The production system analysis of high-quality winter wheat grain was done and the problem solution methods based on mechanization production processes strategy through a new generation of equipment and innovative improvement of machine technologies were outlined. Deterioration of grain quality indicators in the country was marked: the proportion of strong wheat is not more than 0.5% of commodity grain resources, and about 80% of exportable parties is wheat of 4...5 classes. Thus, it is possible due to the process mechanization to raise the grain quality. A well-known method of functional-cost analysis was applied to ground machine technological operations, which are the first to be developed in order to improve the wheat quality in the entire technological system, the demand for which is reduced abroad. The basic technological principles of production of high-quality grain were designed. They have three subsystems: the structure of the wheat varieties for the agricultural producer, the previous crops for wheat, features of cultivation technology of valuable varieties on the basis of intelligent manufacturing systems machines. The mechanization of high quality grain production processes was proposed. It can provide engine technology improvement due to rational composition machine-tractor units of new generation. They allow abandoning the outdated usual items of machinery used in their system and dramatically raise labor productivity due to the combination of operations, quality of work, yield and reduce costs. The features of mechanization on harvesting and post-harvest grain refinement are reflected with the aim of improving its quality. Applied to various forms of management, intellectual grain sorting means of mechanization recommended, which contribute to an increase in wheat quality. The impact of "neveika" technology with the completion of a heap at the stationary place on the grain quality improvement was marked

Based on the analysis of modern production and sales of agricultural products, the main problems of this sphere, the impact of various economic and political phenomena on it, state support and foreign sanctions were studied. The issues of improving the implementation of agricultural products, the direction of development and improvement of the sales management system are considered. The influence of the seasonal factor in the sale of agricultural products producers was established. On the example of the sale of eggs of representatives of small forms of management with the help of the construction of the polynomial trend and the seasonality index, a forecast for 2017 and 2018 is made. The sales activity of the enterprise should directly focus on the current monitoring of the market situation, cooperation with other producers, joint search for partners with the goal of not only short-term cooperation, but also possible conclusion of any long-term contracts taking into account the forecasted sales volume. We have proposed measures to improve the implementation of agricultural products, the direction of development and improvement of the management of sales and storage of products through the establishment of wholesale distribution centres. Various methods for the formation of such centres are indicated. Prospects from the implementation of these projects and possible problems of their creation are explored

Sustainability of enterprises plays an important role in the economic and social life of all industrially developed countries. Despite numerous publications devoted to the analysis of the sustainability of organizations, there are still ambiguous approaches to the methods of analysis for different authors. In addition, for companies of different industries, forms of ownership, geographically located in different regions of the border, the methods and indicators for assessing sustainability can vary considerably. In this connection, there is a need to develop a decision support system that would allow the most efficient assessment of the sustainability of the largest possible range of enterprises, with the possibility of adjusting and flexibly tuning as many parameters as possible. The article describes the architecture and algorithm of the DSS, which implements the following model of initial data generation in its functional; Model of formation of a tree-like structure of groups of indicators on the basis of which the stability is assessed; Model for specifying the fuzzy sets belonging to the recommended values of the indicators; Model for calculating the values of groups of indicators and their fuzzy estimates; The model of graphical interpretation of the organization's sustainability assessment. The developed system was tested on the basis of the company called Antey LLC
The market for functional food products is continuously
increasing and, according to analysts, by 2020 its
share will reach 40% of all food products. The development
of the healthy food has been gathering momentum
in recent years, the search for non-traditional
types of raw materials is constantly being conducted,
and new recipes for products enriched with natural
food additives are being created. In this regard, special
attention is paid to the production and use of powdered
food additives from plant raw materials. Theoretical
significance and practical applicability of powder
technologies in different years was substantiated by
such famous scientists as Deryagin B.V., Donchenko
L.V., Zimon A.D., Zubchenko A.V., Kasyanov G.I.,
Magomedov G.О., Paschenko L.P., Rebinder P.A.,
Tilesnik M.A., Yankhin E.D. In their opinion, using
natural food additives, it is possible to obtain functional
food products with specified chemical composition
and properties. The objects of our research were apricot,
grape seeds, pumpkin flesh, black currant and seabuckthorn
berries, spinach, apples and flour from lowfat
barley. In the course of the study, the effect of dispersity
of the obtained powders on their antioxidant
activity and frictional properties was studied. The expediency
of introducing powders into the composition
of multicomponent food products for enriching them
with carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements is
shown. The organoleptic evaluation of the produced
powders showed that they have high taste values. The
study of organoleptic and microbiological indices of
products enriched with such powders indicates prolongation
of their shelf life. As the main results of the study, we note the assessment of the chemical composition
of the powders from the investigated objects, as
well as the improvement of the technology of drying of
plant raw materials with sparing technological regimes

Winter wheat is very demanding on the nutrient regime of the soil. Like many winter crops, it consumes the nutrients unevenly distributed during the vegetation period, which must be considered when making them. Modern varieties of winter wheat are very demanding to soil fertility. For the formation of 4,0-4,5 t/ha requires about 140 kg of nitrogen, 50 kg phosphorus and 120 kg potassium. Therefore, without the use of fertilizers, it is not possible to obtain such a crop with high grain quality. In addition, in the cultivation of winter wheat in the high and intensive technologies simply need using large amounts of fertilizer to compensate for the removal of nutrients. This is especially important when having partial or complete reduction of application of organic fertilizers. Therefore, we consider the possibility and the results of studies using different doses, combinations and types of fertilizers in technology of winter wheat cultivation. Experimental studies were carried out in the conditions of insufficient and unstable moistening of southern zone of Rostov region, on experimental fields of the federal state scientific institution «ASС «Donskoy». For research, we have chosen the most common varieties of winter wheat (Tanais, Granite, Axinite, Terra, Donskoy prostor, Motto) and various combinations and combinations of mineral and organic fertilizers. The experiments were conducted on two predecessors: couples and peas. As the controllable parameters we had the productivity and quality of winter wheat. We have found a positive impact of the in-change of fertilizer on the studied parameters with a share of the variance of 96% and a high degree of correlation of 0,98. The marked increase in the productivity of winter wheat is up to 22% when using different versions of the experiment. We have identified rational combination doses of mineral and organic nutrition for predecessors: peas N40P60K40+2N30 and vapor – manure 40t/ha+2Р60+2N30
The significant part of our country's roads is subject to snowdrifts in winter. To ensure smooth and uninterrupted traffic in road transport during winter time, road facilities have to use vast amounts of mechanized and manual labor, as well as spend large sums of money. There are cases of snowdrifts on roads and interruptions in the traffic of road transport causing serious damage to the national economy of the country. Road workers face an important task of ensuring uninterrupted traffic in road transport in winter and reduce the cost of the road maintenance. In this regard, road facilities use a variety of means in order to protect motor roads from snow drifts: installation of portable shields, permanent fences, snow-protective plantings of various widths and structures. The evidence from practice shows that forest stand is the most durable, reliable and economical means of protecting roads from snowdrifts (snow breaking tree belts)
