The article presents results of research of quality,
safety and content of biologically active substances of
food red beet roots of Bordo 237 variety, grown in the
Krasnodar region in 2014. On the basis of the research
carried out it was established, that there are
carbohydrates, proteins, organic acids and mineral
substances in the food red beet roots of Bordo 237
variety. Food red beet roots are a source of dietary
fibers (pectin, protopectin, hemicelluloses and
cellulose), possessing antitoxic, antioxidant, radiation
protective, cholesterol-lowering and lipid correcting
qualities, and also a source of vitamins C, B9 (folic
acid) and P-active substances, possessing antioxidant
properties. Due to high content in food red beet of a
complex of microelements – iron, zinc, manganese and
copper, and a complex of macro elements – potassium
and magnesium, it can be recommended for
prophylaxis and treatment of hypertension,
atherosclerosis and other diseases of heart and vascular
system, and for prophylaxis of iron-deficiency anemia.
Thus, the research of quality, safety and content of
biologically active substances showed that food red
beet roots of Bordo 237 variety are a high quality component ingredient for creation of food products of
specialized and functional purpose
This article describes the results of programming of a yield of winter wheat grain on quality and productivity of winter wheat in the conditions of teaching and experimental farm of Stavropol upland. There were given the weather conditions during the research, their influence on the formation of the structure yield and quality of winter wheat. We have presented an analysis and a comparative evaluation of the structure of the winter wheat crop, including a variety of quantitative traits: the length of the stem and ear, number of grains per ear, mass of one ear, weight of 1000 grains, tillering and overall productivity yields. This scientific article describes the technical requirements to the content: protein, gluten, vitreous, the DCO, the class of grain. In general, the results of 4-year data on leached black soils of Stavropol Upland were the largest and the best indicators on the structure of winter wheat yield and grain quality, as they were obtained with the introduction of the planned dose N126R80K72 harvest of 6.0 t/ha according to the method of calculation by V.V. Ageev, planned yield levels 5.0 and 6.0 t / ha have been achieved, the accuracy of programming (99%) was obtained by calculating the doses of fertilizers by the method of V. V. Ageev
Activation of starter cultures in cold smoked sausage production is one of the most significant technological approaches which allows speeding up fermentation and decreasing the time for air drying of cold smoked sausages. During the research and experimental findings it is confirmed that the activation of starter cultures can be reached by using electromagnetic treatment.
There were presented the results of approbation of technologies of intensification of summer sausages with the application of electromagnetic treatment with low frequencies of start cultures and raw meat in the work. There were cited the results and the substantiation of working out of device for electromagnetic processing. There were determined the optimal frequencies and time for destruction and intensification of microflora growth. In the result of carried out researches there was proven that the electromagnetic processing influences the functional-technological properties and microbiological seeding of raw meat. There were cited the results of researches of influence of processed by electromagnetic field start cultures the functional-technological properties of model stuffing. On the results of researches there was carried out the approbation of offered technology in the course of which the pH, mass share of moisture and microbiological seeding of sausages are tracked. In accordance with reports of probationary center of JSC “Meat factory “Tikhoretskiy”, experimental line of summer sausages corresponds on physical-chemical, microbiological, toxicological, organoleptic indexes, terms of validity TC 9213-006-00422020-2002. The aim of this study is the substantiation of recreational zones in the mountain forests for walking tourists. The article contains a functional zoning, design and spatial solution of landscapes of these zones. The aesthetic and recreational value of forests recreational areas increases the implementation of thinning. Implementation of thinning in the territory of the forest zone allocates places for relaxing and walking. This is the basis of functional separation of recreational areas. Coordinates of the objects of recreational areas (inputs and outputs, the center of the composition, toilets, natural monuments, gazebos, crossing trails and wooden sculptures) are determined using GPS satnav. We can determine the spatial composition of landscapes with forest vegetation, relief and water space. This allows you to allocate places for sight-seeing platforms. Small architectural forms must be in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Walking