MODERNIZATION OF ASSORTMENT OF TABLE GRAPES FOR FARMERS AND CROFT VITICULTURE

The article highlights the issues of improving the assortment of table grape plantations for use in the farms and croft forms of management. Brief presentation of results of the five-year study of 12 table grape varieties in industrial environments for their cultivation: in the OAO AF of "Juznaja", OOO "Phanagoria-Agro" training field "Kuban" and branches of the Department of Viticulture Kuban State Agricultural University: Citrine, Helios, Bogatyanovsky, Anthracite, Dolgogdanij, Preobragenije, Academic K, Rochefort K, Libya K, Kubattik, Nizina and Chrysolite. These varieties are the basis of modern conveyor of table varieties and are recommended for introduction in the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation in all regions of our country

ANALYSIS AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

Effective management of innovation processes is an important prerequisite for economic growth and competitiveness of the country and can be achieved with the active participation of the state in the field of innovation system. The structural elements of the innovation system are the government, business, education and science, which interact on the basis of the legal framework of innovation. Innovative development is the consistent implementation of measures for the implementation of innovative activities by all actors of the innovation system with the involvement of the all major spheres of life and to ensure the effective interaction of all elements of the innovation system. Currently, the priority development of the Russian economy is a shift from raw materials to innovative. The Krasnodar region is among the regions with the most developed innovative potential. The region is actively developing a legislative framework aimed at regulating the innovation processes operate research and development centers, is strongly supported by local authorities. This article is devoted to the methodology of the research of the new of the academic discipline "Sociology and Culturology" for «Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin». The article describes the specific tasks posed by the teaching staff of the social and humanitarian department in the connection with the introduction of the integrated academic discipline into the educational process, including problems that require immediate of the resolution. The article reflects the integrative character of the new discipline, the lines of conjugation of the social and cultural components of the scientific knowledge. The main form of the work of the student audience on the practical training is the working with the primary sources, literary texts, which are subjected to the sociological analysis. The authors suggest, that in the process of the development of the new integrative discipline "Sociology and Culturology» students will be able to navigate in the contemporary socio-cultural situation, self-describe and analyze the processes of the world community. The authors of this article share their thoughts on the inclusion of an integrated discipline in the dialogical concept of social and humanitarian of the knowledge, believing that the focus of the subject "Sociology and Culturology" is a dialogue that is actualized in the text. The optimization of the subject's thinking activity through of the dialogue, according to the authors, contributes to the formation of a harmonious personality with the development of a civic position, an understanding of the historical and social conditioning of the individual's activities

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

In this article we have performed a dynamic analysis of the system development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from the perspective of the study of sustainability of this system, the transition from one state of sustainable development to another in the context of the cycle phases of the system development of SMEs. The development cycle of the SME system is a set of successive stages: post-crisis, including phase reactions to the crisis and the birth of a new cycle of development; growth; pre-crisis. Dynamic analysis allowed the authors to allocate for each stage of system development SME time lag its onset and duration. Research of a sustainable development of system of SMEs is performed on the following groups of indicators: quantitative (number of the entities, number of workers, amount/turnover of products, investment), high-quality (percent of SMEs working in system to total number occupied in economy, a share of amount/turnover of products of SMEs in the GRP of the Russian Federation, specific weight of the profitable entities in total number of the entities, a labor productivity) and performance indicators (profitability of products, receipt in the budget). The analysis results confirmed opinion of authors on different reaction of small enterprises and medium scale enterprises on crisis conditions which are expressed in fast reaction of the first and inertial – the second. Dynamic analysis allowed revealing the features of the development of individual small and medium enterprises and their systems that may be used as the basis for predicting further development of SMEs in Russia

CLIP THINKING PHENOMENON THROUGH A PRISM OF GERBERT MARCUSE’S “ONEDIMENSIONAL MAN”

Clip thinking phenomenon analysis is considered through a comparison to a theory of one-dimensional man by outstanding representative of Frankfurt school of social research Herbert Marcuse. Approaches to definition for clip thinking phenomenon and indication its reasons are conducted. Although this phenomenon was defined and presented more than 20 years ago by philosopher F. Girenok, descent reasons and impact apparatus of clip thinking were described earlier by Gerbert Marcuse within ‘one-dimensional man’ theory. Philosopher contemplates modern industrial society as never-ending consumer system, its aims of own life support predetermined a formation of new type man which represents mass society by ability of living according to “correct” social attitudes. The man’s life should be brought under control of constant consumer process. Any exertions of individuality or public point of view deviations should be eliminated. These things are executed by means of mass media indoctrination and appropriate ideas implementation. However every man is still able to think critically and his vision of world comprehension may be quite full due to cultural environment accessory even in spite of one-sided perception prism

UNIQUE NATURAL MONUMENTS AND THE CONDITIONS OF THE KABARDINO-BALKAR REPUBLIC AND THE NORTH CAUCASUS TO ORGANIZE ECOLOGICAL TOURISM

The article focuses on the unique nature of the CBD and the North Caucasus, and to existing problems. It was noted that many areas of protected and recreational areas are eroded and disturbed by human activities and environmental tourism in the regions is not developed. We have made a justification for the establishment of eco-tourism, the key objectives and tasks. On the example of Kabardino-Balkaria, there was set scientific and technological rationale of the organization of the centers of ecological tourism in the regions. The article shows a comparative analysis about the developing ecological tourism in Europe as an active form of recreation. Unlike European counterparts, in our project we have a strong emphasis on the popularization and implementation of environmental technologies for the protection and improvement of springs, hiking trails and recreation areas for tourists. You can find descriptions of the most interesting and amazing natural monuments, and recreation areas divided in ecological routes and areas of the CBD. The mountain zones of the CBD are mainly located in four valleys: in the Baksan, Cherek, Chehem and Malka, where these amazing natural monuments and landscapes are. The authors conducted a field research work for the study of the unique natural sites in all environmental routes and areas of the CBD. In conclusion, it is noted that in our region there is great potential for organization of ecological tourism and all these beautiful natural conditions are the basis for this. The development of ecological tourism will further attract more than 10 thousand tourists who are interested in nature in Kabardino-Balkaria and environmental issues in the region

PROBLEMS OF NOTIFYING THE OFFENDER ABOUT THE PLACE AND THE TIME OF DRAWING UP A PROTOCOL ON ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATION

This article is devoted to the study of problematic issues related to notification of the person brought to administrative responsibility, the place and the time of the drawing up of a protocol. Lack of proper regulatory legal regulation of the order of call of this participant in the process gives rise to ambiguous law enforcement practice. Non-recognition of the notice as appropriate leads to a decision to terminate the proceedings in the case of an administrative offense and, as a consequence, to the removal of the offender from punishment. The article analyzes various ways to notify people, the authors emphasize the merits and demerits of these methods. The conclusion of the article suggests ways of improving the legislation regulating the procedure for notifying persons about the need for presence to draw up a protocol
