In the article we present the analysis of the results of studies of russian, foreign scientists, as well as our own data, obtained in the clonal micro-multiplication and sanitation of the plum domestic from Sharkey's virus (PPV). The urgency of work is determined by the fact that the plum is the second on the significance culture in horticulture of the south of Russia. One of the most economically significant objects of virus etiology on the discharge of relative is considered to be Sharkey's virus of plum (Plum pox potyvirus). In the Krasnodar region and in the Russian Federation for the first time, Sharkey's virus of plum was discovered in the end of the 1980th, after which it widely extended into other regions of the country. In the complex of the methods of sanitation from Sharkey's virus of plum we successfully use thermo- and chemotherapy in combination with the method of apical meristem. The mechanism of the formation of virus-free meristem consists of the delay of the process of the replication of virus particles from the rapid, anticipating increase in the rudimentary cloths and organs, especially, if plant undergoes by thermo- or chemotherapy. As virucide there are used the preparations neo -DHt (85 mG/l), and also salycilic acid in the concentration of 3kh10-4 M with the simultaneous magnetic-pulse working of mericlons. As the most suitable nutrient medium for the micro-multiplication of plum we considered Murasige- Skoog medium, on basis of which we have prepared different modifications. As the growth factors, which increase the effectiveness of multiplication, we used 6-BAP in the concentration 0,5-1 mG/l (in the stage of introduction into the culture and the stage of animated cartoon). For the improvement in the quality of the micro-shoots of plum, additionally to the growth factors, one should apply succinic acid, succinates of potassium and sodium in the concentration 4 mG/l. Obtained in the course of clonal micro-multiplication and adapted mericlons will be tested to the virus carrying ability and will be approved according to the quality signs. PREDICTION OF A FINANCIAL MARKET EVOLUTION ON THE BASE OF SOFTWARE TOOLS FOR LINEAR CELLULAR AUTOMAT
The work used methods of system analysis, monographic, structural and logical, economic-statistical, mathematical continuous and discrete, settlement and constructive methods as well as software tools of linear cellular automata. Usage of each method was based on their functionality, thus ensuring the accuracy of the findings and scientific positions. In this article we attempt to predict the dynamic behavior of the financial market elements, to use on the basis of a linear cellular automaton computer tools and methods of nonlinear science for adequate numerical reflection measure various risks, primarily financial and economic risks, as well as to show the power of computer graphics, computer mathematics system linear cellular automata, to emphasize an important philosophical role of visualization. The authors of the work programmed linear cellular automaton based on Python 2.7 software platform in the form of application. The program validates the predictive model on the adequacy of the selected coloring, is forecast error and builds polygons predictive model and input data on the same graph. The proposed research area is relevant to the processes in the financial and economic system, bringing in useful innovative elements in the generalized forecast that do not exist in continuous classical methodology
That article is of interest to practicing veterinarians. Currently, the biggest obstacle in the development of dairy farming is infertility at cows, which is caused by the presence of diseases of the reproductive organs, most of which is occupied by acute and chronic endometritis. The frequency of occurrence of chronic endometritis at cows reaches high levels, from 10 to 66.3%, averaging 14%. One of the direct causes of chronic endometritis is association of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and fungi. Many chemotherapeutic agents which are designed for prophylaxis and treatment of acute postpartum endometritis do not give a high therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic endometritis or amount and frequency of application drugs is very high. Analyzing the data, the authors developed a new drug which has fungicidal and antibacterial actions - Florinazol. The experiments showed that the use the Florinazol preparation in combination with myotropic, pathogenetic and vitamin preparations gives 90% of therapeutic efficiency, while the frequency of administration of the drug was on average 3 fold, and the duration of treatment was 5 days

The work presents the results of studies on the
influence of the foliar spraying of white grapes of the
technical sort of ‘Chardonnay’ with new water-soluble
fertilizers: Nutrivant plus vinograd, Kelik potassiumsilicon,
Atlanta plus and microelements in chelated
form - Kelkat boron, Kelkat manganese and Kelkat
zinc, on its agro biological and technological
indicators. The field experiment was performed in the
AF Close Joint-Stock company "Primorsk" in
Temryuk District. The diagram of the experiment
consisted of five options: without treatment (control);
Nutrivant plus vinograd - 1 kg / ha; Kelik potassium
silicon - 3 kg / ha; Atlanta plus - 2 kg / ha; a set of
microelements - Kelkat boron, manganese and Kelkat
Kelkat zinc 660 g / ha each. It was established that the
foliar spraying with these fertilizers contributes to a
more intensive accumulation of sugar in the juice of
berries and to the acceleration of the harvest ageing.
Furthermore, the productiveness of shoots has been
increased, as it is shown in a greater number of
inflorescences, and sometimes, the average bunch
weight increases. All this contributes to a significant
increase in a yield from a bush and to a crop yield. The
highest content of chlorophyll (a + b), carotinoid and
the amount of pigment were observed in cases of
"Atlant plus" and "Kelik potassium-silicon," where the
highest sugar was contained in the berries. Foliar
spraying of grapes with the complex of microelements
and also Nutrivant plus and Atlanta plus contributed to
the improving of the quality of wine, as evidenced by
the data of the tasting degustation. The highest mark
was provided by the foliar spraying of bushes using
the complex of microelements
