The article has indicated the problem of the growth of
document organization on the example of higher
educational institution FGBOU "Kuban state
technological University". Based on years of practice,
the author conducted a detailed analysis of activity of
service of documentary maintenance of management
of the University and detailed analysis of the structure
of the document taking into account the specifics of
the direction of the organization. The article sets main
tasks of service of the DOE, the actual problems of
transition to paperless documentation of the
organization's resources. We highlight problems of
management and use of documents, due to the steady
growth of documentary information. The major
factors, influencing the growth of volumes of
documents were given. Despite the rapid development
of electronic document management in practice,
electronic document duplicates the traditional
paperwork. However, today the approach to document
management is based on electronic technologies. The
study of the author offers solutions to the general
problem of reducing the volume of document
workflow in the modern world

The article deals with the unconscious patterns of an
adoptive mother’s behavior in foster families. It
considers unconscious purposes of a mother, causing
certain coping strategies and leading defense
mechanisms of adoptive mothers influencing the
success of family socialization of foster children. It
describes the conflict of the image I mother of the
adopted child and the controversy caused by the
incompatibility of the requirements of the society to
foster mother to be an Ideal Mother, her own model of
a Good mother and the opinion of the society about the
adoptive mother as inherently Bad. The requirements
of the society to the mother, including those to the
foster one, the image of the mother of Slavic culture,
the unconscious creation by the woman of the image of
a good mother and a bad one by the Mother archetype
that lead to unconscious desire to preserve the integrity
of the personality through switching on psychological
defense mechanisms are analyzed. Different styles of
interaction and the psychological types of mothers that
serve as the basis for the formation of neuroses. The
empirical study of a woman’s self-assessment as a
mothers is described through the modified technique of
S. Budassi; the way of behavior in stressful situations -
through projective techniques "Man in the Rain";
psychological defense mechanism – by the procedure
of R. Plutchik "Diagnosis of typologies of
psychological defense." It describes the results of
techniques of a group of women with problematic selfassessment
of themselves as the mother in a situation
of emotional stability and their response characteristics
in stressful situations. The author analyzes the major
psychological defense mechanisms of adoptive
mothers, their possible reactions in the process of
upbringing adopted children. A typology of behavioral
reactions of mothers caused by their existing
psychological characteristics is proposed
A deviation from tree height growth trends of Scots pine is analyzed. They have a periodicity and vary both by the amplitude and period. At average the value of period is 40-50 years and has a significant variabil-ity. It depends on longevity of tree life and age classes. The deviation depends on relation between the trees in stand. An abiotic factors effect increases and comes to the fore under constant of actual adverse environment conditions for growing
The modern state of the territorial road system in South Russia is analyzed in the article. It considers some districts of the Rostov region, the Krasnodar region and the Stavropol region, which have roads with inappropriate technical parameters, and some districts, which don’t have paved roads for transport connection localities. Road service is a function of road construction companies. Numbers of vehicles in companies participating in the technological process of prepare, delivery and asphalting don’t match the amount of work. Therefore, the article analyzes the transport structure of road construction companies in the most problem districts of the Krasnodar region, the Stavropol region and the Rostov region. On basis of data on providing the companies with vehicles and length of roads the closeness of the relationship is defined which is estimated with the correlation coefficient. The road construction company with the best coordination of the delivery power, the number of vehicles for preparation, transportation and asphalting, and the length of roads is identified. The optimal coefficient of providing every hundred kilometers with rolling stock for service is defined as the analysis result

In order to improve the effectiveness of organizations we substantiate the significance of their relationship with the state on fiscal payments. The authors analyze the example of aggregate taxation of the agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region. This study was clearly illustrated with the figures and analytical tables. The structure of the study subjects to tax regimes was conducted. We have also presented an analysis of the dynamics of accrued and paid taxes and contributions to the extra-budgetary funds studied entities, as well as the structure of the taxes paid by agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region. In order to assess the impact of the tax load on the financial performance of companies, the authors calculated the tax load of the study subjects. In particular, the tax load is estimated in terms of general and special tax treatment according to agricultural organizations of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. We have estimated the effect of the tax regime applicable to the tax load of the economic subject. Based upon scientific literature authors evaluated the effectiveness of the taxation of business enterprises studied. The article substantiates the scientific advantage of using special tax regime research subjects and empirically establishes the reason for choosing agricultural organizations of the tax regime provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation
