SOUND EFFECTS INFLUENCE ON THE OPERATOR’S ORGANISM IN PRODUCTION CONDITIONS

abstract 1201606072 issue 120 pp. 1108 – 1120 30.06.2016 ru 416
Here we present a brief survey of noise effects on human’s organism in production conditions, including noise effects on operators of machines and technical devices. It is well known, that any biological organism exists in balance with its environment. However, noise effects being stress factors knock the operator of machines and technical devices out of the working rhythm and cause different kinds of health disorders such as blood pressure increase, fatigue, disorders of the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract and the like. All this may lead to accident situations, reduction of labor productivity and quality of work. Frequently health disorders start with hearing impairment which leads to disorientation in the threedimension space and malfunction. It is because the hearing apparatus as biological system provides the organism with sensory information and ensures selfpreservation. In the noise conditions, these characteristics are conflict: on one hand, the hearing organ should possess high enabling capability to receive positive signals, and on the other hand, in order to adapt to the sound hearing and sensitivity will decrease. The duration of noise exposure and the number of years spent under influence of the noise are also of great importance. Thus, it is obvious that control of the noise and prevention of harmful effects of the noise on machine operators are important components of production process in the agrarian sector

OPTIMIZATION OF OPERATION AT THE FOUR HARROW

abstract 1231609060 issue 123 pp. 878 – 886 30.11.2016 ru 416
Disc tools are designed for the surface treatment of the soil, as well as for loosening and preparing the soil for planting, weed control and grinding residue, for seedbed preparation without preliminary plowing in the system of minimum tillage technology and after thick stem row crops harvesting. It implements a disk type implements include a disc mounted on the individual rack. Classical instruments of this type are made with a rigid stand mounting the cutter body to the frame. In the classical working body attachment scheme has a number of disadvantages. One of them is the lack of a safety element. The proposed version of the working body of the fastening using a spring strut has the following advantages. When zooming in on the disc obstacles (dense soil, bump, pit, stone), flexible disk drives backward, up, down or to the side (left, right) by the spring property (elasticity) of the curved rack. This design reduces the shock load on the bearing assembly, wherein the disc is returned to the original position by passing earth and crop residues without blockage. The purpose of structural changes was to reduce the energy intensity of the surface treatment process of the soil while improving reliability

DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY-RIPENING WHITE CABBAGE VARIETIES IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA

abstract 1241610065 issue 124 pp. 1010 – 1019 30.12.2016 ru 416
Early-ripening white cabbage has a special place among the vegetables cultivated in Kuban region. It opens the pipeline of vegetables from the open ground and is supplied to other regions at a time when shortage of vegetables of domestic production is felt the most. Modern producer requirements to domestic hybrids are the highest - product quality, uniformity and productivity should not concede to foreign analogues. Ways to improve the quality of early ripening hybrids: development of lines based on modern foreign hybrids, high uniformity of lines by morphological and economic traits. Development of male sterile lines and dihaploid lines in culture in vitro can more successfully solve the problem of quality of early ripening hybrids. The use of the above methods and approaches helped develop series of inbred lines - gene sources for complex agronomic traits. On the vase of obtained lines promising earlyripening hybrids were developed. One of the hybrids, Ritsa F1, entered the State register of breeding achievements. Advantages of the hybrid: earliness, uniformity and high marketability of heads, high productivity. According to results of contest trial new hybrid Milana F1 is passed for State trial, this hybrid has high productivity potential for growing in sale cropping. Both hybrids were produced with the participation of male sterile line Dt46f, resistant to fusarium. High quality seeds of these hybrids were produced in a greenhouse in direct crop for a wide industrial and environmental testing

BIOPOSITIVE METHODS OF PROTECTION AND RESTORATION OF ERODED AND DISTURBED AREAS OF AGRICULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ZONES

abstract 1491905017 issue 149 pp. 92 – 101 31.05.2019 ru 416
The struggle against soil erosion and the restoration of disturbed lands is a pressing issue for the regions of the North Caucasus and southern Russia. This problem is also acute in Kabardino-Balkaria, where more than 30% of agricultural and coastal lands suffer from water, anthropogenic and man-made erosion. Existing methods need to be improved and adapted to natural and local conditions. The aim of the work was to develop more efficient methods for the accelerated recovery of eroded and disturbed areas of land with the use of biopositive products and fastenings from local materials. Several technological solutions have been developed for the protection and restoration of land plots of agricultural and recreational zones located on slopes and coastal zones that have been eroded and disturbed by economic activity. All of these technical solutions are investigated and brought to the level of inventions and utility models. According to the results of the research conducted for the mountain and foothill areas of eroded lands, new methods are proposed based on the use of environmental protection technologies and restoration of damaged land. The introduction of these methods increase the effectiveness of anti-erosion measures and reduce the material costs of their implementation

COMPRESSOR TYPE OZONATOR

abstract 1191605068 issue 119 pp. 972 – 983 31.05.2016 ru 417
The article is devoted to the development of a compressor type ozonator. It describes the design of a high-productivity compressor ozone generator, which can be used for industrial decontamination of mixed feeds, water, milk, and in the system of presowing treatment of seeds. This construction allows generating ozone with high concentration to 5 g/m3 at high feed air or oxygen from the compressor station (up to 2000 l/min). The article describes the design of the basic elements of tubular ozone generator, examines the factors influencing the productivity of the ozonator. The proposed mathematical model allows calculating the productivity of the ozonator when considering multiple influencing factors. These factors take into account: the parameters of supply voltage, such as the magnitude and frequency of the supply voltage; the configuration and geometrical parameters of electrodes such as, the area of the electrodes, the configuration of the surface of the electrodes and distance between electrodes; parameters dielectric barrier; and the transported gas parameters such as volume, temperature, pressure and composition. Special attention is paid to the design of the electrodes made of woven wire mesh with mesh sizes from 1.5×1.5 to 2.0×2.0 mm. It is noted, that such electrodes allow obtaining the maximum productivity of an ozonator, and they do not lead to overheating of the dielectric barrier, and do not output down the generator. In the same way, the article presents the results of the mathematical modeling of ozone generator productivity while changing various factors

SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF TOBACCO SEEDS GROWING

abstract 1211607048 issue 121 pp. 835 – 845 30.09.2016 ru 417
Nicotiana tabacum and rustica are facultative self-pollinated plants, therefore, because of pollination peculiarities, specific methods are applicable to growing seeds of this plants. Researches on mass, individual and family, recurrent methods of seeds selection for productivity and sowing properties are carried in the institute for revealing most efficient methods of getting seeds. Seeds growing system for Nicotiana tabacum and rustica is a part of general seeds growing system for all agricultural plants and consists of breeding, testing new sorts, mass reproduction of seeds with retained biological and productivity properties, seeds harvesting and controlling their sort and sowing properties. Primary growing of nicotiana tabacum and rustica seeds is carried by individual and family or recurrent selection and further testing of chosen plants, distinctive for this sort, on economically valuable and biological properties. Peculiarities of each zoned sort are kept by retaining its primary genome with constant selection of highly productive genotypes, specific for this sort. Well-organized seed growing system leads to sort potential revealing. Biotype composition of sort is obviously changing in a few years, so primary seeds growing system should be constantly improved
