The article is devoted to the consideration of the issues of investment strategy as a promising tool for financial stability. The analysis of the economic strategies of different countries has allowed us to evaluate the economic, financial and social, innovation, social and governance changes and suggest new approaches for the formation of the investment strategies of development
The analysis of the state of grapes and wine production at the organizations of the Krasnodar region is carried out. It is revealed, in the long term, that high rates of development and growth of competitiveness of the wine-making organizations, especially in the conditions of economic sanctions, are predetermined by the level of investment activity. In competitive conditions, the most important factor in maximizing profits is investments allowing to overcome technical and technological backwardness, high resource cost, low labor productivity, and, as a result, weak competitiveness of products. On the example of CJSC “Primorskoye” in the Temryuksky District, the reserves for increasing the economic efficiency of grapes production are determined based on intensification of storage processes. The results of the evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of investment in the organization of grapes storage in a controlled atmosphere are presented, which will allow to increase the quality of the wine material and neutralize the effect of seasonality of sales. Premises with a total area of more than 400 sq.m with a controlled atmosphere will contribute to the preservation of production without significant losses up to 7 months. With an investments of 10,4 million rubles, direct production costs of maintenance of storages, energy consumption are reflected. Cost-benefit evaluation indicates the feasibility of investing in a project differing in average degree of risk. The main investment risks mitigation measures are presented
Economic and political conditions have a significant impact on the participants of Russian dairy market, which leads to a rise in the cost of attracting loans, a decrease in their investment activity as well as the efficiency of production and processing of milk. Special economic measures against a number of countries made it possible to relieve a niche in the domestic market by reducing the volume of imports of dairy products and should help in the building of its domestic production. The research results indicate the need to increase domestic production of milk and dairy products capable of equally competing with imports on quality and price with the support of the state. Our studies confirm the effectiveness of the implementation of investment project on organization of production of dairy products in Briukhovetsky district’s Ltd. "Harvest XXI Century". Through these measures, it will be possible to overcome the crisis in the shortest possible time and to ensure financial stability by boosting and expansion of existing production. As a result, the value of fixed assets of the enterprise will increase by 51 to 800 million. rub., the production facilities will be equipped with modern technological equipment, which has unique innovative features allowing to reduce the consumption of raw materials and automate the manufacturing process
The article analyzes "Notebooks" by one of the most
prominent playwrights of the 20th century Aleksandr
Vampilov. "Notebooks" are considered as an example
of ironic discourse in this genre. The study of irony
nature in Vampilov’s “Notebooks” reveals the patterns
of ironic discourse, which manifest themselves in the
ironic light of serious domestic, moral, and professional
problems. We perceive it today as intellectual and
moral impetus, a special mood allowing us to survive,
as self-protection of the individual from the pressure of
reality. The irony in Vampilov’s "Notebooks" is
achieved by the desire of getting away from the
stereotypes of consciousness, obsolete dogmas. The
irony "disallows" the eternal oppositions "new—old",
"temporary—eternal", "subjective—objective", "art—
life". The ironic game with terms, cliché expressions,
denoting compromised political and ideological
phenomena, with the concept of a name; the ironic
interpretation of moon image as a leitmotif in
Vampilov’s work reflect dominant ironic pathos of
notebooks. The analysis of “Notebooks” by A.
Vampilov allows us to understand the irony not only as
a consequence of painful antinomicity, personal
spiritual contradictions inherent to the artist of that
time, but as a way of world vision: the ability to
overcome the deadlock of crisis period, and aspiration
of the creative personality to the desired integrity
The analysis of the narrative structure’s features in the German romantic literature has been reviewed in this article. Irony has been viewed as a particular tool of the author’s opinion realization and the polysemic text’s creation
The article deals with the issue of alternating irradiator installation for growing plants in protected soil. The point of the method of illuminative installation con-sists in periodical influence of relatively high irradiance upon plants against a background of constant influence of relatively low one. It reduces plant radia-tion irregularity, improves the quality of agricultural products and cuts down energy-output ratio of growing processes.
The aim of the research was to develop a geographical
information system (GIS) for monitoring soil fertility
based on calibrated remote sensing data within Rostov
region. The possibility of developing a geoinformation
system for irrigated agrolandscapes monitoring based
on modern computer geoinformation technologies for
problems solving of reclaimed territories management
in cooperation with other automated information
technologies is considered. An example of selecting
main degradation processes for the irrigated
agrolandscape within Rostov region boundaries, the
main possibilities of the system and the proposed
directions for its development are presented. To
develop a geoinformation monitoring system, the
ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop software package has been
selected. Monitoring GIS includes remote sensing data
obtained from the VEGA-Science satellite monitoring
service. The technology for creating a geodatabase for
degradation processes monitoring, necessary for rapid
analysis of information and time-saving on collection,
processing and calibration of data bulk is introduced.
As a mapping principle, graduation of farm fields by
intensity of land degradation processes was used. GIS
monitoring includes multi-layer digital maps and data
attribute tables characterizing the main indicators of
soil fertility and crop seeding development. The use of
GIS technologies with satellite data will significantly
reduce the complexity of field survey data processing
by data processing automation and is promising for
developing computer monitoring systems for irrigated
agro landscapes. Farm specialists are offered a
convenient mechanism not only for data accumulation,
but also for maintaining fields’ history with reference
to the yield year. Analysis tools allow performing data
spatial and logical queries, to run samples and reports
In the article the expediency of application of ashe-ablation and claydite dust in concrete slabs and pipes widely used in the conducting grids of irrigation systems is shown
The problem of human freedom as an existential
phenomenon. It analyzes the current reality, where the
average person with a conformist attitude was unable
to speculate about genuine freedom. It reveals the
practical sense of philosophizing, as a necessary
process of formation of the inner freedom of the
individual
The article is devoted to the problem of formation and
development of Islamic law in the Ottoman Empire. In
the beginning of the article, the author considers the
ratio between Sharia and customary law in the legal
system of the Ottoman Empire and reveals that the
basis of customary law is the right of the Turks.
Furthermore, the author highlights the main legal
institutions of the state, and analyzes legal acts that
appeared during the reign of the sultans Muhammad
al-Fatih, Selim I, Suleiman I, Ahmad I and Abd alHamid.
Then the author analyzes the features of
Islamic law of the Ottoman Empire, identifies features
of the contractual relationship, matrimonial and
criminal law. Compares the rights of Muslims and
non-Muslims, and reveals that the latter were divided
into two categories: zimmi and musta’man, identifying
legal privileges of each of them. At the end of the
article, the author makes a conclusion about the
continuity of the various legal acts of the Ottoman
Empire, the crown of which is al-Majalla, some of the
provisions, which has not lost its relevance in our time
