This report presents the dynamics, factors and trends
in the industry of juices and juice products in the
Southern Federal District, Russia. Producing
companies in juice industry and juice production,
located in Southern Federal District are
characterized. The status of the participating
organizations of the exhibition "PRODEXPO-2015"
is investigated. Processes of strategic management
of competitiveness of factories for bottling juice are
studied. The problems of organizing the strategic
management of competitiveness of the organizations
at the micro and macro level are identified.
Activities of the “Russian Union of Juice Producers"
are analyzed. Also we present guides about
development of management of competitiveness of
manufacturers of juices and juice products in
Southern Federal District, adapted to the present
economic reality in the structural component of the
food industry in the region. They include:
expansion of the authority of the Russian Union of
Juice Producers (RUJP); organization of a national
competition for producers of juice products in
Russian Federation (designed position, its
mechanism and the symbol Award); realization of a
continuous modernization of the product line, which
is reduced to a systematic assortment management
In the article it is proved that prompt entry of Russia
into the market caused a set of practical and theoretical
problems in various spheres of public life of the
country. The Russian economy endures the period of
deep system transformations that allows defining it as
the economy of transitional type characterized at the
microlevel by transformation of economic subjects,
conditions and the directions of their activity,
formation of essentially new control system of
enterprise structures, the system of marketing becomes
one of which rod elements. The innovative approaches
to segmentation of the markets and positioning of
goods which are based on reconstruction of market
space by means of application of a complex of the
unique decisions considering features of functioning of
the company, specifics of the market, and also specific
social and economic conditions of conducting
economic activity are investigated. The main
directions of search of unoccupied market niches are
revealed, the comparative characteristic of two
essentially excellent strategy of activity of the
company – is carried out when conducting competitive
fight and at refusal of this fight as a result of formation
of market zones, free from the competition. The
technique of formation of market zones, free from the
competition is offered. Use of technologies of
innovative marketing allows to reduce the risks
interfaced to development of innovations as these
technologies give the chance objectively to estimate a potential demand to reveal a target market segment
and to answer a question of expediency of continuation
of development or their inefficiency for enterprise
structures
The article presents and analyzes the assortment of
"Bumfa Group" with the methods of ABC analysis,
XYZ-analysis. It gives the description of the goods
offered by the organization, its customers and its
main competitors. The profile of competitive
advantages and disadvantages is compiled. It
presents the results of marketing research of
consumers acquiring products offered by LLC
"Bumfa Group" - the goods in terms of popularity,
the factors influencing the decision to purchase,
customers’ satisfaction in price, packaging and
product quality, the results of customers’choice of
new products to update the assortment, customers’
satisfaction in volume of incoming advertising
information about the products of "Bumfa Group."
The necessity to optimize the assortment of the
organization is founded. To achieve this aim we
developed a project to introduce new products in the
range of goods - wet wipes for office equipment. The
characteristics of the new product, the production
plan and performance indicators of the project are
supplied
Official statistics and information as well as the results of the modern researches in the field of finances and budgetary process were used in the given article. The aspects of forming the budget system as a key element of regional financial system were singled out. We examined the institutional peculiarities and modern tendencies of the development of budget system of the Krasnodar Region between 2009 and 2013. There are some positive characteristics: relative diversification of sources of tax yields, high diversification of portfolio of debentures, low level of interest payment for debt service, balanced system of debit. Some negative aspects were revealed: significant deterioration of balance sheet figures, reduction of self-financing ratio for the given period, high budget deficit, gap between the dynamics of small enterprises development and the budget expenditures size for support of small and medium-sized businesses. Taking into account that along with the Russian economy, the economy of the Krasnodar Region slows down, there will hardly be a significant rise of tax revenue to the budget system of the region. That’s why, modernization of the budget system of the region must be connected with the development of the financial management quality at all the levels of budget system: target and effective flow of funds for the social sphere, fight against shadow economy, increase of return for the use of property such as privatization, optimization and effectiveness of budget expenditures
