ANAEROBIC BIODEGRADATION OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS IN MICROBIAL FUEL CELLS

abstract 1011407029 issue 101 pp. 496 – 510 30.09.2014 ru 2233
МF-4SК membrane-based microbial fuel cell (MFC) was used for an anaerobic utilization of organic com-pounds of various liquid wastes. During incubation in short circuit mode, decreasing of the COD value on range 30-87 % depending on the type of wastes was detected. The dependence of the microbial fuel cell output power on the value of the external load was determined by a number of structural characteristics of MFC

AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO EVALUATE AND IMPROVE THE OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF THE FREGAT IRRIGATION MACHINE

abstract 1201606071 issue 120 pp. 1093 – 1107 30.06.2016 ru 444
The article contains a scientifically based approach to assessing and improving the reliability of DMU "Frigate" in the conditions of the Rostov region. The studied parameters for the elements with the lowest resource were: mean time between failure, mean time to repair, probability of failure, the parameter flow of failures, failure rate, actual and allowable factors of readiness. The analysis of the main faults of DMU "Frigate", identified nodes and elements, characterized by the low reliability, for which the dependences of probabilities of failure-free operation, as well as the dependence and developed the procedure for calculating the optimal duration of recovery of failed elements, to ensure acceptable availability. Statistics on major faults refuse items were collected over the three irrigation seasons from 2013 to 2015, were investigated failures due to wear of the elements for 17 irrigation machines. As a result of the research we developed mathematical apparatus of calculation and the comparative assessment of the readiness of the parks sprinklers of various farms to perform their processing functions at the same and different number of machines. We obtained the dependence for determining the allowable duration of the recovery elements that will allow you to determine the main directions of improving the reliability of DMU "Frigate" during the operational phase

AN INCORPORATED PERSON AS A CONSUMER IN A CONTRACT OF RETAIL SALES

abstract 1111507022 issue 111 pp. 391 – 404 30.09.2015 ru 1686
In Russian civil legislation the consumer is a citizen who concludes the contract of retail sales for purposes not related to business activities. Incorporated person has no right to conclude a contract of retail sales. Therefore the law on consumer protection is not used for legal entities. The law on consumer protection gives to consumers an opportunity for simplified procedure to challenge acts or omissions of the sellers and protection of their rights. But at the same time the incorporated person may acquire the goods, works and services not for business purposes. In particular, this occurs when incorporated person buys goods for its professional aims, not just for its implementation. The authors think that legislator unreasonably violates the rights of legal entities, because they can not be consumers. The authors justify the possibility and the necessity of recognizing the incorporated person as a consumer in the contract of retail sale, and that will allow spreading the legal norms of consumer protection on them

AN ELECTRIC MODEL OF A CITY TRANSPORT NETWORK

abstract 1121508017 issue 112 pp. 244 – 253 30.10.2015 ru 909
The main characteristics of a transport network are the intensity of the traffic flow, speed and density of its traffic. Comfortable driver's traffic density is determined by the rule of the traffic police, which is "clearance between cars on the road should be a tenth of the speed of movement." We have built a reference curve of the density function of the flow of vehicles on its speed, which is basic when simulating a traffic flow. The article describes a model of electrical city transport networks, allowing calculating traffic flows, their speed, the density and the number of traffic lanes by means of laws of electrical engineering. We have also compared electrical concepts (current, resistance, electro-motive force, etc.) and transportation (of intensity-flow lane road, transport driving force, etc.). For the transport network there are methods of calculation of electrical circuits - a method of Kirchhoff's laws, loop currents, etc. We have confirmed the correctness of electric models and the possibility of its use for the calculation of transport networks; as well as we have presented an example of the calculation

AN ALGORITHM AND A PROGRAM FOR CALCULATING THE NUMBER OF COMBINATIONS FOR LARGE NUMBERS WITHOUT CALCULATING THE INTERMEDIATE FACTORIALS BY THEIR DECOMPOSITION INTO PRIME FACTORS AND ABBREVIATIONS

abstract 1181604110 issue 118 pp. 1662 – 1671 29.04.2016 ru 837
Classical combinatorial formula to calculate the number of combinations from n on m: C(n,m)=n!/(m!(nm)!) involves the intermediate calculation of factorials, which is often impossible when n>170, due to limitations in the capacity of numbers that are used in programming languages and created through these systems. However, in some cases it is necessary to calculate the number of combinations for n and m much larger than this limit, such as when a value greater than 10000. In such cases, there is a definite problem, which manifests itself, for example in the fact that many on-line services meant to calculate the number of combinations with these parameters do not work properly. In this article, we present its solution in the form of an algorithm and software implementation. The essence of the approach is to first decompose the factorials into prime factors and reduce them, and then to produce multiplication. This approach differs from those cited in the Internet

AMPLITUDE-FREQUENCY AND AMPLITUDEVELOCITY CHARACTERISTICS OF A RIGID OSCILLATING INCLUSION MOVING WITHIN A TWO-LAYER ISOTROPIC MEDIUM

abstract 1331709035 issue 133 pp. 448 – 466 30.11.2017 ru 629
The article is dedicated to a numerical investigation of a plane problem of the oscillation amplitude of a buried source, depending on the frequency and motion speed in various isotropic media. Three types of the medium are considered: a two-layer package with a rigidly fixed base, a two-layer package with a mechanically free base, a half-space. The source, in the form of a stress jump simulating a rigid inclusion of small dimensions, moves in the interface plane at a constant speed. Homogeneous boundary value problems are considered in a moving coordinate system associated with a source. The solution method is based on the usage of integral Fourier transforms, the method of direct contour integration and algorithms for constructing symbols of Green's matrices. The method of direct contour integration significantly simplifies calculations in comparison with the traditional approaches to the calculation of Fourier integrals. We have presented calculations of nine amplitude-frequency and amplitude-velocity characteristics for different combinations of medium and source types, that give an exhaustive qualitative and quantitative description of the solutions for boundary value problems in a wide range of velocities and frequencies. Comparative analysis of calculations showed a primary influence of the type of an elastic medium on the investigated characteristics, as well as the large influence of the source type. Which, in turn, revealed some substantial connections between the boundary value problems with a moving source and the corresponding problems with a stationary source

abstract 0811207039 issue 81 pp. 523 – 542 30.09.2012 ru 1712
The report, presented by 18-20.09.2012 in Gaylvaylerhofe / Germany at the European meeting of Ampelography ECPGR in international cooperation of the COST project, provides the information about the collection, the study and the storage of wild grape vines, as well as indigenous and selected varieties in the National ampelographic collections of Russia, nowadays containing 3,220 specimens of 42 countries, 191 of which were oppressed with phylloxera. The modern zoned assortment of grapes in Russia (according to the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation) with the most common areas of local and introduced varieties is examined. The summary of the impact of the clonal selection of the classic industrial engineering classes, conducted by the author’s original technique, as well as the achievements of combinative breeding of the actively breed resistant varieties is given. Moreover, their reproduction at the level of selected protoclones or elite breeding forms (candidate variety) was conducted with in vitro method
