Author of the article examines the current state of the global arms industry in the world and makes it possible to identify the main trends of its development. The modern global financial crisis, which is well-known in almost all regions, led to a reduction in military spend-ing in many countries. Thus, in Western and Central Europe were introduced austerity measures, including military spending. However, the design of the military budget for 2013, the U.S. seeks to maintain the re-quired level of readiness and technical equipment of the armed forces, improvement of the financial situa-tion, housing and other types of support for the mili-tary. The article presents the ranking of countries on military expenses in 2011, and has the appropriate conclusions

Comparative analysis of the informativity of ultrasonic
and radiographic examination of the lungs at the initial
diagnosis of inflammatory infiltrate and at case followup
of its involution during treatment was performed in
154 children with pneumonia. Higher informativity of
ultrasound compared with radiography was
determined. All children underwent ultrasound
monitoring of pneumonia since admission to the full
restoration of normal ultrasound image. Assessment
criteria of pneumonia involution were the size and
echostructure of an airless zone. Stationary ultrasound
was performed at least 3 times. Outpatient ultrasound
was repeated at least 2 times within 1 month, in some
cases children were observed up to 3 months with
monthly dualfold study
The article presents a project of the Yang-Mills
amplifier. Amplifier model is a multilayer spherical
shell with increasing density towards the center. In
the center of the amplifier is the core of high-density
material. It is shown that in such a system, the
amplitude of the Yang-Mills waves rises from the
periphery to the center of several orders of
magnitude. The role of the Yang-Mills field in the
processes occurring in the nuclei of galaxies, stars
and planets is discussed. The data modeling to
strengthen the Yang-Mills field in the bowels of the
planet, with an atomic explosion, and in some special
devices such as the voltaic pile. To describe the
mechanism of amplification chromodynamics field
used as accurate results in Yang-Mills theory and
numerical models developed based on an average and
the exact equations as well. Among the exact
solutions of the special role played by the centralsymmetric
metric describing the contribution of the
Yang-Mills field in the speed of recession of galaxies.
Among the approximate numerical models can be
noted the eight-scalar model we have developed for
the simulation of non-linear color oscillations and
chaos in the Yang-Mills theory. Earlier models were
investigated spatio-temporal oscillations of the YangMills
theory in the case of three and eight colors. The
results of numerical simulation show that the
nonlinear interaction does not lead to a spatial mixing
of colors as it might be in the case of turbulent
diffusion. Depending on the system parameters there
is a suppression of the amplitude of the oscillations
the first three by five colors or vice versa. The kinetic
energy fluctuations or shared equally between the
color components, or dominated by the kinetic energy
of repressed groups of colors. In the present study, we
found that amplification chromodynamic field leads
to a sharp increase in the amplitude of the suppressed
color, which can lead to an increase in entropy,
excitation of nuclear reactions and decays particles
The article presents a project of the capacitor in the
Yang-Mills theory. Model capacitor represents the
equipotential surfaces separated by a space. To
describe the mechanism of condensation
chromodynamics field used numerical models
developed based on an average of the Yang-Mills
theory. In the present study, we used eight-scalar
component model that in the linear case is divided
into two groups containing three or five fields
respectively. In contrast to classical electrodynamics,
a static model of the Yang-Mills is not divided into
independent equations because of the nonlinearity of
the model itself. However, in the case of a linear
theory separation is possible. It is shown that in this
particular case, the Yang-Mills theory is reduced to
Poisson theory, which describes the electrostatic and
magnetostatic phenomena. In the present work it is
shown that in a certain region of the parameters of the
capacitor of the Yang-Mills theory on the functional
properties of the charge accumulation and retention of
the field is similar to the capacitor of the electrostatic
field or a magnet in magnetostatics. This means that
in nature there are two types of charges, which are
sources of macroscopic Yang-Mills field, which are
similar to the properties of electric and magnetic
charges in the Poisson theory. It is shown that in
Yang-Mills only one type of charge may be
associated with the distribution density of the
substance, while another type of charge depends on
the charge distribution of the first type. This allows us
to provide an explanation for the lack of symmetry
between electric and magnetic charges
The article presents results of the study of yield, mechanical composition and quality of bunches of newest white grapevine varieties called Artemis, Sauvignon tamanskii and Inkroche tamanskii, in the conditions of Taman in the Krasnodar region. The yield of the studied genotypes ranged from 10.4 to 13.3 t / ha: the highest yield was in Artemis, and the lowest – in Sauvignon tamanskii. The average weight of the bunch was in Sauvignon tamanskii (152 g), the variety Artemis had 143 g and Inkroche tamanskii had 130 g of bunch weight. The percentage of berries in clusters ranged from 95.3 in Artemis to 95.9 in Inkroche tamanskii and Sauvignon tamanskii. The ratio of fruit mass to the mass of crests was 20.3 in the varieties of Artemis and 23.5 in Inkroche tamanskii and Sauvignon tamanskii. In genotypes of Artemis, Sauvignon and Inkroche Taman Taman the weight of 100 berries was 200, 160 and 130 g, respectively, the mass of 100 seeds - 4.6; 3.1 and 2.9 g, the average weight of the pulp from the juice to the weight of the skin - 24.3; 19.5; 15.9. The percentage of pulp and juice in clusters of the studied varieties was 85,9-89,1%, and the ratio of pulp to juice to the solid residue 6,1-8,2. Yield of musts from the studied sample was 74,5-75,4%. The content of sugars in the berries (17,5-19,6 g / 100 cm3) was dependent on the yield, the characteristics of varieties and timing of the harvest, but the harvest was favorable for the production of beverages and wine materials

The reaction of winter wheat of Krasnodar
Agricultural Research Institute selection that is
included in the State Register of selection
achievements in the Russian Federation, on the
predecessor, the sowing time and the level of mineral
nutrition in 2008 - 2010 was studied in
"Severokubanskaya agricultural experimental station"
P.P. Lukyanenko Krasnodar Agricultural Research
Institute, located in the northern area of the region.
