the iconography of plants images was presented in this work. Analysis of the images allowed identifying several thematic blocks. Agriculture, growing in the country, the history of the plants spread, the technology of processing, product export and promotion of agronomic knowledge through agricultural exhibitions. Object of the analysis is a postage stamp. Stamps reflect the whole life of people, their history and modernity, environment, agriculture, science, culture and art. A stamp is a kind of "business card", it is a witness of the era. The main idea of the base images is receiving new knowledge about an object by collecting images, visual analysis, searching for information and studying material; in fact, it is a new approach to obtaining new knowledge, motivated and exciting approach to receive scientific information. Created database of images on the history of agronomy on the basis of stamps allows to use them actively in the learning process, and may be used as the individual topics for researches

works of Makarenko, we can say that the education
of children and youth in the spirit of collectivism -
it is much more difficult and problematic than
nurture and "feed" selfish. However, the results of
education in the community and across the team
will be much more positive and productive for
society as a whole. Thus, there is no losing
personality of each individual, but on the contrary,
there is an opening and development of the abilities

The article is examined the process of education as the
basic instrument of forming students’ personality
according to their abilities and needs in the conditions
of modern educational paradigm. The article also
examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of
the process of education by means of its optimization.
The analysis of the process of optimization from the
position of different educational paradigms has been
conducted. The principles of education’s optimization
are described; the principle of optimality is marked
out. The pedagogical conditions, which optimize the
process of education, are defined. In the article, it is
also told about such sections as pedagogical
ergonomics and valueology. The criterion of taking
into account of sanitary and hygienic norms in the
process of education as one of the effective ways of
increasing its efficiency is considered and analyzed.
The criteria of optimality in determining the level of
efficiency of the process of education are marked out,
which are necessary for creating favorable conditions
of the process of optimization, the principles of
optimization of teaching and educational process are
designated. Within the research, certain principles and
rules of the procedure are offered. The maintenance of
them influences positively success of application of the

The development of political, military and economic strength of the Russian Federation is impossible without the development of patriotism in the public areas of educational activities and patriotic work aimed at enhancing patriotic education of youth, including sea cadets’ universities. In this regard, some positive experience of great-power patriotic education of students and midshipmen of the epoch of Peter the Great and the whole period of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union is of great interest for modern educational theory and practice, education modern fleet of youth in the spirit of selfless love for the Fatherland, its history and traditions. The author of this article starts from considering of patriotism to the state as a high sense of citizens’ love to their country, as well as awareness of their civil, professional and military duty in front of the government and its people. In the article, relying on domestic research and scientific publication we analyze the process of formation of sea education in Russia, as well as the genesis of the idea of patriotism and the state system of public-patriotic education of students of maritime educational institutions. It has been established that the state patriotism and state-patriotic education as a pedagogical problem at all times have presupposed the formation of the students on the basis of the patriotic ideal state-patriotic consciousness, outlook, position, state-patriotic behavior based on high patriotic feelings and beliefs. This area has always occupied a special place in the spiritual life of society, in pedagogical science and practice. The analysis allowed us setting specific stages of the development of the idea of patriotism, state-patriotism education in the maritime training institutions of Russia, as well as showing the real system of educational influence for each stage
