The industrial safety on cereal production is currently
important due to the severity of the consequences of
accidents occurring to them. It should be noted that,
despite the considerable efforts of recent years,
awareness-raising and supervisory plan towards
preventing their occurrence, the lack of attention of
organizations operating hazardous production facilities
to comply with the relevant standards and
requirements allows us to characterize the recent
situation in this area quite difficult, as evidenced by
statistics. In this article it is clearly illustrated the
qualitative and quantitative expression of such an
approach in practice. The conceptual framework is
disclosed in the light of efforts to carry out industrial
safety examination in the conformity assessment of
hazardous industrial facilities according to industrial
safety requirements in the Russian Federation. The
basic methods and technical means used for the
prevention of accidents at hazardous production
facilities of storage and processing of plant raw
materials provide an overview of domestic and foreign
producers. The item-description of the system of
protection of buildings and facilities of hazardous
production facilities is given taking into account the
industry specifics. There are specified the key factors
meeting modern technical requirements, cost-based
position of enterprises, ensuring conditions for safe
operation of the storage and processing of plant raw
materials

The article describes the process of cooking wheat granules conducted under production conditions of cooking and enzymatic cooking in laboratory conditions. It gives the values of moisture diffusion coefficients and the results of modeling the process of cooking using the equation of non-stationary diffusion method of nets for the implicit scheme. The identity of the property increased risk to the objects of civil rights is proved in the article. No doubt the necessity of separation of static and dynamic units in the civil-law mode of real things of increased risk. However, currently these components are not sufficient for full civil and legal characteristics. Suggestions for improving the structure of the real objects of civil rights are proposed by the author. The article considers the civil-law regime of real estate high risk as a legal phenomenon of a systemic nature. Risk is a system element of the regime particularly dangerous real estate. Different types of risks in the content of the legal regime of these things are interconnected in a close relationship. Value category of "risk" in the legal regime associated with compensation for damage caused by its operation. Another part of the problem associated with civil-legal regulation of property rights to such objects of civil law. The author's understanding of the structural elements of a civil-law regime of such things and their interrelations is proposed. This representation of the structure of civil-legal regime of immovable properties increased risk allows to take into account particular things as objects of civil rights in all sections of civil reality
The given article explores the political and social processes that were occurred in the Civil War in the sphere of existence of the Russian family. The author examines the nature of family and socio-cultural relations of the Russian population in this period, especially the processes of modification and transformation of family values, the policy of the new leadership came to power in October 1917 in traditional Russian family; he also analyzes the reasons of attempts of reforms permanently taken by the authorities in this sphere of life of the Russian society. The changes taking place after the October revolution of 1917 y. in the Russian society were so profound in nature that lead the thoughts of whether to exist at the family as a social unit in its traditional form or there has come the time of complete denial of family values, the elimination of the family as a special social institution or there comes a time of the formation of new forms of sexual interaction between men and women in accordance with the changed social conditions, such forms that will make their relationship more free and relaxed in social terms. New decrees and laws enacted after October 1917 y. by the Bolshevik government contributed to the transformation of the whole system of family ties; they changed the very basis of the existence of previous family and dictated a new social reality in which there was no place for the values of the past. Everything on what the traditional family was based in Russia, in fact was revoked and there came new norms and rules of family life dictated by the views of the Bolshevik ideologists about relations between the sexes

Phenomenon of patriotism has always been of great interest to scientists. Patriotism has an unusually attractive power for a personality; it inspires and joints people in difficult times, combines aspirations of people to actions towards social economic development of their Motherland, providing its safety at any time: in peace and war. The importance of the article is explained by a number of home and foreign factors, and also by complications of international, military and political situation. In the opinion of a great number of scientists now it is necessary to rethink the notion of patriotism theoretically, to consider its basis, components, to find new approaches in educational activity, to refuse standards, formalism and simplifying things. This article considers the essence of Russian state patriotism, national idea, its characteristics and peculiar features. The authors point out main directions to conduct investigations regarding development of patriotism in Russia and analyze different definitions of the term patriotism in order to understand the essence of this phenomenon and its influence on people of different nationalities. One of the key aspects of this article is to look into modern problems of Russian patriotism and to find out ways to settle these problems. A special attention is paid to the necessity to give the status of state ideology to patriotism, to promote educational activity with all population especially with young people. This new generation will take up the baton from old generation and it is its duty to save and strengthen the Motherland

tool development we handle a comprehensive
mechanization and automation of production
processes in industry, construction, agriculture,
transport and other industries. We completed a
comprehensive analysis of the errors affecting the
manufacturing precision parts. The activities for
improving the accuracy of manufacture based on
VM 32 multi-machine complex series were
proposed. We made the analysis of the cutting
forces influence and the cross-sectional shape of
the slide on its deformation for various types of
processing. We determined the optimal shape of
the cross section of the slider to increase stiffness
and reduce deformation of the slide in metal
cutting
The article presents historical information about the
stages of gradual transformation of the first non-large
wine-making institution of Crimea, organized in 1828
under the initiative of Prince M.S. Vorontsov in the
natural boundary called Magarach near the Imperial
Nikitsky botanical garden in the world famous Institute
of Grape and Wine "Magarach" - once the chief
coordinator of the research work in the field of viticulture
and winemaking republics of the USSR and the
main forge of scientific staff in this direction. Among
the directors of the institute of the last century, there
were such talented organizers as A.G. Globa, T.G.
Kataryan, P.Y. Golodriga. The Institute operated a
network of regional branches, created enotec with a
settled in 1836 wine Muscat pink Magarach (World
rarity is reflected in the Guinness book of records), the
world ampelographic collection (fourth in number of
samples), scientists developed area-standard assortment
for production, issued 11 Volumes of "Ampelography
of USSR" (awarded by OIV), designed a lot
of outstanding for yield and stability varieties (Pervenets
Magaracha, Ranniy Magaracha, Citron
Magaracha et al.) and clones (Muscat white of Red
Stone, Pinot Noir yields and others.) grapes. There
was a significant contribution in the sphere of research
and development of viticulture and winemaking of
world, the institute was given an international prestige
and this led to establishing the base of the General
Assembly of the OIV - International Organization of
Grape and Wine, the International Symposium on the
selection of wine-town, several international wine
tasting competitions and International finest examples
