DYNAMICS OF CATALASE ACTIVITY IN THE LEAVES OF APPLE TREES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF FOLIAR FERTILIZING

abstract 1271703067 issue 127 pp. 940 – 955 31.03.2017 ru 383
The research was conducted studying the effect of various system of foliar fertigation on catalase activity in the apple orchard with drip irrigation in 2013-2014. The object of research were apple trees of Zhigulevskoye variety grafted on rootstock 62-396 in experimental intensive apple orchard of I.V. Michurin FSC which had been planted in 2007. During vegetation, the following indices were determined in apple tree leaves in dynamics: catalase activity by gasometrical method of M.I Lishkevich on the 3rd and 5 th day after treatments, the content of nitrogen (Kjeldahl method), phosphorus (KFK-3), potassium and calcium (Jenway PFP-7). Data were statistical processed according to the generally accepted methods described by B.A. Dospekhov. It has been established that foliar fertigation increased catalase activity on the 3 rd day after treatment, which then decreases to normal values. So, treatments acted as a stress factor. Correlation of catalase activity with nitrogen content in the leaves increased, and with calcium content decreased as the number of megafol mixed with calcium calbit treatments was enlarged. Using tank mixtures for multiple treatments with combination of antistress preparations and calcium-containing agrochemicals allows to moderate significantly the stress effect of foliar fertilizing on plants

DYNAMICS OF EGG PRODUCTION IN CHICKENS OF VARIOUS BREEDS OF BIORESOURCE COLLECTIONS

abstract 1371803037 issue 137 pp. 230 – 237 30.03.2018 ru 241
The production of eggs is one of the most important indicators of the productivity of poultry, including chickens The main purpose of breeding chickens in the collections of genetic resources - conservation of genetic diversity. The chickens from the collection of genetic resources it is also possible to receive products, for example, in the form of eggs. The account of the egg productivity of the chickens showed that the intensity of egg production varies among representatives of different directions of productivity. The most stable egg-laying was possessed by chickens of breeds New Hampshire, Black Australian, Dutch white. These breeds are bred as breeds of egg direction of productivity. But they are characterized by long downturns in egg production, lasting more than 7 days. Chickens of meat direction by stable, but low intensity of egg production. All the chickens had a short period For all chickens a short period is characteristic, when the egg-laying is kept at a certain level. It is 30-40 days, after which there is a gradual decrease in this indicator. Such a high level of genetic diversity in egg production in gene pool makes it possible to use this bird as a model object for studying its features

DYNAMICS OF ENZYME’S ACTIVITY OF BLACK SOIL WHEN POLLUTING WITH ANTIBIOTICS

abstract 0851301046 issue 85 pp. 579 – 588 28.01.2013 ru 1842
In the article, we have studied the effect of antibiotics on enzyme’s activity of black soil. Introduction of the high doses (600 mg/kg) of antibiotics benzylpenicillin, nystatin) leads to considerable decrease in enzyme’s activity of soils. The class of hydrolyses is most sensi-tive to the action of antibiotics, their activity decreases for 50-70% from control values, the class of oxidore-ductase is least sensitive (10-40%). Antibiotic’s action on enzyme’s pool of soils has the prolonged character

DYNAMICS OF K +, NA +, CA2 + IONS IN RICE PLANTS (Oryza sativa L.) IN ONTOGENESIS UNDER SOIL SALINITY

abstract 1001406115 issue 100 pp. 1745 – 1759 30.06.2014 ru 1471
Under conditions of vegetation experiment at soil artificial chloride salinization the dynamics of accumulation and distribution of sodium, potassium and calcium in organs of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) have been studied, as well as their correlation with tissue hydration in ontogenesis. The significant restriction of salinization ions transport and accumulation, particularly sodium, in the actively functioning upper leaves and panicles has been observed. Whereas the content of calcium and potassium in the experimental and control plants differed slightly

DYNAMICS OF LIBERAL IDEOLOGIES IN POSTMODERN PERIOD

abstract 1331709089 issue 133 pp. 1179 – 1192 30.11.2017 ru 761
The article considers the main point of liberal ideology, its spontaneous connection with ideas of Enlightenment, reasons of victory of liberalism over ideological competitors. The factors, which water down the integrity of liberalism in present conditions of the Enlightenment, are analyzed, the main trends of modern modification of liberalism (libertarianism, agonal liberalism, Kantian liberalism) are considered. There were determined the possible perspectives of liberalism as a world-view in limits of which there were stated the strong positions of liberalism as a practical rootedness as well as the high popularity of ideas of Enlightenment in scientific communities

DYNAMICS OF MACRO AND MICRO ELEMENTS UNDER WINTER WHEAT AS A RESULT OF REMINERALIZATION OF LEACHED BLACK SOIL

abstract 1281704007 issue 128 pp. 135 – 145 28.04.2017 ru 485
Remineralization of leached chernozem was carried out by applying such rocks as loess-like loam, shell limestone, apatite phosphogypsum. We have revealed that the introduction of species didn’t change substantially the content of boron during the growing season. We have also displayed the seasonal dynamics of macro variants of the experiment and the increase in the content of food items in the phase of active growth of winter wheat. Seasonal dynamics of trace elements is expressed, but can not be expressed with certain regularity

DYNAMICS OF MOISTURE IN SOIL AND EFFICIENCY OF ITS USE BY SOY BEANS UNDER DIFFERENT WAYS OF MAIN SOIL TREATMENT AND DOSES OF MINERAL FERTILIZERS

abstract 1191605040 issue 119 pp. 553 – 566 31.05.2016 ru 705
In the article there were given the results of researches for 20110–2012 obtained of many years stationary experience of the chair of general and irrigated land management of Kuban State Agrarian University on study of main soil treatment influence and doses of mineral fertilizers under soy beans on dynamics of moisture in soil and efficiency of its use by this cultivar. There was determined that from all studied variants the ploughing on 20–22 cm led to the higher accumulation of moisture for autumn-winter period. The decrease of productive moisture reserves on 6-9 % was observed on the types with surface treatment and direct sowing. The increase of soil treatment depth and doses of mineral fertilizers promoted to the better accessibility of moisture during vegetation period and correspondently to their greater expenses. Moreover, there was revealed the more rational use of water by soy beans under mouldboard soil treatment and introduction of mineral fertilizers in the dose of N90P120, it discovers the high effectiveness of present agricultural methods. The highest productivity of soy beans in the experience was achieved by means of ploughing on 20–22 cm and introduction of mineral fertilizers as a main type of soil treatment

DYNAMICS OF MOUNTAIN FOREST IN RESERVE AREA (“STOLBY” RESERVATION)

abstract 0911307039 issue 91 pp. 592 – 602 30.09.2013 ru 1210
Accounting stands (1959, 1977, 2007) revealed reduction of areas dominated by deciduous species and larch in the State Nature Reserve "Stolby". Area stands of fir and pine increased. Area stands of cedar and spruce didn’t change over the last 50 years. Deciduous stands differs rapid accumulation of stock, but they have productivity lower then conifers. There is a shift in even-aged stands to multiple-aged stands in coniferous formations. They are close to a climax state. Cedars grow on the type of the even-aged stands, because they appeared in the area recently
