We investigate D. D. Shostakovich's opera “Gamblers”
is in the context of an intertext. In this opera, the psychological
drama develops; this complex artistic task is
solved largely thanks to masterful introduction of a
variety of intertextual links. “Gamblers” is an example
of recitative opera with an intense, “passionate” vocal
style and flexible technique ranging from secco to a
gushy accompagnato. The text directs melodic development
and intertextual links. The appeal to a method
of the intertextual analysis opens interaction between
“Gamblers” and their dialogue with musical classics
and other Shostakovich’s works. Own creativity and
the whole layer of classical works first of all acts as
donor texts: operas style bel canto, opera-buffa, D.
Verdi’s opera “La traviata”, Russian recitative opera –

The article considers the enzymatic activity and some other ecological and biological properties of zonal soils of the Crimea (cambisol, Chromic cambisol, different subtypes of chernozems). We have revealed significant differences in catalase, dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase,
invertase for soils of the Crimea, which can not be explained only by the content of soil organic matter. Despite the low humus content of the soil, some have a high level of some enzymes. The identity of the property increased risk to the objects of civil rights is proved in the article. No doubt the necessity of separation of static and dynamic units in the civil-law mode of real things of increased risk. However, currently these components are not sufficient for full civil and legal characteristics. Suggestions for improving the structure of the real objects of civil rights are proposed by the author. The article considers the civil-law regime of real estate high risk as a legal phenomenon of a systemic nature. Risk is a system element of the regime particularly dangerous real estate. Different types of risks in the content of the legal regime of these things are interconnected in a close relationship. Value category of "risk" in the legal regime associated with compensation for damage caused by its operation. Another part of the problem associated with civil-legal regulation of property rights to such objects of civil law. The author's understanding of the structural elements of a civil-law regime of such things and their interrelations is proposed. This representation of the structure of civil-legal regime of immovable properties increased risk allows to take into account particular things as objects of civil rights in all sections of civil reality
The article is devoted to searches of the methods of planning of difficult processes which are most productive and promote creation of absolutely new ways of network planning and management. In the 60th of the XX century works on development of network planning started arising in Russia. They began to be applied in construction and scientific development, and further in other areas of a national economy. Network planning and management on modeling of process by means of the network schedule is organized. It is a set of calculation methods of organized and control actions of planning. For the solution of a task it is necessary to carry out quite large number of various works. In our article we want to study methods of application of network planning on the example of field works of the company called "Zarya". To make the plan of works on implementation of the field works consisting of ten separate researches and operations it is necessary to describe it by means of mathematical model. The dramatic lowering of intraocular pressure
(hypotony) is developing during glaucomatous surgery
due to the formation of the new aqueous humor
outflow. The calculations of the flow in the fluid
balance parameters have shown, that for the normal
intraocular pressure maintenance in the postoperative
period the fluid flow out of the anterior chamber
should not exceed 0,04 microliter in minute. The
intensity of the aqueous humor outflow through the
shunts with different parameters does not depend on
the shunt length. The shunt with the inner hole radius
0,025 mm is the most safe as it provide the less
outflow. The experimental comparative study of the
static viscosity of the most widely used viscoelastics in
ophthalmological surgery was carried out. It was stated
that used in eye surgery viscoelastics on the basis of
1%, 2% and 3% sodium hyaluronate possess the
viscosity, that differs in 10 and 100 times and has
significant influence on the flow intensity out of the
anterior chamber when the new outflow tracts are
formed. The mathematically based choice of the most
optimal relationship between the viscoelastics physical
parameters and the inner hole size of the shunt type
glaucoma drainage devices was established. Shunt
with the inner hole radius 0,05 mm and simultaneous
use of 2% and 3% sodium hyaluronate solution is the
most safe for the maintenance of the eye tonus during
the first 5 days after glaucoma surgery. The presented
correlation allows to increase the safety of the surgical
treatment of the patients with the refractory glaucoma
The article describes the process of cooking wheat granules conducted under production conditions of cooking and enzymatic cooking in laboratory conditions. It gives the values of moisture diffusion coefficients and the results of modeling the process of cooking using the equation of non-stationary diffusion method of nets for the implicit scheme. The model takes into account the changes in the moisture concentration of particles in space and time, the temperature change process and avulsion of starch outer layers
