PHASE ANALYSIS AS A TOOL OF PREESTIMATED ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITY OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTER

abstract 1071503033 issue 107 pp. 473 – 483 31.03.2015 ru 1111
The article is devoted to the phase analysis as a tool preprocessor analysis of a multi-purpose center. Consider the time series of the daily number of requests received on the basis of the phase portraits of these time series. These time series have strong properties of cycles and periodicity. Practice has shown that in modern conditions, for example, for the Russian economy with its instability and financial crises, classical economic theory and statistics, built on linear models, turned out to be unproductive. Overview of approaches and economic-mathematical methods preprocessor analysis of evolutionary economic processes and the corresponding time series allows concluding the following: one versatile, satisfying all the requirements, do not possess the shortcomings of the method of analysis and forecasting does not exist. Each approach and each method has its advantages, disadvantages, limits of use. Most of the known methods of forecasting operate detected in the considered time series properties of cycles and periodicity. Thus, the mere presence of a pronounced cyclicity at different levels of the considered hierarchical model of the time series of the number of requests in a multi-purpose center are important indicators of the possibility of constructing an adequate predictive model number of requests in the multi-purpose centre

ECONOMIC AND BIOENERGY ASSESSMENT OF ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF WINTER WHEAT CULTIVATION IN THE CENTRAL ZONE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1381804012 issue 138 pp. 60 – 77 30.04.2018 ru 1111
The article presents the results of bio-energetic and economic evaluation of alternative technologies for cultivation of winter wheat, developed in long-term stationary experiments at Kuban State Agrarian University. We study the effect of four factors on the productivity of winter wheat, quality of soil, fertilizers system, systems of soil tillage and systems of protection. We have processed the data for 7 technologies in two rotations of 11 fields grain-grass crop rotation in the Central part of the Krasnodar region on leached black soil of plains of the agricultural landscape. We have established, in the first crop rotation, on the example of varieties of Batyka and Krasnodarskaya 99, that there were changes in costs of production, net profit and the cost of 1 centner of grain, depending on the technology, and the comparative evaluation of bioenergy impact of alternative technologies of winter wheat cultivation to consumption energy costs total energy. We have calculated ratio net of efficiency depending on the technology of cultivation of winter wheat. On the basis of economic and bioenergetic calculations for farms with different level of economy we have proposed an alternative technology: for economically strong, economically average, economically weak farms and for farms located in protected areas where is prohibited the use of chemicals. Thus, producers have a choice of alternative technologies of winter wheat, which will contribute to maximizing profits and obtaining competitive products

TO THE PROOF OF THE NONDEMOUNTABLE METHOD OF REPAIR OF THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP

abstract 1011407132 issue 101 pp. 2012 – 2023 30.09.2014 ru 1112
This article discusses the application of the method of selective transfer to restore the plunger pairs of high pressure fuel pumps of diesel engines. To restore plunger pairs the authors of the article propose to use an anti-friction repair-and-renewal composition on the basis of the mineral serpentinite

THE NEW ECONOMIC POLICY (NEP) AND THE REGULATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE LANDS IN THE USSR DURING THE PERIOD OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

abstract 0941310023 issue 94 pp. 311 – 323 27.12.2013 ru 1113
This article highlights the Bolsheviks's attempts to streamline land relations in the countryside and to direct the peasantry in channel of the collective land using during the period of the NEP. The author shows that these initiatives have not been successful, whereby the land problems have not been solved. Land in the village was still shared, rented, and actually bough

OPEN NETWORK OF FORMAL CORPORATIVE KNOWLEDGE: A CONCEPTUAL MODEL

abstract 1031409077 issue 103 pp. 1138 – 1149 30.11.2014 ru 1113
Within emerging knowledge economy, the current issue is efficient use and reproduction of knowledge in socio-economic systems. One of the promising approaches to the creation of working knowledge management system is based on the open ontological knowledge network. The knowledge network is the model of the process of knowledge sharing, implemented in the virtual space, which inherits the advantages of this process and removes some of its shortcomings. Ontology is a basic component of the conceptual model of the knowledge network; it describes a system of knowledge and defines the structure of data storage in the network. The hierarchy of ontologies involves three levels: metaontology, basic and subject-specific ontology. The ontology use solves two tasks: providing a tool for semantic markup of information resources and disclosing the structure of the information storage for the user. The second task is especially important to ensure an efficient search in large data arrays. The technology of construction of open network includes a set of principles and tools for filling and updating of the domain ontology, fast semantic markup and retrieval of information resources taking into account their semantic links

ESTIMATES OF THE ERROR OF EXPERIMENTAL DATA AT STUDIES OF DENSITY AND THE SATURATED VAPOR PRESSURE (SVP) PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

abstract 1121508066 issue 112 pp. 925 – 938 30.10.2015 ru 1113
At calculations, we have used the next assumptions: 1. Not excluded systematic errors distributed with equal probability; 2. Random errors are normally distributed; 3. Total error is the composition of not excluded systematic and random errors. In calculating of measurement error of pressure, we proceeded from working formula. The confidence interval of each variable less than instrumental error, therefore, to characterize the total error of the measured value P, we use the instrumental errors of all variables. In estimating of temperature measurement error was consider the systematic and random error. To estimate random error we used measurement data of the specific volume of water on six isotherms. Obtained values were compared with published data. As an approximate estimate of the random error of our experimental data, we can take it as a total for all the isotherms of the specific volume in comparison with the published data. For studied fractions confidence limit of total error of measurement results located in the range of 0,03 ч 0,1%. At temperatures close to the critical increasing influence of errors of reference and the error associated with the introduction of corrections on the thermal expansion of the piezometer. In the two-phase area confidence limit of total error increases and located between 0,08 ч 0,15%. This is due to the sharp increase in this area of reference error of pressure and error in determining to the weight of the substance in the piezometer

ABC & XYZ – ANALYSIS OF ASSORTMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF BAKERY INDUSTRIES OF CONSUMER COOPERATIVES

abstract 1141510101 issue 114 pp. 1386 – 1408 30.12.2015 ru 1113
To develop detailed and effective business model of bakery enterprises of consumer cooperation it is necessary to have knowledge on strategic goods displayed on a busy segment of the market, not only in volumetric terms, but in the parameters that characterize the stability of sales or consumption. The particular relevance of this study reveals in modern conditions of functioning. The outcome of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperatives is more than 760 tons per day, distributed between 41 baking enterprise producing more than 300 kinds of products. Of course, the information on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the strategic positions of the range will be a key in making managerial decisions about the production of the program, resourcing, turnover, etc. To solve the problem we have chosen the method of ABC - and XYZ-analysis of assortment of production, based on the criteria of ease of use and breadth of the resulting information. As a result of the application of the methods of ABC and XYZ-analysis and combining the obtained results, we present a classification of the range of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperation product based on the criteria of the contribution of commodity positions in revenue and stability of sales
