abstract 1311707032 issue 131 pp. 387 – 403 29.09.2017 ru 386
The article considers a solution for an economy prognosis formation task in different industries and service sector. In addition, it contains a review of mechanism of an intersectoral balance and theoretical components of V.V. Leontief linear economic model of intersectoral balance. Premises of mathematiceconomical apparatus usage and practical usage in economy planning of many world countries and also results of this apparatus working making that countries’ economic condition “almost balanced” are studied. Inferences of “Input–Output” method significance in economy planning for company groups and country in general are made in this article too. Solution of program product for calculations and analysis development necessity is substantiated. In this program, output of reports is envisaged. Practical example of intersectoral balance task with the developed program is given in article and accuracy of calculations is approved. Program product structure and development tools are described. The program can be used as a tutorial for students studying on economical directions for economic indicators calculation experience gaining

SOFTWARE PACKAGE FOR THE ESTIMATION OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONDITION OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

abstract 1602006012 issue 160 pp. 163 – 173 30.06.2020 ru 217
The article presents ways to estimate the socio-economic condition of the subjects of the Russian Federation using fuzzy production systems, discriminant analysis and neural networks. This study is based on the thirteen indicators of the socio-economic condition of the regions of the Russian Federation identified by RIA Rating rating agency. The goal of the work is to develop a software package combining the estimation methods above and allowing to get three alternative estimation options for a subject of the Russian Federation, using these thirteen indicators. The developed program assigns each region an estimation from the following set: AAA– the highest socio-economic condition, AA - very high, A– high, BBB– above average, BB– average, B– below average, CCC– low, CC– very low, C– the lowest indicators of the socio-economic conditions in the region of the Russian Federation. The software package is developed in Matlab and has an intuitive interface. The results can be used as an alternative to current methods of estimation of the socio-economic indicators

SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR ANALYSIS OF FLOW DIAGRAMS IN THE PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES

abstract 1091505093 issue 109 pp. 1334 – 1354 29.05.2015 ru 1051
The article describes a software complex which allows carrying out computer experiments in the study of economic efficiency of integrated production structures in agriculture and their stream of interaction. The article provides software used in complex mathematical ratios and their machine algorithms implementation. The authors have given a detailed description of the user interface with graphic examples. The application is written in programming language C#. This language was chosen for several reasons. The first reason is of course that C# is cross-platform that gives you the opportunity to use this app on any platform, and plays an important role in research activities. The final decision was influenced by the fact that in C# is implemented for working with charts, using standard library chart that provides a significant advantage compared to other programming languages during the development of the software complex

SOIL AND LEACHED BLACK SOIL ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION OF WEST CAUCASUS

abstract 0891305006 issue 89 pp. 60 – 72 29.05.2013 ru 1732
The analysis of foreign and domestic methods to evaluate soil productivity sowings has been presented. It has shown the need for soil environmental assessment in the West Central Caucasus. The soil-environmental index and index scores for an experimental field of individual crops rotation, which will promptly assess the fertility of the soil, give recommendations for rational allocation of fertilizer has been given

SOIL DEGRADATION AND THE ROLE OF FOREST BELTS IN LAND MELIORATION

abstract 1091505079 issue 109 pp. 1132 – 1153 29.05.2015 ru 932
Soil degradation (erodere – eat away, lat.) - a process in which result pieces of rocks and soil are separated from of their initial location. Is then transferred and deposited in some new place. The factors of erosion are water, wind, landslides, rock particles and etc. Erosion is the process of destruction and demolition of the soil cover (or parent rocks) flows of water or wind what causes depletion of fertile top soil layer. The destruction of this layer occurs quickly, and for its restoration required the millennium. Reduction of soil fertility is one of the main problems that are associated with its pollution. Erosion is a natural process that occurs very slowly ever since as the Earth was formed (about 45-50 billion years ago). Realistically, mountains, valleys, plains and deltas on Earth's surface have been created by water and wind erosion as a result of their joint action over a long period of time. Geological erosion was acted at a slow pace for hundreds of years. With the emergence of the human occurred of invasion species which could transform their natural environment. Artificial type of erosion, which acts much faster than the natural erosion, was formed with the appearance human

SOIL FERTILITY IN DEPENDENCE ON CROP CULTIVATION

abstract 0350801004 issue 35 pp. 40 – 49 29.01.2008 ru 4265
Results of researches carried out in stationary multi factorial experience, plotted in 1991, were generalized in the article. Different influence of cultivated crops in crop rotation on agro physical properties of active fertile layer of old irrigated leached chernozem was determined on the base of material generalization. Positive role of alfalfa for improvement of agro Physical soil properties were revealed. Quantity of agronomically valuable aggregates and water proof of soil structure are increased because of it.
