ISOLATION AND SELECTION OF THE NON TRANSDUCING E. COLI BACTERIOPHAGES FOR ANTI-COLIBACILLOSIS DRUGS

abstract 1221608040 issue 122 pp. 554 – 566 31.10.2016 ru 953
The isolation of E.coli phages from samples of natural and waste water obtained during expeditions in the different regions of Russian Federation was carried out. The obtained phages (286 isolates) were tested for their ability to lyse the pathogenic strains of E. coli – pathogenic agents of pig colibacteriosis in Krasnodar region. The study was conducted of their ability to phage transduction, the molecular-genetic characterization and biotechnological parameters of selected bacteriophages. For first experimental design of veterinary drugs was selected 5 coliphages having no ability of plasmids transduction. It has been shown that all the investigated phages are representatives of T4-type phages of family Myoviridae. The reported study was partially supported by RFBR, research projects No. 08-04-99111, 09-04-10132, 16-44- 230855

ISOMORPHISM OF SYSTEM STAGES OF EVOLUTION

abstract 1261702048 issue 126 pp. 674 – 690 28.02.2017 ru 764
The article discusses and explains the similarity of organizational, structural and functional «solutions» at different system stages of the evolutionary development presented in nature and society. It is shown that at any level of biological organisation transition to a new stages of evolutionary development is implemented not only via «classical» individual changes (adaptations) of the particular organisms, but also by means of: 1) integration of organisms into the new systems of «superorganisms», 2) the differentiation of their functions or the division of labor, and 3) the development of internal and external communication, integrated into the overall communication system, ranging from single cells to ecological and social communication. The article argues that the distinctive characteristic of the present stage of evolution is cumulative cultural evolution of complex social systems that support (scaffold) the development of their individuals, through learning processes. It is shown that such social systems still have structural and functional isomorphism with biological systems; however, their reproduction and transmission implemented predominantly through more developed in the human community non-genetic inheritance systems, the advanced division of labour and distributed cognition.

ISSR ANALYSIS OF PINUS SYLVESTRIS TREES APPURTENANT TO DIFFERENT SELECTION CATEGORIES

abstract 0821208065 issue 82 pp. 927 – 939 31.10.2012 ru 1688
The genetic variability study of Pinus sylvestris trees appurtenant to different selection categories in the plus stand is carried out with ISSR markers. A total of 178 loci were amplified by 6 ISSR – primers and 168 of them were polymorphic. It is detected that the genetic distance between the trees appurtenant to difference selection categories varies from 0,038 to 0,082. Genetic variation parameters of the Pinus sylvestris plus stand are calculated. Shannon’s index (I) was 0,4303, Nei’s gene diversity (H) was 0,2735 and Effective number of alleles (Ne) was 1.4268

ISSUE OF DEVELOPMENT OF NONWEEDING TECHNOLOGY OF GROWING RICE SEEDS

abstract 1341710058 issue 134 pp. 733 – 742 29.12.2017 ru 321
An analysis of the state of contamination of rice crops with red-grained forms was carried out, as well as impurity was found both in the seed material and in the soil. It was shown that there is a need to switch to non-weeding seed growing technology when conducting elite and reproductive seed production. Various variants of soil cultivation in combating the red rice forms are considered, both in the main and in the pre-sowing treatment. It has been found that after harvesting rice on heavily foul areas, it is better to burn straw, and not to carry out autumn tillage of the soil, the seeds of red-grained forms die mostly when wintering on the soil surface. The most effective method of soil cultivation for controlling of red rice forms in seed crops has been identified, in which the yield is increased, and the contamination of crops and the resulting rice grain is significantly reduced. The work carried out will allow reducing manual labor costs in the production of seeds, improving their quality and assortment, speed up variety changing and variety updating

ISSUES IN IMPLEMENTING MARKER BASED TRACKING ON MASS MOBILE DEVICES

abstract 1131509032 issue 113 pp. 430 – 444 30.11.2015 ru 1056
Tracking is a vast field of research associated with navigation, robotics, and virtual environments (virtual reality). Tracking for augmented reality requires higher level of precision, increased range of action, as well as work with a wider variety of input data. It is important that augmented reality technology requires tracking in real time, which also complicates the task. Correct visualization of objects in three-dimensional space requires six degrees of freedom tracking: three position values (x, y, z) and three angles (rotation around the respective axes) to determine the orientation. To solve this problem, different approaches and sensor types are being used. In this article, we present a brief history of the development of tracking technology and analyze the current approaches to implement the process of tracking on mass mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. We also describe some issues in implementing optical marker based tracking for visualization of large scale models

abstract 1341710062 issue 134 pp. 771 – 781 29.12.2017 ru 431
The article deals with the use of methods of operativeinvestigative activities in cases of bribery, inadmissibility of provocation by certain employees of operational units of law enforcement bodies against persons being developed in operational accounting cases. At the same time, the main attention is paid to strict observance of the criminal procedural legislation in the fight against this type of criminal activity; some problems associated with imperfection of the regulatory legal regulation in the course of operative investigation activities in the investigation of corruption crimes are investigated. The circle of subjects of provocative actions at stages before excitation of criminal case and carrying out of preliminary investigation is defined. The reasons and problems of revealing provocative actions are considered at carrying out of operatively-search actions on affairs about bribery. The spectrum of possible operative-search measures, which can be conducted with the purpose of revealing and fixing the facts of bribery, is analyzed. An assessment is made of the possibility of using the results of such an operational-search activity as an operational introduction in establishing the facts of bribery. An analysis of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights on cases of provocative actions during the conduct of operational-search activities at various stages of criminal proceedings in criminal cases on bribery

IT SABOTAGE IN THE CORPORATE SPHERE

abstract 1161602086 issue 116 pp. 1350 – 1361 29.02.2016 ru 780
Nine out of ten acts of sabotage are committed by people one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. Reading more will allow understanding the problem with a couple of examples from the life that most powerfully illustrate typical traits of professionals in the information environment. And, although the first teller did not hide his name, the second one decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or colleagues, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, not only the attacker knows the information about the upcoming sabotage. Analysts estimate that other people know 31% of information about the plans of a saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% with friends 14% — family members and another 14% were accomplices. It was also determined that 62% of corporate saboteurs think through their actions beforehand. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb on the corporate network, additional hidden system entries, etc). In 37% of cases the activity of employees can be noted: of this amount, 67% of preparatory actions visible online 11% offline and 22% both