The article presents an analysis of the theoretical and conceptual foundations of innovation and innovation activities. The study revealed the following classification features of innovations: scope, object, cause of beginnings, stages of STA, which resulted in the innovation, the degree of intensity, the depth of changes, novelty, the pace of innovation realization, the scale of innovation, a place in the enterprise, productivity, innovation effectiveness, nature of the need. The final result of innovation is not only to get economic but also scientific and technological, social, ecological and other effects. The innovation process in poultry is turned directly to the introduction of new ideas on the stages of production. Poultry farming is a dynamic, growing sector of the domestic agricultural complex, the most precocious branch of livestock, characterized by high production efficiency. The cost-effectiveness of producers’ innovation is reflected by net discount profit, profitability index, the period of payback discounted costs and internal rate of return of the project. It was found that one of the most pressing issues arising at the moment is the presence of international competition. It is necessary to solve a number of problems related to the improvement of product quality, effectiveness increase of applied technologies, favorable veterinary conditions on poultry farms. In the period of introduction of innovation technologies in the poultry it is necessary to prepare promptly the personnel which will be working with the new equipment and new technologies
The problems of warehouse service for the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are analyzed in the article. It is established that one of the primary issues of further development in both general crop growing and gardening is providing with the qualitative modern warehouse capable to consider all features of products range. The lack of agricultural producers using own storages which meet high technical production requirements, is that region logistic centers set inflated prices which force producers to sell products at adverse price conditions. Warehousing costs and postharvest processing are so high that storage of production becomes uneconomic in the long-term period. Tendencies and prospects of regional production growth and sale of fruits and berries in interrelation with development of warehouse infrastructure are characterized. Considerable discrepancy of growth rates of the available and entered warehouse infrastructure to the growing regional needs for production of plant growing is observed. First of all the following is connected with reorientation of the region from market import-oriented strategy on import substitution. The measures of the state support of warehouse infrastructure aimed at providing effective development of the market of agri-food products are presented. Factors and the directions of development of warehouse infrastructure of the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are revealed, the perspective directions of development of the studied branch are defined. It is necessary to consider growth of efficiency of the applied intensive technologies, activization of investment processes in the form of new methods of warehousing, and also growth of level of automation as a condition of warehouse infrastructure improvement in the Krasnodar region, that will promote decrease in warehouse costs and increase of competitiveness of the organizations
The article has identified, systematized and ranked by priority the factors that contribute to the content, structure and efficiency of production and the technological infrastructure of the agri–food market in the Republic of Adygea and determine the growth and improvement of product quality, the degree of resource-saving and productivity growth that allowed us to substantiate the steps of determining the level of development in the infrastructural support on the basis of building relevant factors according to their impact on the competitiveness of producers and the region as a whole. Based on the analysis of the current state of production and technological infrastructure of the agri–food market in the Republic of Adygea, we proved the need to reduce the complexity of the production processes through automation and mechanization of the most labor–intensive elements of resource and storage technologies and diversification of them through long–term storage of agri–food products. By calculating the warehouse stock and the needs of identified storage capacity we decided to reduce the unit cost for storage of agricultural products, which allowed proving return on investment in the development of resource–saving technologies in the organization of distribution logistics facilities in the region. We prove the economic feasibility of investment in on–farm storage organization of fruit and vegetables in the agricultural organizations of the Republic of Adygea in a significant seasonal shift of purchase prices and increased cost of the services of third–party storage facilities, allowing more specific ways to enhance the competitiveness of warehouses and facilities of industrial and technological infrastructure of agri-food market in general

The principles and the methods of strategic planning were shown in the article. We have investigated the tools of strategic analysis, strategy development and enterprise strategic plan. In the implementation of the strategic planning process – the strategic development of the company – we use the analysis of internal and external environment: PEST–analysis, five forces model of Michael Porter, administrative examination, analysis of the “value chain” by M. Porter and system management analysis of Mc Kinsey CVP–analysis
(Cost – Volume – Profit), SWOT–analysis. On the basis of the analysis of the company’s internal and external environment, as well as the SWOT–analysis, we have proposed a business strategy. Among all the methods of portfolio analysis in strategic planning, the authors identify three of the most famous ones: the method of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG); model of McKinsey; Model of ADL / LC (a concept of life
cycle). We have also substantiated a comprehensive
strategic plan, as well as its system implementation and
management, because the previously developed strategy
was a generalized idea of the direction of the organization.
The research made by the authors was
based on the use of the following groups of methods:
target program; economic-mathematical methods
(simulation of queuing systems, theory of production
functions, dynamic modeling) and methods of network
planning
