TECHNOPHOBIA IN PHILOSOPHY

abstract 1181604037 issue 118 pp. 675 – 691 29.04.2016 ru 1089
The article is devoted to the analysis of positions of some philosophers who negatively estimate a role of equipment in human lives and societies. It discusses the philosophical concepts of E. Yunger, F. Yunger, M. Heidegger, K. Jaspers, etc. Besides, the authors of this article address to A. Schopenhauer, F. Nietzsche, M. Makklyuen's heritage. In this work it is shown as methods of formalization and symbolization in science are transferred to areas of humanitarian knowledge and spiritual life, impoverishing them, turning "the understanding thinking in estimating". Calculation becomes a sign of the mechanized reality in which education, work, household submit also to the principles of mechanization. Extrapolation of mechanics to all the spheres of human existence leads to destruction of the humanistic principles: the world as mechanical system is the world where one element can be replaced with another where each part represents only object for studying and manipulation. In the article we also describe tendencies of transformation of people into masses on the basis of the rational estimating tradition of Modern times. Thus, in this work the problems menacing to the essence of "human" are being put and the message for further searches of the way of permission of the question of dehumanization in connection with technical development is formulated, when it is impossible to refuse it completely

ANALYSIS OF BY-PRODUCTS MARKET IN RUSSIA

abstract 1051501032 issue 105 pp. 547 – 561 30.01.2015 ru 1090
Changing style of life, its rhythm and tendencies dictate their own conditions. The deficit of time makes us economize it on all, including the time for cooking. Among the main trends of the domestic meat market - switching consumers from frozen meat products to fresh cooled products. In connection with it the amount of consumers of meat semi-finished products grows. In the work there was considered the results of research of the Russian market of by-products. The market of frozen meat by-products is actively developed in large cities, where it has its own production. The participants of the market state that consumers have started to buy more frozen by-products by weight and the analysis of meat by-products assortment in retailing trade for 2014 testifies it. Trying to fasten their positions, operators of the market not only develop the production powers but work out new products and the analysis of dynamics of production volumes of meat by-products and shares of federal districts – producers of meat by-products testify it. The main players in this segment see the future market for complex, receipt, combined products and ready dishes that will lead to change of structure of meat semi-finished products sales

LIMIT THEOREMS FOR KERNEL DENSITY ESTIMATORS IN SPACES OF ARBITRARY NATURE

abstract 1081504021 issue 108 pp. 316 – 333 30.04.2015 ru 1090
Some estimators of the probability density function in spaces of arbitrary nature are used for various tasks in statistics of non-numerical data. Systematic exposition of the theory of such estimators had a start in our work [2]. This article is a direct continuation of the article [2]. We will regularly use references to conditions and theorems of the article [2], in which we introduced several types of nonparametric estimators of the probability density. We studied more linear estimators. In this article we consider particular cases - kernel density estimates in spaces of arbitrary nature. When estimating the density of the one-dimensional random variable, kernel estimators become the Parzen-Rosenblatt estimators. Asymptotic behavior of kernel density estimators in the general case of an arbitrary nature spaces are devoted to Theorem 1 - 8. Under different conditions we prove the consistency and asymptotic normality of kernel density estimators. We have studied uniform convergence. We have introduced the concept of "preferred rate differences" and studied nuclear density estimators based on it. We have also introduced and studied natural affinity measures which are used in the analysis of the asymptotic behavior of kernel density estimators. We have found the asymptotic behavior of dispersions of kernel density estimators and considered the examples including kernel density estimators in finite-dimensional spaces and in the space of square-integrable functions

THE EFFICIENCY OF USE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEA

abstract 1101506008 issue 110 pp. 123 – 137 30.06.2015 ru 1090
In statistical reporting, the distribution of agricultural land by the farm land users has been given in great detail – for all organizational-legal types of users. Farms and individual entrepreneurs, as well as private households, collective and individual gardeners and gardeners are considered as a separate line. At the same time, the number of livestock and production of livestock products is given only in three groups of land users: agricultural organizations, population farms and the peasant (farmer) economy. To objectively determine the effectiveness of the use of land resources, the authors propose the above legal group to combine the two: the first group – agricultural organizations, population farms, including households; the second group – (peasant) farms and individual entrepreneurs, as the conversion of the first into the second is not yet complete. This approach to analysis will allow to determine more reasonably (objectively) the effectiveness of farmland use in the enterprises of various organizational-legal management forms, as high rates of livestock production in private farms are received not only by its own land, but at the expense of lands of agricultural organizations in which they work. Analysis of cattle and poultry meat production in live weight, of milk in net weight showed that in agricultural enterprises and private farms average production per 100 ha of agricultural lands compared to private (peasant) farms and individual entrepreneurs for 2011-2013 was: of cattle and poultry meat – 31.2 times as much, of milk –14.6 times as much, provided that the latter is 23,7 % of agricultural lands of the Republic. For the analyzed period the average data for 2011-2013 compared to 2008-2010 year on meat increased by 57.7 per cent, of milk – 6.7%. This suggests that there are still significant growth reserves through better use of farmland in the peasant farms and farms of individual entrepreneurs

