THE STUDY OF THE FEATURES OF DEPRIVED OF ETHER CORIANDER FRUITS AS RAW MATERIALS FOR FATTY OIL PRODUCTION BY MEANS OF PRESSING

abstract 1131509006 issue 113 pp. 80 – 89 30.11.2015 ru 1116
The article shows that for the essential oil industry of the Russian Federation to solve the problems of import substitution it is urgent to develop effective technology to extract fatty oil from the crushed and deprived of ether by water vapor coriander fruits. The existing technologies for obtaining fatty oils from deprived of ether coriander were considered. It is shown, that at small-scale enterprises it is most advisable to remove fatty oil by screw pressing. A brief analysis of main factors affecting the completeness of oil extraction in screw presses was carried out. The conclusion about the necessity of preparation of deprived of ether coriander for extraction with the purpose of increasing the yield of fatty oil was made. It is shown, that one of the stages of such preparation is the removal of part of the shell from deprived of ether coriander, which also increases the nutritional value of the oilcake. Fractional composition of deprived of ether coriander after extraction of essential oil by water vapour and drying was investigated by sieve analysis method. On the basis of obtained data, prior to separating the shell by pneumatic separation, it is recommended to separate deprived of ether coriander into three fractions by size – coarse (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1.8 mm), medium (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1 mm) and fine (undersize from a sieve with a diameter of 1 mm). Component composition of the coarse fraction of deprived of ether coriander was studied. It was found, that the content of the shell in this fraction is 36%, which indicates the possibility of its effective separation by pneumatic separation

GENERAL RELATIVITY AND GALACTIC METRICS

abstract 0941310027 issue 94 pp. 359 – 383 27.12.2013 ru 1117
It is shown that the metric of the galaxy should be universal, depending only on the fundamental constants. There are examples of universal metrics obtained in Einstein's theory of gravitation and Yang-Mills theory. The axial-symmetric solutions of Einstein’s equations for a vacuum are applied to explain the rotation of matter in spiral galaxies

DEVELOPING LOW TEMPERATURE SOURCE LOCAL HEATING FOR PIGLETS

abstract 1081504056 issue 108 pp. 761 – 778 30.04.2015 ru 1118
During the research, we have developed a low-temperature zonal heating panels with an infrared emitter to create a local microclimate for piglets in the suckling period. This heater is lightweight and durable frame in the form of an inverted box size 400 mm x 1800 mm, attached to the wall of the building swivel. Top frame mounted thermostat is connected to a temperature sensor mounted directly on a metal plate with a thickness of 1 mm, painted in black color. In the upper part of the inner carcass layer is a light insulating material, which is located directly under the low-temperature heat source is electric. Study of the optimal size of the heating panel revealed that in view of the limitations associated with the area of the machine and biological characteristics of the optimum size of the sow for 11 piglets are: width – 400 mm; length – 1500 mm (at ventral position) and 1800 mm (lateral position). Comparison of different heating sources for piglets revealed that the use of infrared lamps enables newborn piglets seating area by 55.6%, while in 28 days – by 88.9%. Infrared lamps can not completely meet the recommended specifications as to ensure a more intense heat lamp to be lowered towards the floor surface, which leads to a reduction in the useful area heated. Using as a source of local heating mats and low-temperature panels satisfies pigs in the area of the den in the early suckling period at 138.9 and 200.0%, to weaning, respectively – by 48.5 and 65.5%. Thus, we have developed a low-temperature heating panels contributed to a more uniform distribution of heat in a recreation area of suckling piglets and to provide a comfortable environment at temperatures of 2-3 C lower in comparison with other methods of heating

ANALYSIS OF EXPERT ORDERINGS

abstract 1121508002 issue 112 pp. 21 – 51 30.10.2015 ru 1118
In various applications it is necessary to analyze some expert orderings, ie clustered rankings of examination objects. These areas include technical studies, ecology, management, economics, sociology, forecasting, etc. The objects may make samples of the products, technologies, mathematical models, projects, job applicants and others. We obtain clustered rankings which can be both with the help of experts and objective way, for example, by comparing the mathematical models with experimental data using a particular quality criterion. The method described in this article was developed in connection with the problems of chemical safety and environmental security of the biosphere. We propose a new method for constructing a clustered ranking which can be average (in the sense, discussed in this work) for all clustered rankings under our consideration. Then the contradictions between the individual initial rankings are contained within clusters average (coordinated) ranking. As a result, ordered clusters reflects the general opinion of the experts, more precisely, the total that is contained simultaneously in all the original rankings. Newly built clustered ranking is often called the matching (coordinated) ranking with respect to the original clustered rankings. The clusters are enclosed objects about which some of the initial rankings are contradictory. For these objects is necessary to conduct the new studies. These studies can be formal mathematics (calculation of the Kemeny median, orderings by means of the averages and medians of ranks, etc.) or these studies require involvement of new information from the relevant application area, it may be necessary conduct additional scientific research. In this article we introduce the necessary concepts and we formulate the new algorithm of construct the coordinated ranking for some cluster rankings in general terms, and its properties are discussed

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL CONTROL ORGANIZATIONS

abstract 0981404105 issue 98 pp. 1474 – 1485 30.04.2014 ru 1119
Financial control is a part or special branch, implemented in the country control. Availability of financial control objective due to the fact that finance as an economic category is not a unique distribution, but also a control function. Therefore, the use of the State Finance in solving their problems necessarily involves control conduction to monitor the implementation of these tasks. Financial control works in accordance with established legal norms throughout the procedure system of state power and local self-government, including regulatory agencies, with the participation of public organizations

PAINTINGS BY S. A. GAVRILYACHENKO, AS ILLUSTRATIVE OF THE SOURCE ON THE DAILY LIFE OF THE COSSACKS

abstract 1141510048 issue 114 pp. 651 – 661 30.12.2015 ru 1119
In today's world, one of the most urgent problems is applying to study history of everyday life. In this paper first analyzes the reflection of the everyday life of the Cossacks on the paintings for S. A. Gavrilyachenko. The author examines in detail the work of the artist associated with this theme indicates strengths and weaknesses. Particular attention is paid to the precision display of the Cossack everyday life in the artist's canvases. Based on the study, the author comes to the conclusion about the possibility of using S. A. Gavrilyachenko as one of the sources in the study of Cossack life. The work particularly focuses on the specifics of their use is indicated method of analysis of illustrative sources. The article also highlights the daily life of the Cossacks. The paper identifies features of life and development of the Cossacks, is indicated by its role in the history of Russia. Important place in the life of the Cossacks took the Orthodox faith; they very strictly observe the customs, traditions and beliefs. Particularly tragic was the Cossack period of the February revolution of 1917, at this time the destruction of the centralized management of the Cossack troops occurred. A decisive blow to the bar caused the Civil war of 1917-1923 and what happened during the famine of 1921 — 1922, this theme is most fully represented in the works of S. A. Gavrilyachenko
