The work was done in the research laboratory of the
department of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and
Biophysics of Kuban State Agrarian University, the
aim of which was to select the most appropriate
nutrient medium for maximum growth of lactic acid
microorganism growth. The object of the study was its
own microflora of gastrointestinal tract of quails ‒
Lactobacillus agilis, Lactobacillus intermedius and
Lactobacillus salivarius. As a nutrient substrate there
were used 4 of the nutrient media: the medium for
lactic acid bacteria (city Uglich), the melasse-autolysis
medium, the glucose-peptone medium and the MRS.
During the cultivation of the microflora of the variable
parameters were the time and temperature of
cultivation. During the cultivation of microflora the
time and the temperature of growing were the variable
parameters. In the process of growing there was
carried out the analysis of dynamics of consumption of
reducing substances and titers of microorganisms. According to the results of growing of microbial
cultures there was revealed the active consumption of
carbon substrate in used variants of nutrient media,
and it was found that there was observed the maximum
of cells to 24 h of cultivation. On the basis of carried
out results of cultivation on different media and at
different parameters there was determined that the
most titer of cells was reached to 24 h at the
temperature 38,0 °С on the melasse-autolysis medium.
So, the melasse-autolysis medium can be
recommended in production conditions as the cheaper
substrate at the further development of biological
preparations for poultry breeding
The article presents an algorithm of placement of
spare parts for a three-level system of storage facilities,
we are currently implementing for leading dealer
companies of the southern Federal district, based on
monitoring of failures in the on-line mode, which is
able to prevent the appearance of failures in the process
of combine harvesters, and thus to increase their
operational reliability
The authors briefly describe the properties of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride (PHMG), which refers to a broad-spectrum biocide and has antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, viruses and fungi. PHMG has a deodorizing effect, gives the treated surfaces long bactericidal effect, which can be stored depending on the surface and other external factors from 3 days to 8 months. The authors have presented data about the level of bacterial and fungal contamination of air in the dispensary before and after aerosol treatment of Roksatsin. Bacterial contamination of air dispensary determined via the sedimentation method (Koch Method), which is settling microflora (in air), under gravity, on the surface of a growth medium. For the determination of total bacteria and fungi in 1m3 of air the authors make calculations of total aerobic microbial count (TAMC) according to the formula that was proposed by V.L. Omelyanskii. Bacterial contamination of air was evaluated before disinfection. Accounting quality of aerosol disinfection performed by sedimentation microflora on Petri Dishes through 30, 60 and 120 minutes of exposition. In the analysis of the data the authors defined that Roksatsin as a disinfectant has a negative effect on pathogens, namely significantly reduced the content of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria and fungi in the air, so it can be used for preventive and compelled aerosol disinfection of air in the livestock buildings
The results of studies on the influence of different backgrounds and agrochemical pre-sowing treatment with bishofit on the growth and development of sain-foin sand, winter hardiness and productivity of crops under irrigation on light chestnut soils of the Volga-Don interfluve are submitted
Here we present a brief survey of the occurrence of
noise in agricultural production while using
agricultural machinery and machines with possibility
of application of the newest technologies including
informational ones. It is well known, that noise is a
constant component of all agricultural enterprises and
it often indicates the operational condition of
equipment and technical culture of enterprises. This is
true about both stationary production, such as
elevators, grinding plants, feed mills, corn processing
plants, and tractors and harvesters. It is natural that
above-mentioned mechanisms produce purposeful
transformation of the movement. At the same time,
any mechanism consists of separate parts that are
flexibly joined with each other. In addition, it is due to
this fact that the noise occurs. Thus, we should note
that due to their design features and complexity of
technology itself harvesters a priori are machines that
create and produce noise. Noise reduction in
machines and equipment is accompanied by increase
of labor productivity. Thus, noise protection is an
important issue. To reduce the noise a set of measures
is applied but not all of them are efficient for selfpropelled
machines, including harvesters. Besides,
noise is one of the most important indicators of
equipment quality, and in some cases, it can be the
indicator of the technical level of a machine because it
objectively displays inaccuracies in the manufacture
of almost all parts. Therefore, noise control is an
important problem that has social and economic value
The article describes a method for determining the
heat capacity from data of differential scanning
calorimetry and thermal conductivity of materials,
using the DSM-2M and IT-λ-400 instruments with
original computer programs
The article is devoted to the analysis of the evolution of
the concept of “cluster”. The origination of the cluster
theory and its development stages are traced in the
article. The research shows that cluster approach is the
most promising. A definition of “tourist recreational
cluster” is suggested
This article discusses the principles of quantum
computing simulation using hardware approach. We
describe a general mathematical model of a quantum
computer; we show the method of mathematical
modeling of quantum computation with optimization
and a scheme of a hardware processing core in a
quantum computing accelerator. The article gives a
method of assessment of increasing productivity in the
simulation of quantum computations using computing
hardware core. The problems associated with the
parallelization of computations on a hardware
accelerator, simulating quantum computing were
analyzed. The work lists the results of comparison of
software and hardware simulation, as well as the
dependence of the temporal evaluation of the number
of qubits and parallel ALU in the computer-hardware
accelerator
The author has analyzed scientific and technical
literature, plus materials of judicial and investigative
practice, criminal procedural law, different views of
scientists, as well as his own judgments on the
proposed changes and additions to the content of the
article 163 of Criminal Procedure Code. The analysis
allows the author to declare the need to invite the
heads of the investigative bodies of the various
departments and units to carry out more in-depth
additional analysis of the items and norms of the
criminal procedural law governing the activities of the
detective, the head of the investigative body, the head
of the investigation team, the investigator, the chief of
the inquiry body, the body of inquiry unit and the
head of the group of investigators. However, the
article 163 of Criminal Procedure Code provides for
organizational and administrative activity of the head
of the investigative body in terms of decision-making
on the establishment of the investigation team, in
determining the psychologically compatible, pushing
and experienced investigators, members of the
investigation team, as well as the approving of the
head of the investigative group. Moreover, according
to the p. 3 of part 1 of the art. 39 of the Russian
Criminal Procedure Code, a head of the investigative
body has the right to give instructions about the
direction of the investigation and certain investigative
actions
The article covers the problems of the classification of
the crime under Article 159.1 of the Criminal Code of
the Russian Federation, and its delimitation from
certain related offenses. The article analyzes a
definition of the area of lending as well as the
definition of a bank or any other lender. The article
also analyzes a subject of a crime and the subjective
aspect of a crime. The author pays special attention to
the analysis of the ways (methods) used to commit
fraud in the area oflending. The article considers the
question of whether the known to be false or
misleading information provided to a bank or other
lender is the evidence for the crime stipulated by
Article 159.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian
Federation. The article encourages the exchange of the
opinions upon the problem of the application of the
law on fraud in the area of lending. The author
indicates the need for some changes in Article. 159.1
of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the
adoption of a new resolution of the Plenum of Russian
Supreme Court, which will resolve difficulties in
qualifying fraud in the area of lending
