METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE DATABASE BASED ON THE ICONOGRAPHY OF PLANTS

The article considers methodological approaches to creating a database of the agricultural crops iconography. At present time, involving in the educational and scientific process the artistic works, as a resource of visual information, becomes a very actual and even indispensable tool for the formation of new knowledge about cultivated plants. The work deals with iconography as a system of images of certain subjects and characters presented in painting, ceramics, mosaic, sculpture, tapestry, murals, stamps, postcards, posters, labels, photos giving information about this or that agricultural plant. Electronic databases are the kind of information portal with visual images. Databases for the iconography of agricultural plants are successfully used in the scientific process, because exist the e evidence of changes in plants under the influence of scientific selection, the search for rare and ancient genotypes. Any source of information contains only a certain set of information, far from exhausting existing points of view, statistical data, analytical calculations relating directly or indirectly to this topic. Due to this circumstance, there is a need to search for new forms of information that can be successfully implemented in the iconography of the image of agricultural plants. The creation of electronic databases includes several stages. Development of the database structure. One of major problems of our society at the modern stage of development of Russia is patriotic education of all population. Our state, our authorities began to pay special attention to this problem during last years. The adoption of a series of important laws and other legal acts related to Patriotic activities is a clear confirmation. In this regard, we can observe an intensification of the scientific community, making their worthy contribution to the study of the problem of patriotism, searching the new ways of effective organization of educational work with citizens of Russia. According to the authors, one of the most modern and efficient ways of effective educational impact on the youth can be software support of the process of Patriotic education. Nowadays, this direction in the pedagogical science is given great attention. Most researchers consider software maintenance as a pedagogical method, which provides creation of favorable conditions under which the subject development will be able to make the best decision in different situations of life choices. USAGE OF EXPERIENCE OF POLISH SCHOOLS IN THE MATTER OF LIFE SAFETY IN THE TRAINING PROCESS OF INTENDING TEACHERS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY

The author of the article compares native and foreign approaches to teachers’ of health and safety training and specifically to their realization in the republic of Poland. Acquired experience and data are applied by the author of the investigation for teaching the health and safety discipline; they are explored and used in realization of teaching courses of health and safety. The prime object of the discipline is to provide students with information in the aspect of safety and to form the conduct in real extreme conditions, being in habit of preventing risks, to equip them with information about risks of modern life. Students also must be able to feel confident in quite a deep field, that is: framework of civil protection, rules of behavior in case of risk, first-aid treatment in case of emergency, protection from various threats, debridement and sanitary, warning others of danger. In graduate classes of secondary school we observe understanding of the structure of national defense, compliance with obligations in the area of defense by authorities and citizens, threats in peacetime and in the war-time. Essential principles of an elective course in health and safety for graduate classes in schools and gymnasiums are peace maintaining, cooperation and unification of countries as a guaranty of safety, factors of ecological risks, International Humanitarian Law. Having conducted a detailed analysis of curriculums in health and safety in Poland, the author draws a conclusion that it is largely alike the realized Russian one

Family, being a cell of society, have always had a point in the life of every its member. Its role is not only birth of new citizens, but also education of them, socialization of teenagers, preparing for adult life, Motherland, statement. The role of the family in education of teenagers is more important as forming patriots, decent citizens, active and conscious participators of development of economical and protective country’s power, preparing to take part in country’s protection with weaponry from any aggressors and until all his defeat. Changes that became in the country demand active including of family, parents, brothers and sisters to process of forming leader qualities and properties, leader conscience and mind, leader position, readiness for leader activity. Important component in work of family with future leaders is supporting a tightly link with educational centers, society’s organizations, Kazakh society. The role of family in education of children as future leaders, education between them as leader qualities as responsibility, honesty, communication, competition, business, deceiving, demanding etc, is analyzed in this article with supporting of patriotic teacher’s and psychologist’s works. During the long period of the time along with the penetration into this sphere of the poorly prepared staff which held by the force the key posts for achieving super income there was created a discrimination approach in relation to the professional environment. The changing of the criteria for the Russian universities evaluation is not accompanied by the significant changes in the conditions of the university employees remuneration currently receiving less than the schoolteachers. The article discusses two criteria for the evaluating of the universities efficiency in Russia (publications in the Scopus and eLIBRARY.RU) and the recommendations to ensure the equality of the access of Russian citizens to these databases. The conclusion is drawn that the indicators of printing activity in the SCIENCE INDEX (eLIBRARY.ru) need the further substantial adjustment. Instead of three, in fact not very significant, the indicators of the Hirsh index – the general, without the self-citing and calculated only by articles, it is expedient to keep the account of the importance of a personal factor of the author – the Hirsh individual index (citing the handiworks presented without co-authors), Hirsh's index of books (not just the article) and Hirsh index of the citing in the theses as the complete scientific works, according to the formal requirements to them (and again – not only in the articles)

ETHNO-CULTURAL CONTEXT OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESIONAL CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE REPUBLIC OF MALI

The article focuses on the problem of formation of professional culture of the future teachers in the Republic of Mali, which is due to the current sociocultural configuration. In this regard, there is a need for preparing competent teachers,who are able not only to operate in a multiethnic environment, but also to combine national and international interests. Ethno-cultural values are the basis for the formation of personal and professional culture of the future teacher, they regulate teaching activities. The article defines the concepts of "ethno-cultural context", "ethno-cultural values" and describes the ethnic and linguistic composition of the Malian population. It examines in detail the nature, content and meaning of some important ethno-cultural pedagogical values that make up a solid foundation on which the life of Malian society is built. These values include "Sanankuya" or joking relationships,"Diatigiya" or hospitality, "The sense of family", "Responsible solidarity","Due respect to the elders, elderly and the disabled people," "Honor and dignity", "Patriotism and devotion" etc. The author concludes that the inclusion of ethno-cultural component in the educational process of preparing future teachers will help to introduce them to the national cultural values and therefore to therefore to maintain the cultural identity

WAYS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AMONG STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC DEPARTMENTS

One of the factors for economic stabilization and growth of the industrial production index is appearing young high quality trained professionals in prior areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. Every year the state spends huge financial resources to ensure the budget places for the Russian economy demanded specialties and departments of universities. However, as shown by monitoring carried out at different levels, about 75% of graduates are not able to integrate into the production process for various reasons In connection with the vector of strategies of modern education reforms should be the creation of prerequisites and conditions for the effectiveness of the system based on a comprehensive implementation of innovative mechanisms of organizational and economic activity of educational institutions. As well as the reduction and, in the future, complete elimination of the gap between the needs of the economy to a qualitatively trained staff and modern system of vocational education. This article discusses issues related to the conditions for the training of qualified personnel for the regional economy in the current conditions, the main ways of integration of young highly qualified specialists in various industry sectors. This is possible with the implementation mechanisms of public-private partnerships in education, which allows combining the interests of universities, large and medium-sized businesses, and in the future accession and small businesses. We determined priority directions and synergistic interaction and the cluster approach to public policy, business and university towards the restoration of the lost positions "nurturing" human capacity for the relevant quality criteria demands of employers, focused not only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical experience of the high school graduate

The article proves the impossibility of interaction of scientific work with educational process to prepare highly qualified specialists, who would be able to solve industrial problems and develop the economy of the country. The scientific results are indicative of the level of qualification of teaching staff, which affects the quality of students. The article defines the structural relationship and the content of the organizational activities of scientific and educational departments of the University, the departments and the deans of faculties. They are aimed at improving the quality of recruitment and training of students, informing about the achievements of the University, establishment of links between companies and organizations interested in the results of scientific research of the University and its graduates.
