In the article, theoretical provement of the new way of image processing in adaptive systems
The article deals with problems and possibilities in agriculture import substitution conditions and considers the significant role of small agrarian forms in this economy processes. The article notes that the main aim of import substitution is improving the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products through greater motivation of technological, modernization and innovation policy in production, through the development of new innovative, more competitive food products with higher consumer parameters. Practice shows that the most effective substitution is carried out in the agricultural sector and the food industry. The Krasnodar region has the most efficient developed agriculture production structure with the best natural and investment climate in the country, with enlarged of crop rotation fields, excessive and relatively low labor cost with the best experience in agricultural production. The author discusses about the detail problems of import substitution with participation of small businesses in the areas of grain production, sugar beet, about the difficulties in material and technical equipment, provision of seed and other problems. The problems of the financial component in large and small businesses specifically mentions, also in the field of cost management processing, pricing, formation of gross profit. The article emphasizes the importance of recovering the lost possibilities of breeding in animal husbandry, especially in pig and cattle. The most difficult situation is with lending, where the author recommends the reduction of rates for farmers in the short and medium term lending to the level of 3-5%. The author considers a changes in the mechanism of redistribution of public support in favor of livestock very important, where there are large risks, difficulties of long-term credits, problems of technological discipline observance and more
Everyone knows the up-to-date state of the Russian
economy that has arisen due to the foreign influence.
The result is financial and economic crisis that began
in 2014. This article discusses a strategy to fight the
crisis with the help of small business development as
the most important sector of the economy. Small
business naturally is very vulnerable, and a
businessperson faces with many challenges even in the
first stages of development of the business. Therefore,
they need support from the state, and we have
described its kinds in this article. The relevance of this
work is indisputable, as in Russia small business is
only currently able to get due attention, although the
sprouts were planted far in the past. It is the small
business has great potential for playing a significant
role in maintaining the stability of the socio-economic
development of society, due to its characteristics,
namely: easy to operate; quick adaptability to market
changes; slight start-up capital for his business and
many others. It is important to say, that small and
medium-sized companies play a significant role in
employment, in production of certain goods and in
research and production developments
The article suggests a definition of interpretation of the category of "small forms of management" in the agri-cultural sector; promising areas forming relationships for a small agricultural enterprise are also being proposed

In the present study, fauna of small mammals of the
Taman Peninsula is analyzed. It is shown that the
complex of rodents and insectivores inhabiting the
study area differs considerably from the adjacent
continental areas and is an isolate. Structure of its
fauna and population resembles that of the steppe parts
of Crimea and, at the same time, North-West NearCaspian
areas. Analyses of variation of the D-loop
regions of mtDNA in yellow-bellied mouse Sylvaemus
witherbyi, as well as certain peculiarities of the species
diversity, show the priority of faunal and genetic
connections of the Taman Peninsula’s mammal fauna
with the North-West Near-Caspian one
Small-leaved lime (Tília cordata) is wonderful species
of trees, producing honey. This tree species is not
cultivated in forest tree nurseries of Head forestry
department of the Omsk region for the purpose of an
artificial reproduction. Small-leaved lime grows wild in
Bolshyi Uki, Ust-Ishym and Tevris areas. This forest is
the basis for a honey production. Small-leaved lime
occupies a very small area, which equals 1,5 ha. Natural
reproduction of small-leaved lime in the Omsk
Pryirtysh district is a reliquiae. Questions of
reproduction of small-leaved lime have not been studied
yet. Shoots cloning of small-leaved lime has an
important practical value for areas of natural
reproduction. A technology of seed reproduction has
not been developed for the Omsk region. Complexity of
the matter is in the existence of a long and deep
physiological quiescent period of small-leaved lime
seeds. Experimental facts of small-leaved lime seed
reproduction has been described in this article. Results
of measuring of height and root neck diameter of oneand
two-year old plants have been shown. The
influence of putting young plants in the shadow on
their growth and development has been evaluated. It has
been shown that seedlings received from small-leaved
lime growing in the Оmsk State Agrarian University
Dendrology Park have large variation in the growth
and development parameters and the fact of casting
shadows on the plants truly affects the height of oneand
same as two-year old samples
In the article, the role of small business in social and economic development of territorially-economic systems is considered. Conditions and possibilities of development of small-scale business at the municipal level are defined, allowing considerably raising investment appeal and financial independence of rural territorial formations
To study the formation of plunge basin in the
Cheboksary hydroplant, we used a scale model of the
spillway dam and all structures in the tailrace, installed
in the slot flume. When we passed the flow
corresponding to the diversion flow of the hydroplant
with a glance to the modeling scale, it was found that
the plunge basin was formed behind the end fixing of
the spillway apron. To research the dynamic facilities
of hydrosystem tailrace protection against erosion, we
used a small glass flume with a model of the roundcrested
weir. For the experiment, the water-surface
elevations were built in the flume without the weir,
and the uniform motion area was established. In
MathCAD software environment, the curve of the flow
of measuring rectangular weir of the flume was
created. Because of measurements, the curve of water
surface by the flow motion through the round-crested
weir was made. As the main criterion for modeling, the
criterion of Froude was selected. Scale of modeling of
flow parameters was determined. For testing, models
of hydrodynamic profile and sail structure with streamforming
sluice valves were built. The process of sand
washout from the flume bottom and formation of the
bottom ridges when installing the profile was
photographed. Impact of the profile on the flow and its
relation with the formation of the bottom topography
were studied. Full-scale values of geometric
parameters of the bottom ridges and their movement
velocity were established as well
A number of small-sized machines for division of loose
materials on the basis of screw drums created with use
of engineering geometry and computer graphics
methods, in particular of the engineering geometry
section: curves and surfaces. In these machines, unlike
the known ones, the effect of the movement of bulks on
the curvilinear surfaces of screw reels with imposing of
low-frequency fluctuations from the vibrator on this
main movement is used. Such addition of two
movements does not only increase productivity, but also
provides self-cleaning of the sifting surfaces of screw
drums. The standard machine’s schemes are presented
with use of low-frequency fluctuations on the basis of
the screw drums made of several screw punched strips
with smooth screw lines on perimeter and also of screw
drums of only one of punched strips with various form of
cross section of the sifting surface
