The problems of warehouse service for the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are analyzed in the article. It is established that one of the primary issues of further development in both general crop growing and gardening is providing with the qualitative modern warehouse capable to consider all features of products range. The lack of agricultural producers using own storages which meet high technical production requirements, is that region logistic centers set inflated prices which force producers to sell products at adverse price conditions. Warehousing costs and postharvest processing are so high that storage of production becomes uneconomic in the long-term period. Tendencies and prospects of regional production growth and sale of fruits and berries in interrelation with development of warehouse infrastructure are characterized. Considerable discrepancy of growth rates of the available and entered warehouse infrastructure to the growing regional needs for production of plant growing is observed. First of all the following is connected with reorientation of the region from market import-oriented strategy on import substitution. The measures of the state support of warehouse infrastructure aimed at providing effective development of the market of agri-food products are presented. Factors and the directions of development of warehouse infrastructure of the market of fruit and berry products in the Krasnodar region are revealed, the perspective directions of development of the studied branch are defined. It is necessary to consider growth of efficiency of the applied intensive technologies, activization of investment processes in the form of new methods of warehousing, and also growth of level of automation as a condition of warehouse infrastructure improvement in the Krasnodar region, that will promote decrease in warehouse costs and increase of competitiveness of the organizations
For the development of the agro-industrial complex, a real modernization of the economy is necessary, without which it is impossible to ensure the growth of labor productivity, the reduction of production resources and, as a consequence, the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the industry. In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the main elements of the investment policy are the adoption of legislation, regulating the investment process; providing investors with various financial and non-financial benefits and incentives; creation of organizational structures for investment promotion; development and examination of investment projects through public sources of financing; provision of guarantees to banks for the allocated funds for them to implement investment projects, selected on a competitive basis; accumulation of public funds through the issuance of municipal loans. The investment policy in the system of the agroindustrial complex should be aimed at ensuring a harmonious and balanced development of all parts of the complex, modernization of production capacities, increasing the efficiency of its use. As a result, the potential for advanced development will be formed; an effective system of public administration, conditions and incentives for the development of human capital, competitiveness of goods and services will be developed. Attraction of direct investments in development of industrial infrastructure will allow activating investment activity in the territory of the Krasnodar region. Investors are enabled to expect to receive tax benefits, subsidies and other government support measures, which will improve the investment attractiveness of the region
The article examines the factors, which influence the
formation of the market of poultry production. Agricultrual
producers have developed diversified business
channels, which depend on the nature of the
economic interests of the owners of farms, local
market conjuncture, the level of development of its
own product processing and logistics structures. The
growing share of imports has created a tangible
threat to food security and the increasing dependence
of megalopolises and big cities on import, in
addition long-term relationaships have been destroyed
within the existing socialist system, increased
prices disparity. Only at the beginning of the
21st century Russian poultry industry started to get
rid of the consequences of liberal market reforms. In
many ways, the development of industry were contributed
by the realization of the priority national
project «Development of agriculture» and by the
State program of development of agriculture and
regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw
materials and food for 2008-2012. However, the
modernization of poultry subcomplex was mainly
catching and accompanied by increasing dependence
on imports cross, equipment, premixes and feed.
Poultry organizations have high debt on loans, subsidies
for reimbursement of the cost of interest com
unevenly, putting poultry farms in a disastrous situation.
