CONCEPT AND SIGNIFICANCE OF TERMS IN CIVIL LAW

abstract 1061502053 issue 106 pp. 842 – 852 28.02.2015 ru 1591
The article reveals the concept of term in the civil law. The author considers the various classifications of terms and their main features. The main attention is focused on the meaning of terms in civil law. Namely, on the expiry of the contract as a legal fact. The author concludes a significant role of terms of civil matters. For example, they point to the beginning and end of relationship, the need to establish the commission of the planned actions; they clarify the civil relations and discipline their members. The author notes that in terms of contractual relations are Obligations element, the correct application which provides some protection of rights of participants in civil relations. However, despite all this, the provisions of the dates in the current civil law needs work, a more detailed definition of the relation of concepts such as termination of the contract term and the term of the extinguishment of debt. The study is based not only an analysis of theoretical works of scientists, but also on law enforcement practices. The analysis of court decisions relating to the provisions in question, on the basis of which certain conclusions. The author of the article has identified actual problems of current legislation and conclusions and suggestions on the need to improve the existing civil law

CONCENTRATION OF NUTRIENTS AND MACRONUTRIENTS IN MUSCLE AND LIVER OF YOUNG GEESE FED COMPLETE FEED WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CRUDE FAT

abstract 1201606062 issue 120 pp. 914 – 923 30.06.2016 ru 580
The aim of the research was to study the impact of starter complete feed (CF) with different levels of crude fat on the chemical composition of muscle tissue and liver of young geese. During days 5-28 the poultry was fed CF with 5.1-8.1 % crude fat, from 29- to 60- day age – with 5.4 %. By increasing the level of crude fat in starter CF there was a trend to an increase of the phosphorus content in muscle samples of geese hip and thigh - by 4.4-9.6 %, in the liver - by 27.2-53.5 % (P≤0,05). The chest muscles of the young geese fed high-calorie CF had 2.8-6.0 % higher fat content, than that of counterparts in the first group. At the same time, there was a tendency to a decrease in the concentration of fat in the muscles of the hip and thigh - by 1.9-5.0 % (P˃0,05). Increased level of crude fat in CF did not have a negative impact on the accumulation of heavy metals in the muscle and liver of geese, the concentration of the studied elements was within the permissible level established for food products

COMPUTERIZATION OF INVESTIGATION TARGETING AND PLANNING

abstract 1081504036 issue 108 pp. 491 – 499 30.04.2015 ru 705
The article deals with the problems of the automation of an investigation targeting and planning. The authors consider the possibility of the development of the automatic logic system for designing and using investigation methods of different types of crime. The authors propose the following solution of the problem: handling of the data of criminal cases of the certain type of crime to analyze and highlight the initial information; developing of the typical investigation situations and hypothesis with logic chain; developing a set of measures (investigative activities, search operations, organizational preparations and other actions), which can help achieve the objectives; list of tools necessary to carry them out

COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ANALYSIS OF A COMPLEX PHYSICAL PROBLEM

abstract 1091505005 issue 109 pp. 92 – 103 29.05.2015 ru 753
The article discusses the technology of using modern computer tools in the educational process of preparation of teachers of physics in the analysis of a complex modern problem. We consider the experimental task, the analysis of which cannot be carried out without the use of methods of calculus mathematics. A massive conductor in the form of a solid cylinder is placed in a quasi-stationary magnetic field. It is necessary to find the parameters of the magnetic field in the volume of the conductor. An algorithm for developing a program of numerical study of the radial dependence of the field in the conductor is given. The graphs of dimensionless amplitude of the field and of the phase shift relative to the external field at different are drawn where и are the radius and conductivity of the material of the cylinder, is the frequency of the external field, h is a dimensionless radial coordinate equal to . The graphs let us “see” what is going on with the field inside the conductor with the change of control parameters z and h. We demonstrate the self-organization of the test field with increasing z, which happens because of the nonlinear feedbacks. It is shown that the use of modern information technology in educational research tasks to confront theory with real physical experiments lets us raise the level of quality of training future teachers of physics and computer science. The use of this method in the educational process of pedagogical (physics) and technical institutes of higher education is recommended
