DEVELOPING OF INVESTIGATION PROCEDURES AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF THE INVESTIGATION OF EXTORTION

The article deals with the complex and important problem related to the investigation of extortion. From a legal point of view, extortion is the demand of a transfer of someone’s property, rights to the property or some other actions connected with the property, which is accompanied by various threats of violence, destruction of property or spreading of information defaming the victim or his relatives. Extortion refers to latent crimes. Investigation of extortion is complicated because of the high level of professionalism and thorough preparation of the accused. The number of criminal groups using extortion as the main source of their income is increasing. To select the best way of obtaining information concerning past events, an investigator develops crime investigation procedure. The article analyzes the concepts of "investigation procedure" and "programming", the stages of the criminalistic routine development are pointed out. Dealing with extortion classification of preliminary investigation procedures is an important condition for their development, which allows to distinguish homogeneous groups and to develop criminalistic routine. Based on the typical investigative situations at the initial stage of investigation of extortion we have proposed some investigation procedures. DEVELOPING OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF PICEA ABIES L. CLONES BY USING ISSR MARKERS

The technology for the identification of Picea abies L. clones by using ISSR markers was developed. 9 ISSR primers ((GA)9T; (AC)8C; (CA)6RY; (CA)6RG; (CA)6(GT); (CA)6(AC); (AG)8T; (GA)8С и (AG)8YT) were recommended to use for genotypes detection. The selected primers have shown the high level of polymorphism. A total of 172 amplified fragments were found by the selected primers and 149 (86.6%) of them were polymorphic

DEVELOPMENT AND CALCULATION OF STRUCTURES OF A HEAT EXCHANGER

There are the results of the research on creating a heat exchanger. It is based on the experience of creating equipment for swirling of liquid and gas flows and changing of their directions, their whirling, leading to destruction of the boundary layer on heat-transfer surfaces and intensification of heat-exchange processes. Screw rotors are suggested as working bodies of the heat exchanger. Each flow-cross section in them differs from the previous not only by its form but also by its location relative to each other. With that, the cross-section area changes, the medium motion stationary breaks, the intensity of heatexchange processes increases, technological capabilities enhance. Screw rotors are supplied with laps created on exterior surfaces of rotors during their assembling and allowing intensification of heatexchange processes. Dependencies for calculating of screw rotors basic characteristics are presented in the work. Screw rotors provided with helical grooves on the inner surface with a spiral lines on the outer surface of different pitch and number of visits. The work is done on the basis of research carried out at the Kuban state agrarian University on the use of helical rotors in industry, construction and agriculture [1-23]

DEVELOPMENT AND JUSTIFICATION OF ZOOHYGIENIC ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BIRDS AND THEIR EPIZOOTIOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY IN CLOSED POULTRY HOUSES

The problems of creating an optimal microclimate in the closed workshops of poultry farms are relevant for the regions of the south of Russia and the Northern Caucasus, especially acute these problems are for Kabardino-Balkaria. The used zoohygienic measures and existing ventilation systems of closed poultry houses need to be improved and adapted to the local natural conditions. The purpose of the work was to research and develop effective ventilation systems for closed poultry houses in hot climates. Existing ventilation systems and zoohygienic conditions in closed-type poultry houses were studied and investigated. According to the results, the main disadvantages of the existing ventilation systems and their low efficiency were established. And on their basis, new technical solutions have been found to create more efficient ventilation systems for closed poultry houses that provide the optimal microclimate: temperature, humidity and pressure. With the active participation of the author, new technical solutions have been developed and proposed, for which two applications for obtaining patents have been prepared: one for a utility model - for a device for moistening and cooling wall ventilation ducts of poultry houses; the second is for the invention - on the method of erecting a cooling system and humidifying the ventilation panels of the supply. During their implementation, these new technical solutions allow creating such a microclimate, thanks to which optimal indicators of productivity and growth, uniformity, efficiency of feed and meat gain are achieved, without reducing the characteristics of the health and well-being of birds. Ventilation is becoming a major factor in microclimate control in closed houses and the epizootological resistance of birds
