One of the factors for economic stabilization and
growth of the industrial production index is
appearing young high quality trained professionals in
prior areas of modernization and technological
development of the Russian economy. Every year
the state spends huge financial resources to ensure
the budget places for the Russian economy
demanded specialties and departments of
universities. However, as shown by monitoring
carried out at different levels, about 75% of
graduates are not able to integrate into the
production process for various reasons In connection
with the vector of strategies of modern education
reforms should be the creation of prerequisites and
conditions for the effectiveness of the system based
on a comprehensive implementation of innovative
mechanisms of organizational and economic activity
of educational institutions. As well as the reduction
and, in the future, complete elimination of the gap
between the needs of the economy to a qualitatively
trained staff and modern system of vocational
education. This article discusses issues related to the
conditions for the training of qualified personnel for
the regional economy in the current conditions, the
main ways of integration of young highly qualified
specialists in various industry sectors. This is
possible with the implementation mechanisms of
public-private partnerships in education, which
allows combining the interests of universities, large
and medium-sized businesses, and in the future
accession and small businesses. We determined
priority directions and synergistic interaction and the cluster approach to public policy, business and
university towards the restoration of the lost
positions "nurturing" human capacity for the relevant
quality criteria demands of employers, focused not
only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical
experience of the high school graduate

Crop production is one of the main branches of agriculture. Its development considerably affects the nutritional needs, as well as the impact on the livestock.
In the work of the crop industry was analyzed for example JSC "Rodina". The authors of the article reviewed the resources possessed by the Organization: average annual number of employees, total land area, the average annual cost of fixed and circulating assets, costs of production, power, presence technology, livestock. There are the results of the company for 3 years. The article analyses the sales prices of main plant products, revealed the most profitable crops: cereals and legumes, sugar beet, sunflower. Priority crops for cultivation, in the organization are winter cereals. Spring cereals are not cultivated during the year, because these sorts of crop industry's most capricious climate, that does not meet the production cycle, investigated the organization.
The study has identified factors that have influence on the gross harvest of products. Such factors are: productivity, acreage and harvested area, as well as losses during harvesting. In an opinion article disclosed reserves increase the collection of crop production, and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the production industry
The article deals with studying the ways of optimizing
the amount of chemical additives in the wood-concrete
material, i.e. arbolite, which contains foamed
polystyrene gravel aggregate. To make arbolite
honeycombed structure more conglomerated a nonreactive
aggregate, i.e. hogged chips, has been partially
replaced with foamed polystyrene gravel aggregate
which has a mean particle size equal to a concrete
pocket size. The article also deals with various
additives to be used, taking into account the nonreactive
aggregate type and its quality, the composite
density and its reinforcement level. All chemical
additives have been chosen to make the initial material
more porous, to produce a film covering the aggregate
surface and to speed up the process of concrete
hardening. To solve to above problems a series of
experiments was carried out, the latter studied various
combinations of factors changing at certain levels. The
results of studying the foamed polystyrene gravel
aggregate influence on the arbolite structure and its
characteristics were used to make a choice of the
arbolite composition. The main criterion of the optimal
amount of chemical additives has been considered the
arbolite strength. The experimental data processing has
resulted in the finite regression model which describes
the chemical additive amount influence on the arbolite
strength. The tables in the article show the levels of
technological factors varying and the matrix of
planning the experiments to be carried out in order to
optimize the chemical additive amount. As a result of
the research accomplished the optimal amount of
chemical additives has been determined which enables
to produce the arbolite with some foamed polystyrene
gravel aggregate in its composition
In this article we have investigated ways to preserve the quality of horticultural products during transportation and loading works for the intrafarm transportations
The successful development of livestock requires
maintaining and further increasing of the genetic
potential, the basis for the manifestation of which is
the adequite balanced feeding. Currently, one of the
most urgent problems of livestock breeding is to find
ways for reduction of the negative impact of various
feeding factors on the animals. In industrial
conditions, it is difficult to exclude various feed
stresses, which lead to a decrease in productivity,
survival rate and ill health of animals and poultry.
The work summarizes the research in this direction,
taking into account the achievements of domestic
and foreign authors. A serious problem of feed
producing companies and livestock farms is the grain
and compound feed affection with fungi and their
metabolic products - mycotoxins. Based on the
results of the research of several authors, the ways of
solving this problem were identified and
recommendations on the reduction of the negative
effect on the body were provided. It is noted, that
one of the best and effective ways to reduce the
negative effect of mycotoxins on the body is a
method of administration of adsorbents in animal
feed. But it should be taken into consideration that in
order to maximize the protection against mycotoxins
and minimize their harmful effects on the body of
animals it is necessary to use preparations, which
include adsorbents of organic and inorganic nature,
as well as to comply with the dosage of their
introduction into the diets of animals and poultry. The
progressive forms of preparations of a new
generation, solving problems of the negative impact
of feeding factors, include probiotics, which contain
some bacteria, immobilized on the solid particles, so
that they inhabit the intestine faster. Modern
biological complexes have immune correcting
properties, increase non-specific resistance of the
organism, normalize microbiocenosis of
gastrointestinal tract, and stimulate the functional
activity of the digestive system. Therefore, it is
necessary to use feed additives with detoxification
properties as part of animal compound feed,
according to recommendations on their application in
appropriate dosages
The article deals with the basic methods of stabilizing voltage generators for small hydroelectric power plants. It shows a block diagram of the implementation and analysis of the characteristics of the work; it reveals the advantages and disadvantages. The authors explain the features of the work of the functional circuits voltage regulators with discrete ballast, with phase control and management of the load current. It is shown, that to improve the performance of small hydroelectric power plants considerably we have to use contactless generators in their construction: asynchronous generators with capacitive excitation and synchronous generators with permanent magnets. The functional scheme of the voltage regulator, the construction of which has an additional field winding, simplifies the system voltage stabilization of the synchronous generator with permanent magnets, as well as a functional scheme of an asynchronous generator voltage regulator, made using step-up transformers, which significantly reduces the weight of the capacitors providing excitation of the generator and compensation of reactive power load. We have discussed the methods and devices for stabilization of voltage generators which will improve the effectiveness of pre-design work on the creation of new devices of stabilization of parameters of electric power generators for small hydroelectric power plants with improved operational and technical specifications
