The article describes the synthesis and verification of
statistical and system-cognitive models of the
influence of environmental factors on the quality of
life of the population of the region. This stage of the
ASC-analysis is performed in the system called
"Eidos". As a result, we have created and validated
(verification stage) all the specified systemic cognitive
models. It is expected that reliability for the models of
knowledge is sufficiently high for a given subject area,
that is why we can state the discovery of a dependence
of life expectancy and causes of death from
environmental conditions. Typically, knowledge
models are approximately 20% higher in accuracy than
statistical models, which operate on the principle of
positive pseudo-prediction. Making decisions based on
the model of Abs (matrix of absolute frequencies) is
not appropriate because of the different number of
instances of classes (generalized categories) and
dependence of the solutions of this amount. In the
model called Prc2 (conditional and unconditional
percentage distribution) the dependence of the model
values of the number of examples in classes has been
removed, but the accuracy of it is usually same low as
in the Abs. In addition, for decision-making based on
this model, one has to compare the values of
conditional and unconditional probabilities manually,
which is laborious and hardly possible for large
dimensional models. The knowledge model called
Inf3, based on a measure similar to the Chi-square, is
the result of the automated comparison of values of
conditional and unconditional probabilities presented
in the model of Prc1, which is similar to Prc2, and
usually has a fairly high accuracy, especially
considering the high complexity of the subject area,
which we simulated. Therefore, in accordance with the
technology of the ASC-analysis data conversion into
information, and afterwards - into knowledge, it is the
model of Inf3 which is planned to be used for the
solution of problems of identification, forecasting, decision-making and exploring the modeled subject
area, through the study of its models
We have done the analysis of the possible connections in the real and technical systems of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge. It has been identified dependence the number of the straight connections in this system from the number of its elements. For this it was used an example of the technical systems of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge - the binary tree of the system of questions and answers, realizing the chose of the method of optimization from the va-riety of methods. In the technical system of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge have been defined and analyzed the straight and reverse connections, the connection of generation, the structural connections and the connection functioning. For these connections, the quantitative relationships were obtained
The growth of breakdown in electric networks of Russia has been followed by the growth of industrial and domestic power consumption taking place in our country in the last decade. This situation is directly connected with the high percentage of outdated equipment in electric networks. Such thing as a loss of power is directly connected with deterioration of equipment and breakdown. Average losses of power in the country are at the level of 1980-s, despite the turning point to the side of reduction outlined recently. Forecasting is one of the activities that contribute to their reduction, as it allows identifying adverse trends and calculating the effect of different kinds of technological arrangements. The visible growth of interest in the intellectualization of education and in the different fields of industry should not avoid the electric power field, which is quite conservative. The development of the concept of a “smart network” and its implementation would help to improve the reliability of electric networks. One of the signs of such a network is the possibility to assess the current situation automatically and forecasting of its parameters in the future, including energy losses. This article examines the main factors affecting the value of power losses, the analysis of the most popular methods of forecasting is conducted, and conclusion about the prospects of their use to predict the losses of power has been made based on the results of this analysis
The article describes the process of creation of an adaptive control system with a reference model to stabilize the temperature of drying agent. It is shown that the closed systems work with the operated models is quite satisfactory and therefore can be implemented in production. The increase of the gain of the controller allows reducing the duration of the transition process by one third, almost without changing the dynamic cast
In the region, there is a problem of effective management of the pharmaceutical benefits under the benefit programs and the implementation of the therapeutic process. In health care in prescription health products of preferential category of citizens we have more than five different software developers involved that doesn’t allow controlling the prescription at all levels of health administration of the region. In order to form information flows into a single space it is necessary to have an integrated software product involved, both in the prescription, and in their service. The article presents a review of existing systems for issuing and servicing of preferential recipes, and prescriptions for controlled medicines, in the context of healthcare of the Krasnodar region, including considered the variety of products offered by different developers. The concept of integration of existing systems, which will allow overcoming the difficulties associated with fragmented solutions in automation preferential drug provision. The goal of the study is to research experimentally a
pseudo-noise sequence acquisition method for
multicarrier communication systems of MC-DSCDMA,
that allows low hardware requirements and
able to operate in low quality channels. The way of
achieving this lies in using a specially developed
computer model of algorithm in Simulink. The
achieved results have shown high efficiency of the
considered acquisition method in contrast to sequential
search method. The proposed algorithm can be used in
multicarrier systems for acquisition of aperiodic
pseudo-noise sequences in wireless public networks
and in military communication networks
