Sustainability of enterprises plays an important role in the economic and social life of all industrially developed countries. Despite numerous publications devoted to the analysis of the sustainability of organizations, there are still ambiguous approaches to the methods of analysis for different authors. In addition, for companies of different industries, forms of ownership, geographically located in different regions of the border, the methods and indicators for assessing sustainability can vary considerably. In this connection, there is a need to develop a decision support system that would allow the most efficient assessment of the sustainability of the largest possible range of enterprises, with the possibility of adjusting and flexibly tuning as many parameters as possible. The article describes the architecture and algorithm of the DSS, which implements the following model of initial data generation in its functional; Model of formation of a tree-like structure of groups of indicators on the basis of which the stability is assessed; Model for specifying the fuzzy sets belonging to the recommended values of the indicators; Model for calculating the values of groups of indicators and their fuzzy estimates; The model of graphical interpretation of the organization's sustainability assessment. The new feed additives for animals based on milk
whey, enriched with sprouting wheat, barley, maize
grains and lactic-acid bacterium have been presented
in this article. This study explores the possibility of
combining the prebiotics ability of milk whey and
sprouting grains with feed probiotic attributes of microbe
to enhance gut health of animals and digestibility
of the feed. Twelve variants of products were tested
in the study using the microbial and physical-chemical
approaches. All the assays showed high count of microorganism
and high content of reducing sugar. The
results of investigation indicate that selected feed additive
show high quality. An additional point is that it
contains useful organic acids (lactic, acetic and propionic
acids) and 2,1×109
colony-forming unit of probiotics
microorganism that hold the concentration for 4
months. There are not yeast, must, coliform bacteria
and Staphylococcus aureus in the developed functional
feed product. It contributes to the normalization of the
microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of animal, suppression
of conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive
microflora. The elaborated feed component will help
to provide combined feed companies with accessible
high-quality raw material

The article formulates the concept and developed a
notation for representing the organizational structure,
allowing designing the organizational links with
depth to the operations performed, and taking into
account their branching. The main difference
between the proposed concept and the notation of
hierarchical levels and the composition of the
organizational structure is the mandatory allocation
of all posts, as well as the division of each link into
two spheres: hierarchical structure and process
structure (processes, functions, subfunctions,
operations). Using the proposed notation, the concept
of the application of queuing theory to the evaluation
of links in the organizational structure was improved
and expanded with application of efficiency models
for single- and multichannel systems that were
transformed to the average number of operations

The article presents the results of studies of changes in
the atomic radii of the elements of the periodic table,
depending on their atomic masses. It is shown that the
appearance of p- and d-orbitals introduces a significant
contribution to the value of the atomic radius, and the
appearance of f-orbitals makes a significantly smaller
contribution to the given value. A radial-mass model of
calculations of atomic radii for the elements of the
Periodic Table was developed. Optimal conditions for
making calculations were chosen. For the first time the
values of atomic radii for elements with the order
number 103-120 are calculated. It is shown that the
values of atomic radii for elements with the order
number 103-120 are in the range from 140 to 335
picometers and regularly change in the period
