LANDSCAPING THE CITY OF MAKHACHKALA WITH VARIOUS PLANTS

abstract 1121508006 issue 112 pp. 99 – 111 30.10.2015 ru 1168
The total area of green spaces in the capital of Dagestan now stands at 3003.5 hectare, and in the mid-1960s - 186 hectares. Green areas of common use per capita in 2015 compared to 1960 has decreased dramatically and amounted to 3.6%, which is only 1.0% of the norm. The race of landscape construction of the city far behind the race of construction of residential and office sectors, and the existing green spaces either in quantity or quality does not matches the sanitary and aesthetic requirements, in addition there is a low level of artistic and architectural planning of green space. We have also described the questions of the history of the garden and the park building in Makhachkala and meticulously analyzed the rock-species (species, forms, varieties) of the composition of green space. We have marked the evaluation of their condition. Despite the great diversity of species composition (281 kind of woody plants, including 60 species of gymnosperms and angiosperms 221 views), we have noticed that almost everywhere there was cultivated only a small part of them. This is despite the fact, that the Republic of Dagestan has a rich species diversity of local flora, which can be effectively used in landscaping. Here, too, there are favorable climatic conditions for the introduction of new species. It should be noted that the private sector can be traced as having the opposite trend. Some recommendations have been given to improve the structure and condition of the trees and bushes planted in the city. Finally, we have shown the necessity of linking the production of green building works with the scientific activities of specialized education and research institutions in the city

AGRO-ECONOMICAL EVALUATION OF CRIMEAN INDIGENOUS GRAPE VARIETIES

abstract 1131509062 issue 113 pp. 841 – 854 30.11.2015 ru 1168
The article presents the results of the studies of 11 varieties cultivated in the eastern region of South Coast wine-growing zone of Crimea (planting of "Solnechnaja Dolina ", near Sudak mountain) in the area of their natural growing, where was formed the gene pool of grapes for a long time. As a result, the three-year (2010-2012) study found that the majority of indigenous varieties had small number of fruitbearing shoots in the bush: the varieties with colored berry - 53,3-73,3%, in white-berry - 46,6-75,9% except Shabash variety - 79.9%. We have identified the most productive varieties which were Dzhevat kara (62.2 t / ha), Kokur Beliy (48.9 t / ha), Kapselsky Beliy (44.4 t / ha), and varieties with female type of flower: Kefesiya, Ekim kara, Kock pandas, Sary pandas and Crona gave not high yield: 22.2; 22.2; 24.4; 28.9 and 28.9 t / ha. On the strength of growth, productivity and the accumulation of sugars in the juice of berries, we picked out varieties of Dzhevat kara, Crona, Kapselsky beliy. According to the main economic indicators, it turned out that the most profitable varieties are Dzhevat Kara, Kokur beliy and Kapselsky beliy. Hence, these varieties in conditions of the Crimea have much greater prospect of reproduction and development of production

COMBINED FORECASTING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE ECONOMY

abstract 1141510106 issue 114 pp. 1476 – 1491 30.12.2015 ru 1168
The main statements of the methodology of forecasting of social-economic phenomena and processes in agriculture and the basic requirements to ensure realistic results of forecasting the development of the agrarian economy are considered in this work. The relevance of this topic conditioned on the need of developing a systematic and evidence-based development strategy for the agricultural sector of the country as a whole and on the regional level. In this regard, the study presents an analysis of the main indicators of the Program of development of agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol region, as well as their comparative characteristics, which allowed us to make conclusions about the region's share in the national indicators of agricultural development. The authors have conducted forecasting of the major indicators of Agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol region. The forecast covers such characteristics of agriculture, as the amount of output (production component), investments in fixed capital of agro industrial complex (investment component) and balanced financial result (resultant component). The composed scenarios of development of agricultural production in Russia and the Stavropol region reflect possible trends: inertial development of the industry, based on maintaining the current dynamics of development; pessimistic scenario anticipating slow pace of development of investment activity in the agricultural sector; optimistic scenario, based on the assumption that the creation of fundamental conditions for public and private investment in agro industrial complex. The results are of interest to scientists studying the processes of development of agriculture, and for representatives of the agricultural business and government

A MODEL OF THE CONFLICT LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY IN EVERYDAY CONFLICT DISCOURSE

abstract 1141510100 issue 114 pp. 1371 – 1385 30.12.2015 ru 1168
The aim of the study is to describe the concept of conflict linguistic personality and construct a model of linguistic identity. By summing up common features of the individual personalities we have created the model of conflict linguistic personality, based on three levels: verbal-semantic, cognitive and pragmatic. 1. Verbal - semantic level. Unlike other subtypes of conflict discourse, everyday conflict discourse is characterized by slang, invective, obscene vocabulary. Another feature of everyday conflict discourse is familiarity. Imperatives are also among the characteristic features of conflict. There are also some non-verbal components that play an important role in constructing the model of conflict linguistic personality, such as gestures and mimicry. 2. Cognitive level. Typical conflict linguistic personality rarely tries to mince the words at the peak of the conflict, so his/her cultural level comes "through the language." 3. Pragmatic level. On this level diverse and even opposing tactics are possible depending on the purpose of conflict linguistic personality, as well as his/her social role and psychological state at the moment. The cooperative tactics include: acceptance, conviction, compassion, assignment, promise, etc. Noncooperative tactics include: mockery, accusation, insults, threats, pressure, interruption, provocation

ABOUT A QUESTION OF SELFORGANIZATION IN DEVELOPING SYSTEMS

abstract 1071503026 issue 107 pp. 374 – 383 31.03.2015 ru 1166
The problem of transition from the abstract and general dialectics to the concrete and common theory of development, the problem of diachronic of dialectic and synergetic cognition’s culture in the context of comporation between the philosophic and natural science are discussed in the article. The hypothese of cosmologic singularity the birth of tte world from «nothing» and the role of «dark materia» in the developing’s process of our Universe are also described. The author points out on the features of synergy, which using the linearity аnd nonlinearity in the theory expresses the aspects of material unity of the world, linked to the general properties of self-development of complex systems. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with periodically removable elements (elementary dissipative systems). The spontaneous disbalance of symmetry and the appearance of new physical forms of existence are characteristic for the elementary parts. The order? The symmetry and the spontaneous disorder in the symmetry are the phenomena of self-organization of the material. The scientific results which we found with the quantum theory of field, can give us the theoretical descriotions of such forms of existence that’s why the structural unity in all levels of materia can be explained in the quantum and field image of the world
