In this article, the features of dynamic communities’ formation under greenhouse conditions of Tsytsin Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences are discussed. DYNAMICAL MODEL OF ELECTROMAGNETIC DRIVE

The article discusses the dynamic model of the rocket motor electromagnetic type, consisting of a source of electromagnetic waves of radio frequency band and a conical cavity in which electromagnetic waves are excited. The processes of excitation of electromagnetic oscillations in a cavity with conducting walls, as well as the waves of the YangMills field have been investigated. Multi-dimensional transient numerical model describing the processes of establishment of electromagnetic oscillations in a cavity with the conducting wall was created Separately, the case of standing waves in the cavity with conducting walls been tested. It is shown that the oscillation mode in the conducting resonator different from that in an ideal resonator, both in the steady and unsteady processes. The mechanism of formation of traction for the changes in the space-time metric, the contribution of particle currents, the Yang-Mills and electromagnetic field proposed. It is shown that the effect of the Yang-Mills field calls change the dielectric properties of vacuum, which leads to a change in capacitance of the resonator. Developed a dynamic model, which enables optimal traction on a significant number of parameters. DYNAMICS AND PROSPECTS OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN THE ECONOMY OF THE REGION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN)

The article examines the main trends in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as it analyzes the structure and the dynamics of the inflow of foreign direct investment in Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan. The emergence of new investment projects and the increase in production volume are due to receiving investments in the country and in the region. Unfortunately, there are still problems in the way of receipt of investments in the Russian economy and its subjects, which are formulated in the article and that require solutions. On an example of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan we have analyzed an inflow of foreign direct investments for 2010 – 2013, as well as the dynamics, sectoral and geographical structure of income from investments. We consider the strategy of attracting foreign investors to the region on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan. The article proposes key measures aimed at improving the investment climate, improving the competitiveness of industries. All these activities will positively contribute to the inflow of foreign investments into the economy of the country and its regions. Foreign direct investment can serve as a mechanism for increasing Russia's competitiveness in the global economy, and help to integrate into the international economic system more active

DYNAMICS OF AGROCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF LEACHED BLACK SOIL AND PRODUCTIVITY OF WINTER WHEAT DEPENDING ON PREDECESSORS

The article presents three-year data on the influence of different fertilization systems and predecessors (corn for silage and peas) of winter wheat in the rotation on the dynamics of content in the 0-20 cm layer of black leached soil of mineral nitrogen, of available phosphorus, of potassium, and yield of winter wheat. The materials presented in this article indicate that, regardless of its predecessor in all phases of plant development, the under study fertilizer systems significantly increased the content of mineral nitrogen on the indicators of natural agrochemical background on 1,1-29,3 mg/kg; maximum contents was registered in the settlement system of fertilizer. After a seeded fallow predecessor the fertilizer systems significantly increased the content of available phosphorus in the soil at 1,5-16,6 mg/kg and exchangeable potassium in the 6-57 mg/kg. The maximum indices of both indicators were observed in the settlement system of fertilizer. Analyzed fertilizer systems contributed to a significant increase in wheat yield relatively to control 0,82-2,24 t/ha on a busy couple 0,74-1,6 t/ha for maize silage, 1,44-2,42 t/ha peas. Maximum productivity of winter wheat in the experiment was fixed at the fertilizer system after a busy couple, and was 6,19 t/ha
