The global warming of the planet caused big changes of biological and social-economic character on the continents. It leads to necessity to invent new varieties of grapes, which are having higher adaptation to changes of environment, including practical steadiness for higher summer temperature and drought. The genetic improvement of Greece varieties was made by the methods of combine selection. The variety Likovrisi was made in Athens University of grape by P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2001 by crossing of varieties Savvatiano and Ugni white. It has higher yielding. The productive period is middle-late. The bunch is big, wings, friable. The berry is middle, round, green-yellow. The pulp is juicy, taste is harmonious. The sugar is higher. It has higher warm-drought steadiness and higher stability to mushrooms diseases in compare with it’s parents. Flesh is juicy, with nice variety after –taste. Variety is used for preparing of high quality red wines of different categories.

The Makedonas is a new wine higher quality black grape’s variety, was found out by Panteley Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 in Greece and created by hybridization between Ksinomavro and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. It’s belong to the group of Black see pool varieties on morphologic-physiological characteristics (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The variety is used for making dry red wines of excellent quality. It is very perspective variety in Southern zones of Europe where the grape couldn’t get good acidity in the juice of berries

Maria Callas is the new wine high-grade fragrant pink-berry breed, bred in Greece by Panteley Zamanidi, Leonid Troshin and Alexander Isachkin in 2003 by mating of Greek breed of Roditis with Traminer pink. Under morpho-physiological characteristics, it is included in ecological and geographical group of breeds of the Western Europe. Duration of productive phase is 146-155 days. A breed is strong grown; a degree of ripening of a vine is very high. Productivity is high. The medial mass of racemations is 180 gr. Differs with high winter-hardiness, drought resistance and raised sustainability to fungous diseases in comparison with breeds of Vitis vinifera. The flower is bisexual. A racemation is medial, conic with medial denseness. Bacca is medial, oval, pink color, with a dense wax coating. Peel is tight. Pulp is juicy with strongly expressed high quality flavour. Sugar content is high. Baccas become dry and raisin-like when overrippen and are duratingly maintained on scrubs: sugar content thus attains more than 30 %. The breed is designed for production of dry white wines of excellent quality, and also high-grade dessert and sweet wines; it is applicable for production of high-grade juice, compotes and jam as well; at drying of baccas the raisin of high quality with fragrant tender tang is gained

In January 2015, at the Vineyard and ZAO "Pobeda" in Temryuk District of the Krasnodar region, the thermometer dropped to minus 21,6 C, which resulted in significant damage to the central wintering buds. The article presents a method of determining the degree of damage of wintering buds. Based on the results of inspection of variety by sections divided into 3 groups. Group 1: saved between 40 and 72% central. This group includes the following 7 varieties : Pervenets Magaracha (uch. 64) Gibernal (uch. 74/3), Viorica (uch. 77), Riton (uch. 66), Riesling (uch. 82), Traminer (uch. 73/2), Chardonnay (uch. 73/3). Cutting of bushes should be carried out by the usual way. The task of cutting - compensate the loss of crops due to leaving the greater load. Group 2: Central buds was damaged nearly 70-85%, saved from 20 to 35% of replacement buds. This group includes Merlot (uch. 83), Tsitronyy Magaracha (uch. 69), Augustine (uch. 66), Saperavi (uch. 79), Chardonnay (uch. 74/1), Muscat white (uch. 73) Cabernet Sauvignon (uch. 80). During cutting should be left as much as possible of annual shoots and well-developed secondary shoots. Group 3: damaged more than 85% of central buds, replacement buds significantly damaged . To this group assigned Saperavi (uch. 80), Pinot blanc (uch. 74), Merlot (uch. 80/2), Moldova (uch. 70), Chardonnay (uch. 68), Moldova (uch. 22) Kaberne- Sauvignon (uch. 68), Moldova (uch. 38), Arkadia (uch. 78), Tsimlyansky black (uch. 68). Pre-cutting consists in removing all clearly dead and unusable parts of the bush (dried vines, stumps, annual shoots) that will accelerate the development of shoots from the angular buds and resting buds. Strong growth of arms (2,1-3,0 m). Percentage of productive shoots - over 90. Productivity is very high: 20-30 t / ha. The average mass of clusters is 260 g. Characterized by high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera. Lobes, the stamens and fully developed gynoecium. Bunch medium, often with tapered wing, the average density. Berry small, round, blue-black, with a thick waxy coating. The peel is medium thickness, dense, durable. Pulp and juice intensely colored. This article highlights the characteristics of twelve perspective table grapes for Eurasia with color photo-graphs of yielding bushes, young arms, leaves, clusters and berries; it presents the results of the five-year study in an industrial environment of OJS AF "South" and "Phanagoria-Agro", "Kuban" training field and branches of the Department of viticulture of Kuban State Agricultural University, and the amateur farmer conditions of private entrepreneurs of Kuban, Don and Ukraine: Citrine, Academichasky K, Rochefort K, Libya K, Anthracite, Preobragenie, Dolgojdanny, He-lios, Bogatyanovsky, Kubattik, Nizina and Chrizolit. These varieties are the basis of modern conveyor of table varieties and are recommended to be included into the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation in all regions of our country. Vari-eties of Libya K, Preobragenie and Rochefort K uni-versally zoned from the year 2014 all over the place. Preobragenie is protected with a patent and copyrights certificate

Krainov with colleagues, also presented confirming photographs in color of abundant bushes, groving buds, young shoots and their tops, adult leaves, grapes and berries; the results reported about their five-year study, both in the industrial environments of OAO AF "South", OOO "Phanagoria-Agro", Training Farm "Kuban" and the branches of the Department of Viticulture Kuban State Agrarian University, as well as in Farmer-amateur conditions of private entrepreneurs of Kuban and Don: Aniuta, Gurman Kraynova, Jubilee of Novocherkassk. These varieties create a modern conveyor of table varieties and recommended for introduction in the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation in all regions of our country for gardening use
