In the long-term stationary experiment since 1968, we have studied the influence of crop rotation on soil fertility and productivity. The modernization schemes of field rotations in the direction of alternation crop change were held 40 years later, by introducing a scheme of oilseeds (canola, soy). According to the research, the authors made conclusions about the efficiency of cultivation of oil crops in crop rotations in the region. The resulting materials can be used in the development of crop rotations schemes for forest-steppe of Western Siberia
In this article, in accordance with the methodology of SC analysis, we consider particular implementation stages of the synthesis of the numerical model and its analysis. We have also presented the results of the determination of the different states of the processing complex function of various factors on these states and their classification, as well as semantic networks and cognitive class diagrams and factors. On the basis of the analysis we made specific findings and recommendations for decision making at the management level of the region. After execution of the stages of cognitive structuring and formalization of the subject area the further stages of automated SC analysis have been accomplished, the first of which is the phase of the input database of precedents. All these steps are performed directly using "Eidos" universal cognitive analytical system

Scheme worked of the typical positions of the body and type of the motion children-invalids. Recommendations are given to designing design details of the garments.
The method of edge detection for X-ray medical images is proposed in the article. The method uses active contours approach for object edge refinement and combines advantages of active contours and those of the method proposed by author in his earlier researches. The article investigates the possible pathways for the
formation of crotonaldehyde in wine production in the
result of the activity of wine yeast and lactic acid bacteria. It established that exposure to exhaust gases, noble rot, pathogens and pests on grape plant does not lead to the biosynthesis of crotonaldehyde in grape berry. The experimental data to identify probable pathways for the formation of crotonaldehyde during vinification has been presented. The effect of the test substance on the life of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria has been estimated
This study was aimed on testing of IRAP markers developed
at plum on varieties of peach, Russian plum and cherry plum and genotyping of home and foreign varieties of plum, followed by an analysis of the data. During the testing of the markers have been identified as a high level of polymorphism between genotypes of plum and between the studied species. On the basis of the results obtained by genotyping 15 samples of Prunus was built dendrogram. Cluster analysis was divided into 3 groups corresponding varieties of P. persica, P. domestica and a common group for varieties of Russian plum and cherry plum
The article deals with the study of the theoretical and methodological approaches of the creation of competitive strategies in the retail market of banking products and services; of specific features of competition in this market; of essence, nature, objects and factors of competition, the bank’s competitiveness at macro and micro levels. There were found structural and logical relationships that reflect the interaction of the main elements and parameters of micro and macro environment in determining the competitiveness of a commercial bank in the article. On the basis of different interpretations on the concept of «strategy», analysis theory and methodology of banking strategic management of B. Karloff, M. Porter, G. Hamel, classification strategies the authors argue that the development of competitive strategy of bank with the aim of forming its financial behavior promotes the formation of a favorable institutional environment and business climate. The authors of this article have concluded, that banks need to developing their competitive strategy in the context of the institutional trend in accordance with their social mission. The mission of the bank is a role in the society, philosophy, promising estimated model, orientation of the activities which is corresponding with objectives.
