The article deals with the mechanisms of
improvement and the creation of completely new
competitive advantages of the Krasnodar region. It
presents various options for organizing competitive
advantages, which are influenced by the innovative
processes, which, in turn, can increase productivity,
modernization and to identify new high-tech
industries. In addition, we have given the arguments

We have proposed the method of presowing processing of
seeds of winter wheat using a hydrophobic paraffin-wax
system of the new composition. Water protected paraffinceresin
coating has been used before for storage of garlic.
However, the paraffin coating were not applied to wheat
seeds and were not investigated their effect on
germination, growth and further development of plants of
winter wheat. This work has been done for the first time.
The ceresin wax is replaced by sunflower wax. New
component composition of the hydrophobic waterproof
coating winter wheat seeds: sunflower wax – 15-20 % wt
.; paraffin – all the rest of it. Sunflower wax is a surfaceactive
substance and has the properties of the plasticizer
and the dispersant of the dispersed structure of the
paraffin. The advantages of this coating: it protects the
seeds from moisture loss, regulates the timing of their
germination, contributes to the preservation of
accumulated nutrients, and enhances plant growth and
development; it increases the yield of wheat. In the field,
we have set growth stimulating ability of paraffin-wax
coating of winter wheat seeds of variety called Charade.
The resulting increase in yield was 20% (control of 52.6 с
/ ha), while maintaining the quality of grain. This use of
sunflower wax solves an important environmental
problem – disposal of oilseed production waste

In the article we have conducted the estimation of
breeding population of salix acutifolia. We have
studied the following indicators of the measured trees:
the percentage of salicylates, bark content in relation to
the wood. For these two indices we have calculated the
"complex" productivity of the trees. Based on that, the
trees are assigned to these breeding categories:
Category 1: trees with high productivity - ( 49.7 - 39.9
kg / t of raw materials) Category 2 : trees with average
productivity - ( 39.1 - 33.8 kg / m raw materials)
category 3 : trees with low productivity - ( 31.8 - 24.3
kg / t of raw materials)

uniformity and productivity should not concede to
foreign analogues. Ways to improve the quality of
early ripening hybrids: development of lines based on
modern foreign hybrids, high uniformity of lines by
morphological and economic traits. Development of
male sterile lines and dihaploid lines in culturein
vitro can more successfully solve the problem of
quality of early ripening hybrids. The use of the
above methods and approaches helped develop series
of inbred lines - gene sources for complex agronomic
traits. On the vase of obtained lines promising earlyripening
hybrids were developed. One of the hybrids,
Ritsa F1, entered the State register of breeding
achievements. Advantages of the hybrid: earliness,
uniformity and high marketability of heads, high
productivity. According to results of contest trial new
hybrid Milana F1 is passed for State trial, this hybrid
has high productivity potential for growing in sale
cropping. Both hybrids were produced with the
participation of male sterile line Dt46f, resistant to
fusarium. High quality seeds of these hybrids were
produced in a greenhouse in direct crop for a wide
industrial and environmental testing

The article presents data, on the basis of which we
have concluded that the oil and phospholipids
contained in soy lecithins, the degree of unsaturation
of fatty acids differ significantly from oil and
phospholipids contained in sunflower lecithins, with
differences in the degree of unsaturation of fatty acids
of oil and phospholipids contained in sunflower and
soy lecithins, leads to differences in the content of
resonating protons, and, consequently, the level of
amplitude values of NMR signals of protons of the
investigated lecithins. It is established that the values
of the amplitudes of the NMR signals of protons of
each of the four components of sunflower lecithins
differ from the values of the amplitudes of the NMR
signals of protons the component of soy lecithins,
which confirms the differences in the composition and
content of fatty acids lecithins studied. Considering
quantitative characteristic of mass fraction of
substances insoluble in acetone, i.e. phospholipids, is
the sum of the amplitudes of the NMR signals of
protons of the third (A3) and fourth (A4) component,
was built the graphical dependence of the mass
fraction of substances insoluble in acetone, from the
value of (A3+A4)/ASIS, % which is described by the equation (correlation coefficient R2
=0,9911) of the
following form: y=0,8177x +2.52. Based on these
data, we have developed a rapid method of
determining the mass fraction of substances insoluble
in acetone, soy lecithin, eliminating the use of toxic
organic solvents, is environmentally safe, which is
protected by RF patent for the invention
