This article explains the relevance of evaluation of
agricultural growth, which can be achieved through
the implementation of agricultural sectors’ innovative
potential. The opportunities of agricultural growth are
defined by the set of macroeconomic, sectoral and
regional factors as well as the type of enterprises that
have different levels of innovative susceptibility. The
authors give an overview of the main methods of social
and economic forecasting and justify the choice of
the ARIMA (Autoregressive integrated moving average)
as a tool for forecasting regional development of
agriculture. The article presents the experts’ estimatesbased
values of integrated indicators of agricultural
exogenous factors and the ARIMA-parameters based
on the use of these indicators for time series prediction
of agricultural production in the Amur region. The
authors conclude that the time series ARIMA-model
of the gross agricultural production, taking into account
the influence of innovation potential factors,
demonstrate a good approximation to the Amur region
data. This article also compares the forecasts of agricultural
production on inertial and innovative scenario
for the Amur region, and provides an estimation of
innovation potential growth of the agricultural branches

On the basis of the carried out experiments of the application of Bacell on birds it is possible to make a conclusion about expediency of its application at cultivation of the hens as the fodder additive. The article presents a study on agro-biological and technological indicators of Don indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the viticulture of the Krasnodar region. It was found that the introduced varieties are consistent with the conditions of the area and can be recommended for growing in production plantations in southern Russia. On ripening, the varieties are as follows: the early ripening varieties are Sibirkovy; a group of middle-ripening - Aligote, Plechistik, Varyushkin; to the medium-late - Bessergenevsky 10 and Krasnostop Anapsky. Highest yield was proved to for such grape varieties as Bessergenevsky 10 (150 kg / ha) and Varyushkin (140 kg / ha). Test grapes of Aligoté and Krasnostop Anapsky showed an average yield of 120 and 130 kg / ha, respectively, red and Sibirkovy Plechistik - 140 and 135 kg / ha. Comparing the current literature with the results, we noted the following notable differences: all the studied indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the Krasnodar region matured earlier, had higher productivity indexes and gave higher yields, than in the conditions of their homeland Rostov region
We describe the construction of the raft, formed of flat raft sections; it is shown, that the given raft has deeper draft, which increases during the voyage. The construc-tion of the raft, formed from flat raft sections of stabi-lized buoyancy is presented. The proposed raft has less draft, the intensity of increase of which is not signifi-cant when navigating; it allows it to go through the sec-tions of rivers with smaller depths.
