APOLLON – THE NEW WINE HIGH QUALITY GRAPE VARIETY WITH BLACK BERRY

abstract 0751201011 issue 75 pp. 121 – 139 27.01.2012 ru 2250
Universal black-berry Apollo grape has been launched in Greece by P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and A.Isachkin in 2003 with combinative selection - crossing of the Fi-lery Greek variety with the French Cabernet-Sauvignon. The duration of the production period 136-145 days. The strength of growth of arms is strong (2,1-3,0 m), the degree of maturation of the vines is high. Crop yields are very high - 35-40 t/ha. The aver-age mass of clusters is 430 g. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varie-ties of Vitis vinifera. The flower is bisexual. Cluster is big or very big, conical with the wing, loose. Berries are medium or large, oval, blue-black in color, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thick. The pulp and juice - with varietal flavor. Sugar content is high. Notable for long saving the harvest in the bushes, well-kept in the cooler cells. The variety is meant for the fresh consumption and for manufacture of red dry, desert and sweet wines; suitable for production of high-quality juices

APOGEOTROPIC SHOOTS OF CEREALS

abstract 0981404062 issue 98 pp. 844 – 869 30.04.2014 ru 1256
Apogeotropic shoots of cereal different of wide range of types of shoots, noticeable differences on characteristic, features of development, their role in the herbage, the seasonal dynamics of crop formation, experiencing noticeable effect on the reaction conditions of soil fertility and humidity. Multiyear cereals in the process of shoot formation form the generative, hidden generative, elongated, short side and underground runners. Multiyear cereals are widely distributed throughout the world, including the tribe Antropogoneae, Chloridaeae, Maydae, Peniceae, Tripsaceae, Festucoideae and others that presented in different parts of the world, and perennial and annual forms. Many cereals are allocated notable longevity, which is largely determined by a wide adaptability to vegetatively propagate. Between northern and southern grasses differences are observed throughout the development of individuals, beginning with emergence. In the southern cereal first sheet has a lancet or ovoid shape and bent at a right angle to his vagina, it is the northern linear subulate form. Cereals are different typology of different shoots. Most large divergence is characterized with erect shoots in both groups of cereals

ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF FOOD ADDITIVES DERIVED FROM SECONDARY PLANT RESOURCES

abstract 1261702007 issue 126 pp. 109 – 118 28.02.2017 ru 791
The accumulation of free radicals in the human body in excessive quantities is one of the reasons that are known to cause many dangerous diseases and aging. To reduce the negative impact of free radicals to the body is possible through regular consumption of food products enriched with nutritional and dietary supplements containing natural antioxidants such as phenolic compounds, vitamin C, vitamin E and β – carotene. Scientists of federal state budgetary scientific institution "Krasnodar research Institute of storage and processing of agricultural products" have developed a technology for production of food additives from secondary materials generated during the processing of apples and pumpkins. The article presents data characterizing the antioxidant and antiradical activity of food additives derived from secondary plant resources developed and known technology. It is established that the antioxidant activity determined by the amperometric method, and the antioxidant (antiradical) activity, determined by DPPH method, supplements, "Powder apple" and " Powder pumpkin" obtained by the developed technology, is almost 1.5 times higher in comparison with antioxidant and antiradical activity of food additives, obtained by known technologies, because of higher content of antioxidants in the developed supplements. It has been established that the expression of antioxidants and anti-radical activity of food supplements obtained from secondary resources on the developed technologies, can be positioned in a number of (descending): "Powder from the seeds of grapes" → "Apple powder" → " Pumpkin powder"

ANTICONCEPT OF GREEN ECONOMY AS A RESULT OF A RECATEGORIZATION PROCESS

abstract 1101506067 issue 110 pp. 1007 – 1014 30.06.2015 ru 911
A language for professional communication is formed and exists due to the human need for language design of special information that he develops in the course of targeted special activities. The pace and direction of modern society and technology development contribute to the continuous formation of new concepts and terms that requires study and systematization. The formation of new terms takes place due to the augmentation of the new additional content of the known concepts, which acquire their structure and boundaries. The increment of meanings is due to the metaphorical functioning of vocabulary in the language, which is a cognitive mechanism re-categorization of an object. The article is made in line with current studies of cognitive aspects of language activity in the professional field and is devoted to the analysis of anticoncept as a reflection of the development of the concept. Anticoncept is the result of internal cognitive conflict of cognition objects. Shaping itself, it pushes off and at the same time can “finish” concept. This peculiarity is demonstrated in the dichotomy brown economy – green economy, where the concept is less developed than anticoncept and shows asymmetry. Despite the fact that anticoncept is an anomaly relative to concept, it is more detailed and, perhaps, precisely because of its unusualness. The imbalance in the conceptualization of the professional activities fragments emerging due to characteristics of concept spheres is emphasized

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER

abstract 0621008024 issue 62 pp. 297 – 305 28.10.2010 ru 1959
Some optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

ANTHROPOGENIC DISTURBANCE RESEARCH OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF SANDPITS

abstract 1111507052 issue 111 pp. 885 – 895 30.09.2015 ru 1232
In this article, an anthropogenic influence on natural ecosystem such as an excavation of sand is discussed. Investigations were done in Kuyar Forest District of the Mari El Republic on a sandpit. The adjacent plot of natural forest was taken as a control. For evaluation the degree of environment transformation as a result of sand excavation several indicators were used. As indicators of physical soil degradation - thickness of organogenic horizon and soil density; for assessment a chemical degradation – content of main nutrients and humus; as an indicator of biological degradation – the level of active microbial biomass. Besides, a potential phytotoxicity was estimated. The study proved: physical and chemical parameters corresponded with the fourth degree of soil degradation, at the same time, biological parameters approximated to parameters of soil from natural territory