FOREIGN LANGUAGE ELEMENTS IN THE ASSOCIATIVE FIELD OF THE CONCEPT BUSINESS (A CASE STUDY OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE)

abstract 1111507021 issue 111 pp. 376 – 390 30.09.2015 ru 1090
The article is written in line with contemporary cognitive studies of language and devoted to identifying meaning content of the concept of “business” and its associative field, verbalized in modern speech of Russian students and definition of the role of foreign language elements in creating this field in Russian language. A linguistic associative experiment (both free and chain) is used as the main method of investigation. As a result of experiment interpretation a structure of the associative field of the concept of business is determined. The field consists of 8 semantic microfields: 1) processes that are typical for business; 2) business entities; 3) business attributes / institutions; 4) positive events and business results; 5) negative events and consequences; 6) personal characteristics of businessmen; 7) money; 8) economic / political terms, related to business. Specific weight of foreign language element in associative field of the concept of “business” is determined generally and in each semantic microfield. An analysis of the ratio of original and foreign language elements of the associative field has found that such microfields as «business attributes» and «business entities» are mostly represented by foreign words (loanwords and their derivatives). Foreign language elements influence verbalization of human and universal components of the semantic field of the concept of «business» such as personality traits and emotions. The conclusion correlates with the basic tendency to borrowing words from English into Russian language. To sum up, 40% of vocabulary of the associative field of the concept of “business” is foreign words

PHYLLOXERA-RESISTANT HYBRID FORM OF GRAPES OF TECHNICAL SORTS FOR IMPROVING THE ASSORTMENT

abstract 1121508084 issue 112 pp. 1162 – 1172 30.10.2015 ru 1090
Many old varieties of grapes do not meet modern requirements, so there is a need for improved assortment of new high-quality varieties. The translation of the vineyards of the black sea coast of the Krasnodar region on inoculated culture is not fully decided the fate of the viticulture of the area. Weak resistance of American rootstocks to increased content of calcium and salts in the soil, caused the weakening of the bushes, reducing the vigor of the shoots, their maturation and yield of grape plantations in some areas of the district while reducing their quality indicators. In this regard, the development of new high-yielding varieties suitable for own-rooted viticulture remains the most urgent task for breeders. The article shows the potential of many years of breeding work and study of grapes of technical varieties in Anapa Zone Station, tolerant to phylloxera and resistant to fungal diseases and frost, with high quality products and gives a brief description of some prominent grape varieties

THE ROLE OF FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN DEVELOPMENTS OF ECONOMICS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

abstract 1271703012 issue 127 pp. 222 – 234 31.03.2017 ru 1090
Foreign investments are one of the integral parts in the structure of international capital flows. There are various forms of foreign capital. In the analysis of these forms general principles to the classification of investments that involve, and sometimes reglamentary, their separation on targets, deadlines, investments, forms of ownership of resources investment, risks and other characteristics can be used. Investment activity may be represented in the form of investments, regardless of their source of income and outflow in the country of investment, different forms to obtain economic benefits (profit) and the achievement of other macro - and micro - goals of the government. Analysis of the data of The Rosstat and Bank of Russia indicates that in the Russian Federation there is a significant decline in the inflow and outflow of foreign investment and the export of capital, as before, exceeds import, which characterizes the investment climate unfavorable to investment of foreign capital in the Russian economy. This phenomenon is due to the anti-Russian sanctions aimed at reducing Russia's influence in the international relationships and reduce its capacity. International investment cooperation does not meet potential opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to not only search for new forms and methods of mutual investments but also search the creation of modern infrastructure investment complex in the field of foreign economic cooperation and strategic partnership. The attraction of foreign investments into the Russian economy requires significant organizational efforts from the Russian federal and regional authorities, and private companies, financial institutions. It should be aimed at reviving the economy and getting access to advanced technologies and methods of management; contribute to the effective production, integration into the world economic system
