CONSTRUCTION OF THE PERSONNEL STIMULATION MODEL AND ITS DIFFERENTIATION

In modern economic conditions, the competitive advantages of enterprises are human resources. Business leaders need to create interest among their staff in achieving their tasks to the employees was in the desired direction for the organization. The article reveals interconnection between the process of stimulation of the personnel in the enterprise and competitiveness of employees. Competitive personnel are regarded as the main source of the profit of the organization, as the resource companies in which to invest on an ongoing basis. The author considers objective and subjective factors, affecting the competitiveness of the staff and stages of creation of effective models of staff incentives. In particular, special attention is paid to assessing staff learning motives of employees and demotivational risks, as well as to distinction of such concepts as "motivation" and "stimulation". The work describes the elements and means of stimulation, as well as three types of incentives: motivation, reward, and coercion. We have determined their impact on the competitiveness of employees of different groups. It is found out that the main instrument for implementing the strategic goals of the company are competitive employees, and that the presence and support of such personnel should be aimed at the management of the company in modern conditions of managing

CONSTRUCTION OF THE GEOMETRY OF THE DISK OF THE SHREDDER LONG-STEMMED FEED, BASED ON THE SECOND TURN OF THE ARCHIMEDES SPIRAL

The aim of the study is to determine the parameters of the Archimedes spiral to construct the geometry of the disc of the shredder of long-stemmed feeds. The article describes the sequence of constructing the curved portion of the geometry of the disc of the shredder of long-stemmed feeds, based on Archimedes spiral. Criteria for building the disk on the second and subsequent turns of the spiral of Archimedes and obtained the dependence of disk diameter from the size of its protrusions. The conditions of Archimedes spiral construction depending on the number of disk protrusions are determined

CONSTRUCTION OF MUTANTS OF BACTERIOPHAGE T4 WITH REDUCED ANTIGENICITY

A method of obtaining insertion mutants for the hoc gene, which encodes for the main phage antigen, was developed on the model of bacteriophage T4. This gene was cloned in the plasmid pBSL0+ and was disrupted by insertion of foreign DNA. The phage mutants were obtained by in vivo phage-plasmid recombination. The construction of insertion bacteriophage mutants was carried out in two stages. The resulting mutants on this procedure could be grown on wild-type E. coli strains, which is convenient for the production and use of these phages in therapy. The mutants obtained had reduced antigenicity. At the same time, the yield of the mutant strains was high when they were grown on the non-suppressor E. coli laboratory strains. A number of stages of purification of the bacteriophage mutants obtained were performed. Preparations have been studied by transmission electron microscopy and mass spectrometry. By several periodic cultivations of the mutant bacteriophages, it was shown that mutations of this type are stably maintained during more than 50 generations. T4 related bacteriophages of the family Myoviridae, for example, T-even, have the significant homology amongst their genomes, which makes possible to produce similar mutants. Thus, our method was developed to obtain mutants with reduced antigenicity which can be used for both the treatment of systemic infections, and diarrhea in the case, when, bacteriophages penetrate into the bloodstream. CONSTRUCTION OF EXPERIMENTAL INSTALLATION FOR RESEARCHING OF DENSITY AND SATURATED VAPOR PRESSURE (SVP) OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

The most important physical properties that characterize the substance are density and saturated vapor pressure (SVP). These parameters are required for the development of new technical processes in the petroleum and chemical industries, design of pipelines, pumping and fuel equipment, etc. Existing methods for calculating of density near and on the saturation lines are imperfect, and finding of the analytic dependence of SVP of petroleum products from all defining parameters associated with great difficulties. The purpose of present work is an experimental research and development of methods for calculating the density (specific volume) near and on saturation lines, and saturated vapor pressure of gasoline straight-run fraction derived from petroleums from three fields: Mangyshlaksky, Trinity-Anastasevsky and West Siberian. The choice of objects for research is due to the necessity of creating methods for calculating of density and SVP of oils obtained from various hydrocarbon group composition petroleums. Area of state parameters in the present work by temperature (20 ÷ 320°C) and pressure (0,03 ÷ 30 MPa) provides the ability to research gasoline fractions to supercritical regions. The article presents innovative technologies and developed methods and devices for drying chicken manure. Ways of their optimization on the basis of screw aggregates and a calculation technique for introduction in production are offered. The results of a long-term research into the search for and development of innovative technologies for the construction of a methodology for calculating not only a device for drying chicken manure with subsequent introduction into production, but also a device for drying bulk materials of agricultural purpose are shown. An example of thermal calculation and selection of the parameters of a drying device is shown on the basis of screw aggregates