In 2014, Russia has 21 region – poultry donor
(where the volume of domestic production exceeds
consumption) and 61 recipient regions (where the
volume of domestic production is less than consumption)

The article is an author's view on the problem of innovation and innovation environment applied to the oil industry of the country and its regions. The main task set by the authors during the study is the development of theoretical provisions for determining the priorities for the formation of an innovation environment in the Russian oil and gas sector and the development of methodological recommendations for the improvement of the innovation environment. For this purpose, the following tasks were accomplished: the essence of the innovation environment of the oil industry as an economic category was revealed and the priorities of its formation in the oil and gas complex of the region were justified; the methodological bases of the innovation environment analysis are substantiated and the priorities of its formation in the economy (structure, functions, indicators) are revealed; proposals to improve the innovation environment in the oil-producing region have been developed; methodical recommendations on the development of innovative processes in the industry have been formed. Concerns about fuel safety, environmental problems are growing in the society. Therefore, in this article, the authors propose their own approaches to the organization of interaction between the subjects of regional oil and gas markets, the external environment and municipal and state authorities on a science-based basis. The purpose of this concept is to create a local oil territorial production complex that will be dynamic, flexible, capable of rapid adaptation in changing conditions
Moral risk is presented as actions of economic agents
to maximize their own utility at the expense of others
due to inequality of information and differences of
interests, manifested in changing the behavior of one
of the parties to the contract. The moral risks in the
banking activities are divided into two groups: the
moral risks within the Bank; the moral risks posed by
the external environment of the Bank. It is established
that in the case of inappropriate opportunistic behavior
of personnel who directly or indirectly violates the
terms of the contract, the Bank often does not have
monitoring capabilities. A list of typical methods of
dealing with moral risk arising from the activities of
the Bank was created. The article substantiates the role
of Bureau of credit history (BCH) as the organization
that performs the collection, processing, storage and
dissemination of information on credit histories of individual
citizens, such as information about the balance
of debt or credit lines, events of default on the
loan, history of payments, bankruptcy. A group was
proposed for specific methods of dealing with moral
risks - measures to neutralize the moral hazard related
to the activities of the staff. One of the most problematic
aspects associated with the moral risk of the Bank
is their assessment. In fact, in modern conditions the
banks are unable to assess the level of risk and threat
resulting from the actions of moral risk and, respectively,
the consequences of them

The analysis of the state of grapes and wine production at the organizations of the Krasnodar region is carried out. It is revealed, in the long term, that high rates of development and growth of competitiveness of the wine-making organizations, especially in the conditions of economic sanctions, are predetermined by the level of investment activity. In competitive conditions, the most important factor in maximizing profits is investments allowing to overcome technical and technological backwardness, high resource cost, low labor productivity, and, as a result, weak competitiveness of products. On the example of CJSC “Primorskoye” in the Temryuksky District, the reserves for increasing the economic efficiency of grapes production are determined based on intensification of storage processes. The results of the evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of investment in the organization of grapes storage in a controlled atmosphere are presented, which will allow to increase the quality of the wine material and neutralize the effect of seasonality of sales. Premises with a total area of more than 400 sq.m with a controlled atmosphere will contribute to the preservation of production without significant losses up to 7 months. With an investments of 10,4 million rubles, direct production costs of maintenance of storages, energy consumption are reflected. Cost-benefit evaluation indicates the feasibility of investing in a project differing in average degree of risk. The main investment risks mitigation measures are presented
The state of milk production of companies in Russia and the Krasnodar region is analyzed. Reserves of increase of economic efficiency of the investigated industry on the basis of intensification of production and technological processes are revealed. Determinants of the promising directions of improving the milk production and processing with the use of resource-saving technologies in milk processing enterprises and agricultural farms in the region are assessed. Results of evaluation of the effectiveness and risk of investment are provided to the organization of vertically integrated complex, which is oriented to industrial on-farm processing of milk and production of compound feed for dairy cattle, allows to increase profitability due to use of the balanced food supply and also development of new technologies. The model of definition of economic effect and the required investments for technological equipment of milk processing units, which function as a part of the structure of the industry, depending on production volumes of dairy products is offered. Feasibility of the organization of farm industrial milk processing on the example of agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region in the conditions of a competition in the regional agricultural food market and significant disparity of the prices is proved. Improving the interrelationship between the chain of "production – processing – realization" allows producers to react to external competition quickly and to create and implement strategic decisions for the best use of available resources
