abstract 1281704026 issue 128 pp. 364 – 374 28.04.2017 ru 342
The subject of study of this work was learning algorithm of neuro-fuzzy systems with different membership functions. In the prior works there are no published studies of such studies, making it difficult synthesis of neuro-fuzzy control system with new objects in the application of biotechnology, including technological agribusiness entities. A comparative analysis of learning algorithms of neuro-fuzzy system with different membership functions using the method of error back propagation and а hybrid method. For this we used a training sample that contains data of temperature and concentration of dissolved gas in the culture liquid: oxygen (pO2), carbon dioxide (pCO2) of a biotechnological process. It is shown that the hybrid method carries out training of a neural network for the number of periods is 23 times smaller than the algorithm back-propagation errors. The studies found that the two-sided Gaussian membership function provides the smallest learning error of the network δ equal of 3,28•10–3, compared to the other, giving the largest error of training the neural network δ=0,138. Therefore, the task of running the fermentation process effective is the use a hybrid method of education and two-sided Gaussian membership functions. According to the research, we can conclude that for the adaptation of neuro-fuzzy network ANFIS and fuzzy inference system Sugeno zero order to solve biotechnological process control tasks microbiological production efficiency is to use a hybrid method of education and bilateral Gaussian membership functions

THE INFLUENCE OF THE DEPRECIATION POLICY OF THE BUSINESS ENTITY ON ITS FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND TAX OPTIMIZATION

abstract 1241610076 issue 124 pp. 1195 – 1220 30.12.2016 ru 341
Through monitoring of the normative base of accounting and taxation, we have proved that the main and legitimate tool for optimizing the tax base and finding available sources of financing investments is the accounting policy of the business entity. The article explains that the amount and level of financial performance of a company depend from methods for assessment of certain types of assets and liabilities established in the accounting policy; and the methods of depreciation are one of these elements. The authors present the analysis of methods of calculating depreciation under accounting and tax accounting, from the point of view of their impact on the financial performance of the organization and tax optimization. The subject to accrual of depreciation was the primary means, listed as a part of a gas industry company in the Krasnodar region. The authors substantiate the choice of the research subject as a significant share of fixed assets in the total amount of capital organizations in the industry. The article reveals the essence of the methods of depreciation in accounting and tax accounting; it presents calculation formulas for each method. On the example of a particular fixed asset we have the depreciation calculation for the entire term of its useful use. The authors analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method and identify the most preferred financial indicators and optimize the tax base for tax on profit of the subject of the research. Moreover, the article reveals a concept of "bonus depreciation", depreciation calculation under the condition of its application, the possible consequences of its use for the organization. This study addresses the concept of differences resulting from transactions with fixed assets, the reasons of their appearance and procedure of accounting. The authors of the article prove the conclusion about the direction of the most preferred embodiment of the depreciation policy for companies working in the gas industry

FILTRATION-WAVE HEATING OF THE OIL POOL

abstract 1281704095 issue 128 pp. 1351 – 1357 28.04.2017 ru 341
We have developed a mathematical model of thermodynamic processes at oscillatory movement of liquids in porous environment with consideration of heat interaction of an oil layer with surrounding breeds and phase transitions caused by dissolution of paraffin’s dissolution. We have received analytical dependences of temperatures on time, distances to well and depth, that proves an opportunity to increase of oilrecavery when influenced by periodic fields of pressure. We have suggested a bartering effect to increase the temperature in zones far from the well formation. The mathematical model is based on the equation of heat balance, taking into account the contribution of phase transitions due to paraffinization in the case when the motion of the mixture takes place in a homogeneous isotropic porous medium with constant porosity and constant density. In the work we have developed a theory of bartering effect upon oscillatory movement of fluids in porous media considering thermal interaction between the oil reservoir and surrounding rocks and phase transitions due to the dissolution of paraffins. Comparison of theoretical and experimental data has confirmed the possibility of using the first approximation for the calculation of real thermodynamic processes in the filtration-wave fields. The developed process model allows the calculation of the temperature field in the practical conditions

STATE SUPPORT IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF TARGET INDICATORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURE

abstract 1301706053 issue 130 pp. 760 – 773 30.06.2017 ru 341
Currently, we experience particular problems of development of agriculture in conditions of import substitution and export. The industry needs active support from the government due to the specific features, which are typical to this sector of the economy, and necessary for the effective functioning and dynamic development, and maintaining a high level of competitiveness. Government support has to provide favorable conditions for functioning of domestic producers to stimulate the production of high quality products, and to increase the competitiveness of agricultural products and services in both domestic and foreign markets. In this article, factors have been revealed, which lead to the need of agricultural production state support The main directions of financing of the agro-industrial complex were established within the framework of the state program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020; the rules for granting and distribution of subsidies from the Federal budget to constituent entities of the Russian Federation; the structure of government subsidies to farmers in different regions, and also considered a new loan product with a low interest rate, which is adjusted individually for each borrower

HORMONAL INDUCTION OF THE STAGE OF EXCITATION OF THE SEXUAL CYCLE IN COWS AND HEIFERS

abstract 1361802034 issue 136 pp. 246 – 256 28.02.2018 ru 341
The article gives mechanisms of the influence of the main sex hormones on the sexual cycle of cows and heifers and the effectiveness of their insemination. The effectiveness of gonadotropin preparations releasing hormone, prostaglandin and progesterone, used to induce sexual hunting, was studied. The use of combined use of hormones and prostaglandins is effective for synchronizing sexual hunting, regardless of the stage of the sexual cycle on which healthy animals can be at the time of their administration. The reasons for the retention of the yellow body in the ovary are very diverse. The results of the studies indicate that a particularly close relationship exists between the yellow body and the uterus

