The article describes the application fields of a low frequency electromagnetic field for the increase the storage period of agricultural products. It also describes the advantages of the use of electromagnetic fields of the extremely low frequency to enhance the seed germination of crops, drying and reducing the microbization of raw materials in the preparation of it prior to cooking or other processing in the production of food.
