ALLOCATION OF HYDROLYABLE NITROGEN IN THE SOIL ROOT ZONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRIP IRRIGATION AND FERTIGATION IN THE INTENSIVE APPLE ORCHARD

abstract 1111507095 issue 111 pp. 1460 – 1473 30.09.2015 ru 954
Nitrogen supply of soils is an important factor in the successful cultivation of agricultural crops. Nowadays, in the Central Black Earth region there are planted orchards with high density of trees, with installed systems of drip irrigation and fertigation. Such orchards are relatively new, particularly in this region. Fertigation ambiguous effects on soil structure and its content of nutrients, especially hydrolysable nitrogen. Therefore, the study of the distribution of hydrolysable nitrogen in the soil under the influence of fertigation and drip irrigation is important. The aim of our research was to investigate the distribution hydrolysable nitrogen in the root soil layers 0-20, 21-40, 41-60, 61-80 cm. Investigations were carried out according to conventional methods. In these layers of the soil, we have determined the content of hydrolysable nitrogen and yield. As a result, we have found that in variants with fertigation were the highest yield. In addition, with fertigation it was noted higher content of hydrolysable nitrogen in the soil as compared with the control without irrigation, especially in the deep layers 21-40; 41-60 and 61-80 cm. It was also noted increase of hydrolysable nitrogen in the soil along the periphery of the wetting

ALLELOPATHIC PROPERTIES OF WEEDS AND THEIR PLANT-RGB MOD IN MINERALIZATION

abstract 0731109011 issue 73 pp. 110 – 120 30.11.2011 ru 1621
The article presents the data of the degree of allelopa-thy-optical activity of extracts from the aerial parts, roots and rhizosphere of weeds, which is manifested in the inhibition of germination of winter wheat. Rusty-negative balances of cockle and wild oats, containing cellulose and decomposing slower, depress the test-culture of winter wheat after mineralization within 30 days

ALLELIC VARIANTS AND EXPRESSION CANDIDATE GENES FOR ABDOMINAL FATMASS IN CHICKENS

abstract 1101506086 issue 110 pp. 1296 – 1313 30.06.2015 ru 1377
The expression of nine candidate genes for QTL abdominal fat weight and relative abdominal fat content was investigated by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the liver, adipose tissue, colon, muscle, pituitary gland and brain of broilers. The high mobility group AT hook1 (HMG1A) gene was up-regulated in liver with aratio of means of 2,90 (P≤0,01) in the «fatty» group (relative abdominal fat content 3,5±0.18%, abdominal fat weight 35,4±6,09 g) relative to the «lean» group (relative abdominal fat content 1,9±0,56%, abdominal fat weight 19,2±5,06 g). Expression of this gene was highly correlated with the relative abdominal fat content (0,70, P≤0,01) and abdominal fat weight (0,70, P≤0,01). The peroxisomeproliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG) gene was also up-regulated in the liver with a ratio of means of 3,34(P≤0,01) in the «fatty» group relative to the «lean» group. Correlation of its expression was significant with both the relative abdominal fat content (0,55, P≤0,05) and the abdominal fat weight (0,57, P≤0,01). These data obtained and the data of references will allow the statement that the HMG1A, PPARG and FABP2 genes were candidate genes for abdominal fat deposition in chickens. Searching of rSNPs in regulatory regions of thesegenes could provide a tool for gene-assisted selection

ALLELE-SPECIFIC PCR FOR TYPING OMPH-TYPES OF PASTEURELLA MULTOCIDA AND SEARCING FOR NEW APPROACHES TO STUDYING OF PATHOGENICITY OF BACTERIAL ISOLATES

abstract 1471903033 issue 147 pp. 180 – 197 29.03.2019 ru 383
Pasteurella multocida is an important respiratory pathogen of cattle. OmpH Protein is a major protective antigen of bacteria has been well studied in avian strains. In the literature there are no data available for the study of a variety of sequence of this protein among isolates with cattle respiratory pathology. There have been described several genes associated with the virulence of the bacterium in respiratory disease of cattle, but none of the authors compared the frequency of detection of these genes with the pathogenicity for laboratory animals. The aim of our study was the development of allele-specific PCR to determine Omph-types of Pasteurella multocida and the search for new approaches to assess the pathogenicity of isolates of bacteria. Total amount of 83 isolates allocated from the lungs of calves with respiratory pathology was investigated. All isolates belonged to groups A or D (isolates 63 and 20, respectively). Among isolates of capsular serogroup A we revealed 6 types, most propagation types were A1 and A2. All isolates of capsular serogroup D were one omph- type. In 16 out of 23 farms there were identified isolates of only one omph-type, 4 - 2 types, 3 - three types. The frequency of gene hgbb - hemoglobin binding protein correlated with pathogenicity of isolates for white mice. The developed allele-specific PCR along with hgbb gene detection can be used for screening and studying the properties of antigen and circulating pathogenic isolates and selecting a candidate vaccine strains

ALL-SEASON ELECTRO HELIO WATER HEATER WITH A VERTICAL COLLECTOR

abstract 0851301004 issue 85 pp. 39 – 47 28.01.2013 ru 1655
The completed observations have confirmed the expediency of vertical installation of the all-season electro helio water heater’s collector under certain conditions. In summer, Kv is considerably more than unity. In winter and low season, Кv is nearly equal to unity, which is necessary

ALIEN POLYCHAETE SPECIES IN THE BOTTOM COMMUNITIES OF THE AZOV SEA IN THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

abstract 1171603089 issue 117 pp. 1357 – 1369 31.03.2016 ru 754
The article presents monitoring of the course and the beginning of new invasions due to the intensification of these processes in the basin of the Azov Sea of; investigation of the influence of the alien species upon the acceptor ecosystem. Methods. The material was collected at the monitoring transect in the Don River delta and in the surveys of the r/v “Professor Panov” in the Taganrog Bay, Sea of Azov. Standard hydrobiological methods of the data collection were used. Results. Penetration of three polychaete species was recorded; course of invasion of two of them was traced. Impact upon the acceptor ecosystem was researched. Preliminary species identifications using morphological characters were carried out; sources and the ways of the invasions are suggested. Conclusions. Estuary zone of the Sea of Azov (the Taganrog Bay) has a high invasion capacity. Of the three species penetrated into the Sea of Azov basin in 2013-2015, one (Aracia sp.) naturalized successfully, though didn’t affect much the ecosystem. On the contrary, polychaetes of the genus Marenzelleria are increasing rapidly their area; in two years, they became dominant along the considerable part of the water body. The invasion of Streblospio sp. is at its very beginning at the time