The objects of research were cultivars ‘Bezostaya 1’,
taken as a standard, ‘Tanya’, ‘Grom’, ‘Sila’, ‘Ligue 1’,
‘Irishka’ and ‘Yumpa’, with a specific weight of
strong wheat (excluding the cultivar ‘Bezostaya 1’) -
57.1%, essential - 28.6%, weak - 14 3%. The
predecessors are winter wheat, sunflower, white
mustard. Seed dates: the 20th of September (optimal
for determining the originator of the cultivar) the 1st
and 10th of October. The background of mineral
nutrition is N0P0K0, N60P30K30 and N120-160P90K60. The
soil is an ordinary powerful heavy-loam chernozem
with humus content in the soil layer 0 - 30 cm 3.95 -
4.00%, of mineral nitrogen - 8.3 - 10.7 mg / kg of soil,
of mobile phosphates - 22.4 - 26 6 mg / kg of soil, of
exchangeable potassium - 330 - 360 mg / kg of soil.
Weather conditions during the research were
extremely contrasting, both by the precipitation and by
the temperature conditions. Based on these studies, it
was found that five or six cultivars of this crop that
differ in biological and economic features, the reaction
on the predecessor, soil fertility and sowing terms as
well as adapted to the specific soil and climatic
conditions should be used to obtain consistently high
yields of winter wheat. Well-chosen cultivars, predecessors and sowing terms predecessors allow
without additional cost on the unfertilized background
to increase the yield on 0.20 - 0.79 t / ha. Together
with the growth of yield, the technological quality of
grain is improved: protein content by 0.5 - 2.4%, fibrin
content - 1.7 - 7.6%. The principle of mosaic use of
cultivars with specific predominance of strong wheat
is 57.1%, essential - 28.6%, weak - 14.3%, it allows to
produce the grain when you apply the minimum dose
of 12.5% protein content, 20.9% of fibrin content.
When using N90P60K60 respectively 13.3 and 23.6% at
a dose N120-150P90K60 - 14.4 and 26.8% with an average
of 13.5 - 24.0%
The influence of the predecessor and different doses of mineral fertilizers on the yield and the quality of the winter wheat cultivar ‘Krasnodar 99’ were investigated. Investigations were carried out in the North-Kuban Agricultural Experiment Station in two ten- course crop-rotations: grain plowing and grain - grass plowing (stationary experience). The soil is the black soil, low in humus, powerful, with humus content 3,95-4,00%, depending on the nutrition in the arable soil layer (0-30sm), mineral nitrogen is 5,9-8,3 mg / kg of soil, exchangeable potassium is 330-360 mg / kg of soil. It was found that the maximum value of the winter wheat crop structure elements is noticed in the fertilizer systems with complete mineral fertilizer, and the minimum value - with PK and NK. Winter wheat yield depends on the crop rotation of 8-15%; from its predecessor - 15-18% and 27-31% of the fertilizer. The protein content was mainly determined by the fertilizer dose. Enhanced and high doses of fertilizers contributed to an increase in the protein content to 12%.A strong correlation between protein content, agronomic methods and precipitation was determined
CJSC Priazovskoye located in the Slavyansk district is in the area of the Priazovie marshes. Soil and climatic conditions make it possible to grow many heat-loving crops including rice. The farm specializes in the cultivation of rice and the production of meat and cattle dairy products. The rice system is divided into 8-crop rotations, where, in addition to rice, animal feed is grown. Livestock waste is used as organic fertilizer in the fields of crop rotation. In the field experiment with perennial grasses (alfalfa) as predecessor, the change in yield and seed quality of three rice varieties Rapan, Diamant and Flagman was studied. The rates of the applied fertilizers were: phosphorus 100 kg/ha, potassium 60 kg/ha and increasing rates of nitrogen from 30 to 120 kg/ha. It has been established that the optimal rates of nitrogen fertilizers after alfalfa are 90 kg/ha (a.i.) for Rapan and Diamant varieties and 60 kg/ha (a.i.) for Flagman. At the same time, the maximum grain yield was obtained for Rapan - 7.45 t/ha, Diamant - 8.27 t/ha, Flagman - 7.62 t/ha , and the best seeds were formed in terms of germination and emergence. Analysis of the crop structure of rice varieties showed that with increasing rates of nitrogen the productive tillering and grain mass per panicle increased. With the nitrogen rate higher than the optimum, the number of unfilled grains per panicle and the grain /straw ratio have increased. Based on this analysis, it can be considered that the number of unfilled grains per panicle and the grain /straw ratio can serve as indicators of the response of rice plants of these varieties to an excess of the optimal level of mineral nutritions
