COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE VENTILATION MODELS OF THE SUBSTRATE WHEN COMPOSTING

In the article we have performed a comparative analysis of a traditional system of air supply to the bioreactor during the composting process and the developed system with lateral air supply. We have proven to reduce temperature variation of the substrate as a result of the use of the ventilation system by 35%. During the simulation, equal to 1.0 hour, a ventilation system with side air flow provides a reduction of the accumulated degree of heterogeneity of status parameters of the substrate by 58%. Use of the ventilation system with side air flow reduces the duration of technological cycle of composting 7 %. CONTROL OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES BASED ON SCADA

SCADA is modern information technologies. The monitoring and control of various technological processes in industry and in agriculture are possible thanks to these technologies. The training complex is created to study features of SCADA systems. The domestic SCADA Trace Mode The domestic SCADA Trace Mode is used in this complex. Students study the abilities of this system on the example of the heating process. Trace Mode controls humidity and regulates temperature in a closed space. Its advantage consists in creation of automatical workstation. There are a device for accurate temperature measurement; Video, which repeats the work of the heater on the screen of the workstation. There is also a trend with graphs of humidity, of temperature; there is an alarm report with information on the magnitude and timing of the process failure. ORGANIZATIONAL AND TACTICAL FEATURES OF THE AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT SITE EXAMINATION

This article discusses the organizational and tactical features of the aircraft accident site examination. For successful solution of the problems which the investigator faces: for a quick and thorough crime detection, exposure of guilty persons and their fair sentencing, the investigator should clearly understand what circumstances are to be ascertained and proved in a particular case. The aircraft accident site examination is primary and necessary investigative activity. Success of the investigation of aircraft accidents, which are often accompanied by human deaths, depends on the efficient accident site examination. Very often, seemingly identical situations are generated by different causes and require an individual approach. To choose the best way of discovering past events the investigator should consider the organizational and tactical features in the course of crime scene examination. To carry out the efficient accident site examination, experts in the field of aeronautical engineering, a forensic expert or a doctor as well as a specialist of forensic units for the production of photo and video at the crash site should be involved. It is necessary to fix and remove the traces and other evidence, and the obtained data must be recorded in the accident site examination report

For different industries, there was a need of creation new equipment and mechanisms with enhanced characteristics. Special requirements are imposed to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. BIOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF GOLSHTINSKY YOUTH OF AUSTRALIAN SELECTION

The article presents results of a comparative study of the experimental groups of Holstein animals belonging to the Reflection Sovering line: four groups of repair calves and four groups of bull-calves. The peculiarities of their growth and development were studied at higher daily rates of drinking milk and early training of experimental animals to plant feeds with a probiotic supplement of cellobacterins in the milk period. The technology of growing the animals of the experimental groups had differences: I-control group - up to 6 months of age was grown according to the traditional technology for farming: 200 kg of milk (for 50 days) and 400 kg of return (from 50 to 110 days), concentrated feeds consisted of starter feed (50%) and (50%) maize, the same amount of concentrated feed and the same composition was obtained by calves from experimental groups; II-test group - up to 6 months of age received an increased amount of milk (for 25 days) - 200 kg and 400 kg of return (from 25 to 60 days); animals of the III-rd experimental group - up to 6-month-old age received an increased rate of milk drinking (for 50 days) - 450 kg and return (from 50 to 110 days): heifers - 600, bulls -800kg. Animals of the IV-experimental group-up to 6 months of agereceived an increased rate of milking (for 60 days) - 450 kg and return (from 60 to 120 days): heifers - 600, bulls -800 kg. The calves of all experimental groups were fed a probiotic preparation of cellobacterin in an amount of 3 g for each animal up to 18 months of age. The live weight changed significantly depending on the age and the level of feeding of the experimental animals. The use in the feeding of calves of experimental groups of increased daily average milk yields and the addition of a probiotic to cellobacterin in the diet positively influenced the growth and development of experimental young animals, promoted a more intensive increase in live weight

THE EFFECT OF FEED RATIONS ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF HOLSTEIN-FRIESIAN BREED BULL CALVES

The article presents the results of scientific and industrial experience in identifying the effect of feed additives on the productivity and biochemical parameters of bull calves’ blood in fattening. The calves of Holstein-Friesian breed at the age of 30 days were selected as objects of research. In the diet of the bull calves of the experimental groups, we used feed additives in the main diet: probiotic feed additive “Cellobacterin+”, feed vitamin-mineral concentrate “Tetra+”, complex feed concentrate. We found that the most active weight gain is observed in the group of calves that received complex feed concentrate. In all experimental groups of bull calves, we observed a decrease in the activity of hepato-indicator enzymes and a thymol sample. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the use of the complex feed concentrate containing biologically active substances and the additive “Cellobacterin+” (in comparison with the control and other experimental groups) leads to maximizing the increase in the average mass of bull calves, which is associated with the synergistic effect of biologically active substances and living microorganisms Enterococcus faecium 1 - 35. The same tendency is observed with respect to the activity of hepato-indicator enzymes - AST and ALT, which, compared with the control group, decreases by 35.6% and 28.2%, respectively

THE POLICY OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The import substitution problem, that is replacements on the Russian commodity market of foreign production with domestic, is not new and periodically rises including the country leaders. In the first queue, import substitution connects with the solution of one of the main objectives of economy of Russia – its diversification. However, an attempt to develop complete policy of the power was made only after imposition of sanctions. So, it was told about need of overcoming critical dependence on foreign technologies and industrial output in the message of the Russian President to Federal Assembly at the end of 2014. The Russian President Vladimir Putin urged to use the situation developing in connection with sanctions for an exit to new boundaries of development and during "straight line" in April of the current year. Now, by estimates of the government, the import share in various industries of economy is extremely high. For example, Russia imports in civil aircraft construction more than 80% of accessories, in heavy engineering – about 70%, in the oil and gas equipment – 60%, in the energy equipment – about 50%, in agricultural mechanical engineering to dependences on category of products – from 50% to 90% of details etc. The opinion is popular that the moments, heavy for economy of Russia, connected with decrease in foreign demand for the raw materials delivered by Russia and natural devaluation of ruble are a peculiar window of opportunities for development of the domestic industry and deepening of import substitution. However, despite a number of the "successful" moments in this sense, is, for example, crises of 1998 and 2008, the state did not use them fully

The article discusses the monitoring of labor in the pilot organizations. The monitoring of labor indicates that nowadays it is particularly relevant to introduce organizational innovations in the field of staff remuneration in order to stimulate the proper production behavior. The article deals with the problems of innovative development of the employee’s motivation in an unstable economic development. The authors proposed the technique of information provision of the management staff with natural and value indices of labor resources generated in IFRS. An effective system of motivation of the personnel is of a particular importance in a turbulent economic environment, because in a competitive environment the employer views the staff as an essential resource that determines the success of economic market agents. The greatest attention should be paid to the staff training and saving valuable employees that enables organizations to achieve high financial results. The main aspect of the solution of many administrative decisions is a science-based system for obtaining timely, reliable and cost-effective information on the use of labor resources generated in the accounting and analytical base of the organization
