The article deals with advocacy, organized with the
help of publications by the Bolsheviks in the 20-ies of
XX century in the Kuban. It is noted that the press has
performed as one of the most important and effective
means and played a huge role in the establishment of
Soviet power in the Cossack region. The central
agency of procurement and distribution of print
"Centropechat" at the Central Executive Committee
occupied the distribution of official media. It is stated
that the content of propaganda and agitation conducted
among the civilian population and in the army was
determined, above all, as the military-political
situation that prevailed in the 20-ies. It is shown that
agitation and propaganda carried out by the military
newspapers and magazines in difficult conditions and
post wartime and the specific tasks were set before the
Soviet propaganda organs. The conclusion is that a
flexible system for the implementation of advocacy
was created during this period. She assumed
deepening cooperation and coordination of all the
means of propaganda and agitation, which made the
Soviet propaganda very successful and effective. The
efforts of awareness-raising structures were aimed at
creating political awareness and stimulating social
activity of the population in this difficult time. The
press acted as one of the most powerful tools used by
the authorities to achieve the consolidation and
integration of society that were the most relevant in
the 20ies

The grounds of modeling of filling pile static resistance have been offered so as the results of its realization at the laboratory models. The laboratory testing data are compared with the data of field testing of natural piles. The experimental and the model calculated values of bearing capacity shows the correlation coef-ficient 0,692. The laboratory tests confirm the exis-tence of the local maximum of the settlement “accele-ration”. The point of maximum proposed separates two stages of bearing capacity increment process: the stage of lateral surface mainly resistance and the stage of pile bottom mainly resistance

The development of laboratory setup is connected with a necessity of designing and experimental investigation of equipment examples for innovative energy efficient system of agricultural enterprises off-line power supply on the basis of helio moduluses and is stipulated by needs of efficient heat electro supply of agricultural enterprises working in climatic regions with low and short-term solar activity. Operating regimes, matching and justification of necessary elements for the construction of the energy efficient helio system and the most efficient their arrangement are determined based on preliminary experiments. Geographical location of agricultural enterprise (the principal checkpoints should be insolation intencity and solstice angle typical for the region) and social-economic development level of the region should be taken into consideration at forming demands to the constructions and abilities of heat water supply helio modules. The necessity of investigations at laboratory setup with artificial heat sources, simulating solar heat, is explained by impossibility of experiments’ carrying out in the real nature conditions, notably because of weather inconstancy and climate in tote, because of impossibility of setups exact placement on ground location, because of helio collector’s modes of operation limitation by the range of solar activity only in the investigated region etc. The list of technological parameters and helio water heating process factors, which are measured and controlled during the experiments, is built into the designing of the setup. These parameters are based on the statistical data given by meteorological stations of late years.
All that will ease the designing of manufacturing helio collectors and will allow to get more precise information, oriented to the maintenance of energy efficient equipment in different zones of researched region with highest possible usage of their potential. Potatoes in our country are one of the most cultivated cultures in agriculture. The most time-consuming process in the production of potatoes is harvesting. Currently for potato harvesting potato harvesters or diggers are used. Existing machines are not sufficiently well-behaved in adverse operating conditions such as the high and low humidity. Quality of work of the units and devices of potato harvesters depends on the digging working parts. In the process of potato harvesting up to 1000 tons of heaps from 1 hectare go through the units of the machine, which includes plant residues and dense soil out of row spacing. To eliminate or reduce the impact of this lack, on either side of the coulter we set cutting discs which prevent ingress of heaps out of row spacing. However, due to the imperfections of the design they are slipping during operation what causes accumulation and enhancing traction resistance. Based on these facts, the work on improving the digging working parts in the actual and future challenges for the country's agriculture

This article describes some interesting facts of Modern English and Greek Grammar and pay our attention to extension of constructions “noun + article” without article in publicist-oral speech, where it should be. Our observations show some phenomena of evolution of system “noun + article”. This article is due to some cases of using articles, which we can’t often find in traditional native and foreign normal grammars. In English Grammar the ellipsis of article meets stylistic and syntax’s requirements. But there isn’t such limitation in Greek Grammar, that’s why on the one hand, we qualify the ellipsis of article as a realization of category determinacyindeterminacy, and on the other hand, we can see the generalization of the meaning of article. Illustrative materials are newspapers’ articles of classical British dialectical English and Dimotiki (oral New Greek).There are not only main rules of articles in periodical and oral speech, but also the meaning of nouns, which we can understand from surrounding context and geographical position, also as a style of periodical publications
