NONPARAMETRIC ESTIMATION OF CHARACTERISTICS OF PROBABILITY DISTRIBUTIONS

abstract 1121508001 issue 112 pp. 1 – 20 30.10.2015 ru 1087
The article is devoted to the nonparametric point and interval estimation of the characteristics of the probabilistic distribution (the expectation, median, variance, standard deviation, variation coefficient) of the sample results. Sample values are regarded as the implementation of independent and identically distributed random variables with an arbitrary distribution function having the desired number of moments. Nonparametric analysis procedures are compared with the parametric procedures, based on the assumption that the sample values have a normal distribution. Point estimators are constructed in the obvious way - using sample analogs of the theoretical characteristics. Interval estimators are based on asymptotic normality of sample moments and functions from them. Nonparametric asymptotic confidence intervals are obtained through the use of special output technology of the asymptotic relations of Applied Statistics. In the first step this technology uses the multidimensional central limit theorem, applied to the sums of vectors whose coordinates are the degrees of initial random variables. The second step is the conversion limit multivariate normal vector to obtain the interest of researcher vector. At the same considerations we have used linearization and discarded infinitesimal quantities. The third step - a rigorous justification of the results on the asymptotic standard for mathematical and statistical reasoning level. It is usually necessary to use the necessary and sufficient conditions for the inheritance of convergence. This article contains 10 numerical examples. Initial data - information about an operating time of 50 cutting tools to the limit state. Using the methods developed on the assumption of normal distribution, it can lead to noticeably distorted conclusions in a situation where the normality hypothesis failed. Practical recommendations are: for the analysis of real data we should use nonparametric confidence limits

THE RESEARCH OF THE REAL SYSTEMS OF THE PROCESS OF CHOICE THE KNOWLEDGE FROM THE AREA OF KNOWLEDGE

abstract 0911307118 issue 91 pp. 1753 – 1764 30.09.2013 ru 1088
We have done the research of the possible connections in the real system of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge. It has been identified dependence the number of the straight con-nections in this system from the number of elements in the system. For this it was used an example to solve a particular scientific problem - the choosing the required method of optimization from the variety of optimization methods. In the real system of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge have been identified and researched various connections – the straight and reverse connections, the connection of generation and structural connections, the functioning connections. It became evident, as these connections are formed from the straight and reverse connections in the real system. For some connections were obtained quantitative relationships

PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CONTEMPORARY REFORM OF CIVIL LEGISLATION

abstract 1041410019 issue 104 pp. 290 – 302 30.12.2014 ru 1088
The author notes that the last decade of XX century was a time of transition to innovative development in many countries. The article discusses the concept of innovative entrepreneurial activity in connection with the reform of the civil code. Russian legislation doesn’t have the Law "About innovative activity in the Russian Federation". Meanwhile, in the literature there are lots of interpretations of the "innovation" term

DETERMINATION OF HEAVY METALS IN THE PHYTOMASS AND THE METHOD OF ITS DISPOSAL

abstract 1061502047 issue 106 pp. 758 – 771 28.02.2015 ru 1088
The need for constant monitoring of the environmental situation due to the fact that at the present time almost all the ecosystems of our planet suffer in one way or another degradation under the influence of the anthropogenic factor. In the present work we summarize the results of 6 years of monitoring to determine heavy metals in the air. Industries and domestic waste and, in particular, road transport is the main source of pollution. The share of vehicles to air pollution in cities reaches 70-90%. The greatest danger to public health is compounds of lead, cadmium and mercury relate to 1 class of danger. We have studied the dynamics of accumulation of heavy metals and carbon monoxide in the atmosphere of Krasnodar on the streets with different intensity of car traffic. The data obtained indicate a significant excess compared to the control of the content of such metals as lead, iron, cadmium, and copper in all samples; chromium and zinc at three positions of the four. We pay due attention to the increase in the concentration of cadmium compared with data from previous years. It is established that the dynamics of accumulation of heavy metals in the atmosphere of the city is well correlated with population, the intensity of traffic and has a steady tendency to increase the content of these toxic substances. We have proposed a way of disposal of the biomass of fallen leaves by the method of their biological degradation under anaerobic conditions

ADAPTIVE SUBSYSTEM FOR DETECTING AND PREVENTING ANOMALIES AS A PROTECTION MEANS AGAINST NETWORK ATTACKS

abstract 1101506114 issue 110 pp. 1770 – 1779 30.06.2015 ru 1088
This article describes the results of networks anomalies detection system based on modular adaptive approach practical implementation. The list of specific modules used in the practical implementation of IPS, their architecture, algorithms, software, organizational and technical support determined at technical working design based on the results of the audit, evaluation and risk analysis. In the general list of modules (subsystems) we may include: intrusion detection and prevention (IPS / IDS) subsystems; monitoring, data collection, and event correlation, administration and management subsystem and others. We have demonstrated the specificity of formation requirements for the basic mechanisms of the subsystems in terms of development and implementation of specific architecture with some examples, plus practically implemented structure of system modules, as well as organizational and technical support system functioning
