The article is devoted to the evaluation means of
formation of professional competence, provided by
traditional and innovative methods of control. The
main differences between competence, knowledge and
skills are examined. It expands one of the major
challenges of high school, which consists in bridging
the gap between "Knowledge" paradigm of teaching
content and professionally meaningful results. We
describe the changes that have occurred after the
transfer of knowledge and skills approach to
competence, manifested in the shift from learning
content to the results of the training activity. Also the
differences between the Federal state educational
standards of different generations are considered in
detail. The article deals with the system-activity
approach as the basis of Federal state educational
standard of higher education and its effectiveness in
the implementation of the goals established by the
standard. Also the main components of the educational
process which have their own characteristics in the
system-activity approach are discussed in detail. It is
about teaching methods that can be applied within the
framework of the components described for the
formation of various professional competences.

The article considers illustrative images of plants on the postage stamps as a resource of information of agronomy history. We have shown the technology of education process. The first is the creation of the images base; the second are analysis, comparison, interpretation and search of new information. The method of sketches as the basis of the iconography of plants images was presented in this work. Analysis of the images allowed identifying several thematic blocks. Agriculture, growing in the country, the history of the plants spread, the technology of processing, product export and promotion of agronomic knowledge through agricultural exhibitions. Object of the analysis is a postage stamp. Stamps reflect the whole life of people, their history and modernity, environment, agriculture, science, culture and art. A stamp is a kind of "business card", it is a witness of the era. The main idea of the base images is receiving new knowledge about an object by collecting images, visual analysis, searching for information and studying material; in fact, it is a new approach to obtaining new knowledge, motivated and exciting approach to receive scientific information. Created database of images on the history of agronomy on the basis of stamps allows to use them actively in the learning process, and may be used as the individual topics for researches
This article proposes an approach to the creation of abstract, based on the association of machine typesetting and creating pictures, which is especially important in connection with the development of information technology in today's society. The analysis of existing approaches to the creation of lecture notes based on a letter by hand and machine typing. Identified strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches. We have considered in detail an algorithm of adding graphic information into the abstract, using an approach based on typing on a PC or laptop. The article conducts an analysis of existing researches and experimentation in this direction. We have revealed one of the problems associated with the proposed approach, based on the location of seats in the classroom, considered one of the options for its solutions. The necessity of the development of specialized software was found. We have demonstrated lack of suitability of text editors for the implementation of the proposed approach
In the face of rising threats to national security of Russia, particularly acute has a specific and purposeful work on education of modern generations, capable of spiritual perception values, ideals, traditions and life attitudes of the generation of Winners. This work takes place in a complex political situation related to the attempts to revise the results of World War II, the intensification of practices of glorification of fascism, attempts to impose Western-style democracy. The main reason for this – the oblivion of tradition and the lessons of history, continued in the names, symbols and meanings inherited by contemporary generations in spiritual heritage from generation of Winners. The current situation reflects the significant features of the contemporary ideological confrontation, walking in mass communication. There is a struggle for hearts and minds, and move in convenient in the context of globalization interpretations of certain events constituting a once of key importance to society. Under present-day conditions, coalition of states, including Russian Federation has its warships performing safe navigation objectives and cargo vessel convoy escorting in areas under threat of pirates in accordance with UN resolution. Preparation of Navy ships that perform combat duty missions in areas of high piracy activity in order to protect cargo vessels involves not only solving of manning and logistics problems, but also targeted formation of highly qualified Navy men always ready to successful implementation of such specific tasks. Such organizational and educational activities should be managed with the use of Instructional design of the military-pedagogical process. Instructional Design is an objective necessity for the development of the subject's military-pedagogy, educational activity of the projective imagination, thinking, effective course of action. The author refers to this Instructional design to form Navy men ready to stand against pirates and terrorist at sea as a phenomenon that combines educational theory with innovative practice and targeted at comprehensive training of warship personnel to perform its duties. The article justifies the target programme to form Navy men ready to counter pirates and terrorists at sea. The programme contains six separate and interconnected modules with topics, providing crew members with the necessary knowledge and skills to form a high-level of readiness for upcoming professional military activities at sea

needs. The problem of a modern teacher consisting in
optimization of educational process based on the
student’s individual needs is considered. Etymological
analysis of the term "optimization, which allows
defining its understanding is produced. The basic
criteria of optimality derived by different authors are
described. The article also examines such psychology
section as an educational psychology. It is said about
the structure of modern Russian education system,
which includes four interrelated and interdependent
elements. The article draws conclusions about the
necessity of designing individual educational trajectory
to satisfy the specific individual educational needs.

The relevance of the article is caused by the necessity
to form the linguacultural competence of foreign
students studying Russian language that corresponds to
the Contemporary didactics of foreign language
teaching. The case (precedent) texts are considered as
one of the main means of linguacultural orientation
used in practices of teaching Russian as a foreign
language. The necessity to study the case (precedent)
texts in this way is defined by its active use in
language and by the presence of cultural component
determining the valuable priorities of Russian vision of
the world. Therefore, the assimilation of case
(precedent) texts as actively used language elements of
Russian culture is the most important principle of
developing the communicative competence.
The aim of this work is the attempt to describe the case
(precedent) texts, acting as key material in the practice
of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article
reveals the specificity of case (precedent) texts in the
context of national culture, it also identifies and
analyses their formal and semantic features, the
peculiarities of perception of the case (precedent) texts
by foreign students. The researching results of the
peculiarities of the case texts that are used in the
process of studying and teaching Russian as a foreign
language, allow drawing the conclusion that the
efficiency of assimilation of the considered units is
caused by knowledge of their structure and semantics,
by understanding the values, determined by them

representation of artistic images has been discussed in
the article. Fragments of the literature works may serve
as an illustration to the formed students' perceptions of
the phenomenon, are used as a research problem in the
study of the course "History of agronomy." Excerpts
from literary works of writers from different periods
form the basis of artistic images of crops. The tasks
with the description of certain plants taken from the
literary work have been developed in the course
"History of scientific agronomy" on the topic of the
history of plants introduction into agricultural
production. The examples of plants: nettles, clover,
tobacco, wheat, and the future of the plant of the future
were given in the paper. The following topics such as
the history of the introduction of agricultural plants,
the use of technology, technology of cultivation, the
story spread have been considered in the paper. Due to
the representation of works of literary art as an
educational technology for course «The history of
agronomy» in this area, main elements are: perception,
reaction, learning, organization and the formation of
values and orientation systems practice. Using the
works of art allows us to develop the following
functions of the educational process: developmental
(facilitates search and analysis feature passages
describing the history of the plants), motivational
(encourages conduct an active search), teaches the
basics of popularizing scientific agronomy through
artistic expression, teaching observation, developing a
productive search and cognitive activity of students
Perspectives of science in high schools were always
defined by prospects of development of scientific
teams. The author proposes to divide (depending on
the contents of research targets) unities of the
research process and the results of research teams
of the Department into three categories: a scientific
group, a scientific school and a leading scientific

The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to
teaching of programming technology within the
discipline "Theory and Programming Technology"
based on the implementation of interdisciplinary
connections with financial mathematics on the
example of the development of financial computing
calculators. The importance of interdisciplinary
connections in pedagogic of higher education
motivates the transition of Federal State Educational
Standards (FSES) of a new generation to a
competence model of graduate preparing. Acquisition
of financial calculation methods with the aid of using
software tools will contribute the formation of
professional competences in the project-technological
activity as the ability to apply the tools and
programming technology in terms of professional
training, providing system analysis and management
problem solving (PC-8). The choice for the
