GEOMETRIC TURBULENCE

abstract 0991405069 issue 99 pp. 1003 – 1023 30.05.2014 ru 1179
In this article we have investigated the solutions of Maxwell's equations, Navier-Stokes equations and the Schrödinger associated with the solutions of Einstein's equations for empty space. It is shown that in some cases the geometric instability leading to turbulence on the mechanism of alternating viscosity, which offered by N.N. Yanenko. The mechanism of generation of matter from dark energy due to the geometric turbulence in the Big Bang has been discussed

REGIONAL ASPECTS OF SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL PROGRESS

abstract 0991405084 issue 99 pp. 1210 – 1229 30.05.2014 ru 1179
This article provides an analysis of regional development in the course of scientific-technical progress. There is strong empirical evidence that technical progress impact considerably varies, depending on state of a region. Why do some regions prosper, while others go down in the course of growing productivity? To study this complicated issue, a system dynamic model has been developed. Simulation has resulted in some insights, which help to understand the mechanism of the problem and how to cope with it

WAYS OF STABILIZATION THE ENERGY OF SMALL HYDROPOWER PLANTS

abstract 1121508070 issue 112 pp. 974 – 986 30.10.2015 ru 1179
The article deals with the basic methods of stabilizing voltage generators for small hydroelectric power plants. It shows a block diagram of the implementation and analysis of the characteristics of the work; it reveals the advantages and disadvantages. The authors explain the features of the work of the functional circuits voltage regulators with discrete ballast, with phase control and management of the load current. It is shown, that to improve the performance of small hydroelectric power plants considerably we have to use contactless generators in their construction: asynchronous generators with capacitive excitation and synchronous generators with permanent magnets. The functional scheme of the voltage regulator, the construction of which has an additional field winding, simplifies the system voltage stabilization of the synchronous generator with permanent magnets, as well as a functional scheme of an asynchronous generator voltage regulator, made using step-up transformers, which significantly reduces the weight of the capacitors providing excitation of the generator and compensation of reactive power load. We have discussed the methods and devices for stabilization of voltage generators which will improve the effectiveness of pre-design work on the creation of new devices of stabilization of parameters of electric power generators for small hydroelectric power plants with improved operational and technical specifications

THE ASSESSMENT OF COMPLEXITY OF COMBINATORY METHOD OF NUMBERS’ FACTORIZATION

abstract 1341710006 issue 134 pp. 59 – 87 29.12.2017 ru 1179
This article is devoted to the assessment of the calculating complexity of combinatory method of numbers’ factorization. The content of combinatory method is explained in the article of the same name published in the journal issued in November 2016. The author supposes that the reader has learnt its content and knows the basic notions of theory of calculating complexity of the algorithms. The following results of the learning of the given task are expounded in this article. The algorithm of combinatory method permits to accomplish the parallel calculations. Graph of any order is the separate structure, because its initial data are determined independently from the other graphs. So, the calculating complexity of the task about the factorization of numbers in the predetermined interval of the positive integers is defined by the complexity of the most laborious graph. The analysis of the graphs’ structure allows to state that it’s the graph of the third order. In any graph both branches of the first level give the separate structures- partitive graphs of the first level with independent input data. So, the calculating complexity of the graph complete is determined by the maximal complexity of the graph of the first level. The givenat random interval of positive integers stays without changes, if we observe the sequence of the adjacent intervals. In the results it’s stated that the assessment of complexity of combinatory method as well other present methods of numbers’factorization is exponential. In this aspect the combinatory method doesn’t compete with other actual methods. However, evaluating the scientific significance of the algorithm, the decisive factor is not the calculating complexity, but its originality, which permits to explain (if not to discover) any properties of the positive integers. In the conclusion of the article the author describes the advantages of combinatory method, permitting to appreciate the degree of its scientific novelty

GRAVITATIONAL WAVES AND SCHRODINGER QUANTUM THEORY

abstract 0961402081 issue 96 pp. 1194 – 1211 28.02.2014 ru 1178
In this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation. Conjecture about the Schrödinger wave function due to gravitational waves was proved. Solutions of the gravitational field equations similar to the de Broglie waves have been constructed.

SPECIFICITY OF EARLY FRONTIER IN THE CAUCASUS

abstract 1021408028 issue 102 pp. 438 – 450 31.10.2014 ru 1178
This article analyzes the early frontier in the Caucasus. In this paper we prove the legality of the use of the concept of "early frontier" for the period of the Russian-Caucasian history. The author, basing on the classic criteria of frontier offered by Turner F.J., compares the main characteristics of early American and Caucasian frontier. During the analysis I allocate the general and specific elements of intercultural communication of this period, which forms the basic mechanisms of frontier community. The article shows how the factor of "intermediate" defines heterotopic, unstable, reversible, transgressionnature of the basic processes and intercultural communication occurring during early frontier. The methodology of this study can be used to analyze different types and stages of the frontier, both historical and contemporary