paths form the basis recreation areas. Turns and bends of routes for walking must comply with the elements of the landscape. Areas for recreation are usually located along the trail in of water bodies and in places of disclosure prospects. The recreation area is limited to with an enclosure which fits into the forest landscapes. In this case, the fence should not interfere with of migration of small animals (herpetofauna, insectivores, and others). The harmony of landscape elements serves as a criterion of completion of design. In the recreation area fire prevention measures have to be carried out by tenants. Permissible load of tourists to recreation areas is determined by a special technique. Conclusions: there was proposed a new kind of recreation facilities in the mountain forests - the zone for walking tourists. When carrying out forestry works, there will be a minimum of expenses on arrangement of the zone. Negative consequences to the forest environment would also be minimized
Protective forest plantations, shelter belts and plantings along the highways of Central - Black Earth region and southern Russia are badly damaged, and in some areas destroyed. Therefore, they can not perform their functions and require major reconstruction or restoration. The most resistant and applicable trees and shrubs to create protective forest plantings are: maple, ash, elm species and three-thorned acacia, honey-locust, white and yellow acacia, and other legumes breeds with high drought tolerance, disease resistance, technogenic pollution and pest damage. For the creation and restoration of protective forest plantations we require seeds of these species containing pericarp. In Voronezh State Forestry Academy we have carried out a scientific research for creation of a machine for extracting seeds from the legumes. Analysis of the results of scientific research of prototyping machines showed that they were made without considered technological and mechanical properties of the legumes theoretical researches workflow machines for extracting seeds from the legumes and scientific basis of design parameters and operating modes. In this article we have a presentation of the experimental sample of the machine for extracting seeds from the legumes and theoretical investigation of the workflow in the batch hopper. According to the results of the study, we have obtained a mathematical expression, which allows you to define the parameters and modes of operation of a brush-grater device
In this research, we discuss promoting and rewarding of
civil servants. These methods represent system
stimulants that affect the needs and interests of the
public civil servant in order to induce him to
conscientiously carrying out their duties. It is concluded
that awarding and promotion are important parts of the
incentive scheme for civil servants, because they show
how faithfully and efficiently citizens do their job, and
these methods pave the way for this fellow citizen doing
their job perfectly. We must mention the material
benefits obtained by a civil servant usually in the form of
encouragement. It should be noted that in recent years
actively updated current legislation has been promoting
and rewarding measures that are established by different
public authorities, which gives law enforcers more
options in choosing the measures of rewarding and
encouraging, relevant to labor achievements of citizens.

Currently, secondary resources of vegetable raw materials are widely used in solving the food, environmental and energy issues, as well as an additional source of substances of natural origin. A significant amount of secondary resources is produced during the processing of sunflower seeds - the main oilseed Kuban. Fats industry, while processing seeds, mainly extracts only one component - vegetable oil and is having a huge amount of meal, which is mainly used for agricultural purposes. Valuable property of sunflower meal is that it is high in protein, low cost and lack of toxic and anti-nutrients. Favorable amino acid composition determines the viability of recovering proteins from sunflower meal. Proteins were extracted from sunflower meal with a dispersing agent which may be water, sodium salts, alkalis, acids, or any organic solvent, followed by precipitation of the protein at the isoelectric point with hydrochloric acid. However, this protein has a high content of phenolic compounds, which gives it a dark color. The high concentration of chlorogenic acid in sunflower meal and its ability to form a dark colored complex with proteins limits the use of sunflower proteins in the food industry. All known methods of protein purification products from phenolic compounds, in particular chlorogenic acids, are mainly aimed at reducing the use of solvents and washing using membrane technology. However, in most cases, their use is either inadequate due to removal of phenolic compounds or decreasing the nutritional and biological value of the obtained product due to the toxicity of the solvent used, and an inability to completely remove it from the protein