OPPORTUNITIES TO REDUCE OPERATING COSTS IN THE PRODUCTION OF LEGUMINOUS CROPS

abstract 1501906001 issue 150 pp. 1 – 9 28.06.2019 ru 341
The article considers the possibility of reducing the cost of tillage in the production of grain crops. The most important economic characteristic of production is operating costs. In terms of agricultural production, they represent the amount of contributions to wages, depreciation, repairs, and the cost of fuel, lubricants and other consumables. In this regard, the aim of the research was to determine the dynamics of operating costs in the production of legumes. Determination of the dynamics of operating costs was carried out on the basis of the results of studies of energy-saving technologies in a stationary experience. Variants of processing of the soil on the conventional technology was layered subsurface tillage combined unit, UNS-3, the layered subsurface tillage unit CUO-2 and conventional tillage (PN-5-35). No provision was made for zero tillage technology. As a result of the research it was found that on pre-sowing tillage and sowing, the value of operating costs varies for the crops under consideration, but has almost the same values (within each crop) for the methods of the main tillage. More preferable for this type of work is zero tillage, as it provides 21-29% lower operating costs due to direct sowing of crops. The highest operating costs for all the crops under consideration are observed in the main tillage. In the same technological period of work operating costs are the most variable. Thus, depending on the technology of the tillage when growing winter wheat, they change within 117,2-5229,2, the production of spring barley - to 167,8-4517,4 and in the production of peas – to 136,6-4517,4 thousand rubles

THEORETICAL BACKGROUND TO THE SUBSTANTIATION OF LOADING A POTATO STORAGE CONTAINER

abstract 1602006004 issue 160 pp. 39 – 49 30.06.2020 ru 341
Today, the main goal of the State Program is to ensure food independence of Russia within the framework of the Food Security Doctrine, which includes accelerated import substitution, namely the creation of new technologies in the field of potato storage, which in turn will reduce the supply of agricultural products from abroad. But, despite the existing success, the problem of potato losses during transportation and storage still remains in the Russian Federation, comprising from 30% to 40% of the grown crop, in many cases, by the end of storage, losses reach 60%. This article describes a container for transporting and storing potatoes in storage. The disassembled container is transported to the place of loading of the product, where it is mounted and loaded with potatoes. When loading containers for storing potatoes in order to reduce damage, various types of shock absorbers are used. One of the simplest absorbers is the rubberized fabric belts, which are deflected between the opposite edges of the container. The location of the belts, their width and the distance between them will determine the passage of potato tubers when they are loaded. Successful implementation of the presented design will help reduce mechanical damage to tubers and increase the safety of agricultural products

ANALYSIS AND SELECTION OF WORKING MACHINES FOR PRE-TREATMENT OF THE SOIL UNDER GRAIN CROPS

abstract 1231609114 issue 123 pp. 1671 – 1683 30.11.2016 ru 339
The best predecessors for sowing grain are grains and legumes, tilled cultures and perennial grasses. The precursor also determines the choice of the tillage type. The imperfection of the working bodies of the machines for soil treatment is the main reason for the increase in the complexity of preparing soil for sowing. In recent years, domestic manufacturers have been producing combined working machines that perform several technological operations in one pass. To prepare soil for sowing grain there have been selected disk units and working machines which were tested on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station. They fit well with the existing technology. It is rational to conduct tillage of soil for tall crops and perennial grasses by the disc cutter BDM-4×4. The disc cutter efficiently prepares the soil for seed bed cultivation on tilled precursors in one pass or two passes. It is efficient to conduct tillage on grain precursors by the stubble cultivator KSP-6, by the disc combined unit AKD-3 or DCN - 3.3. After grain predecessors the disc guns prepare soil for seed bed cultivation in two passes, and after perennial grass in a single pass. According to the results of the trials on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station the stubble cultivator KSP-6 efficiently prepares soil for sowing in one pass of the unit. The block-module cultivator MSC provides high quality pre-sowing cultivation simultaneously with sowing. There was proposed the method of equipping the unit so that it would provide usage of the data and technical characteristics of the tractor and physico-mechanical properties of the soil for which the technological operation is to be done. The proposed method determines the transmission ratio for which the amount of slipping does not exceed the permissible values in agro requirements. The value of the theoretical speed is calculated for the given transmission. Operating speed is determined taking into account the slip values

MATHEMATICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL SUPPORT OF A POST-GRADUATE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

abstract 1311707016 issue 131 pp. 162 – 177 29.09.2017 ru 339
Education was always an important part of the development of the individual and society, because education is the process of the formation of mind and character. Each level of education currently requires increased attention, since the quality of life of future graduates directly depends on the quality of the provision of educational services. Despite the fact that most of the educational process is formalized by educational standards, regulatory documents and local acts of educational institutions, this area continues to need both automation and the development of various models, methods and techniques, the use of which will greatly optimize the implementation of the educational process. There are few software products, models and methods that assess the quality of education and the educational process in general, aimed at individual elements of the educational system. In all the existing, basically, there is only support for working with bachelors, slightly less often with masters and very rarely with graduate students. This article describes methodological approaches to assessing the achievements of graduate students, as well as an information system for supporting the educational process of graduate school
