abstract 0991405098 issue 99 pp. 1394 – 1430 30.05.2014 ru 1510
The article is devoted to the research of dialectic logic of the historical process, identifying the main stages. The main trends of socio-historical development have their ontological basis in the underlying definitions of dialectical logic of Hegel's. The purpose of the historical process is achieved through the establishment of specific, dialectical identities of forms of thinking with specific identities-a historical dimension of being. Each of the three available stages contains a perfect definition of past moments. The logical definition of the validity of its dialectical development there is a need for an identical grace in the history of the human spirit

THE APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ELITISM ARCHETYPE AS THE BASEMENT OF POLITOLOGY

abstract 1101506017 issue 110 pp. 275 – 292 30.06.2015 ru 887
Studying the archetype of elitism is extremely important to correctly assess the direction of historical development of the state. This provides the possibility for reasonable buildup of the state domestic and foreign policy and presents the base for constructive development of the methodology of scientific cognition in the field of politology, philosophy and history. However, as the human is a complex biological system, many aspects of the human social activities are based on and conditioned by genetic potential of the human. The study provides definition of the elite and elite communities. It sais that the whole course of the history is eventually a positive or a negative interaction of elites. Nevertheless, the appearance and functioning of any elite is only possible and understandable in the context of some particular civilization, country or in a specific period of time. If the elites are taken out of the historical context, they get a nonmaterial and mythical status. If the archetype of elitism already moving along the time axis for many hundreds and even thousands of years is present, now we can observe the qualitative change of the contemporary elite along with the change of its functions and its purpose itself. On the one hand, we can observe the process of old elites degeneration; on the other hand – new elite formations keep to appear which can be essentially different from their antecedents and have other functions and purpose

TECHNOPHOBIA IN PHILOSOPHY

abstract 1181604037 issue 118 pp. 675 – 691 29.04.2016 ru 1084
The article is devoted to the analysis of positions of some philosophers who negatively estimate a role of equipment in human lives and societies. It discusses the philosophical concepts of E. Yunger, F. Yunger, M. Heidegger, K. Jaspers, etc. Besides, the authors of this article address to A. Schopenhauer, F. Nietzsche, M. Makklyuen's heritage. In this work it is shown as methods of formalization and symbolization in science are transferred to areas of humanitarian knowledge and spiritual life, impoverishing them, turning "the understanding thinking in estimating". Calculation becomes a sign of the mechanized reality in which education, work, household submit also to the principles of mechanization. Extrapolation of mechanics to all the spheres of human existence leads to destruction of the humanistic principles: the world as mechanical system is the world where one element can be replaced with another where each part represents only object for studying and manipulation. In the article we also describe tendencies of transformation of people into masses on the basis of the rational estimating tradition of Modern times. Thus, in this work the problems menacing to the essence of "human" are being put and the message for further searches of the way of permission of the question of dehumanization in connection with technical development is formulated, when it is impossible to refuse it completely

SYSTEMS AND SOCIOCULTURAL APPROACHES TO THE ORIGIN OF LANGUAGE

abstract 1071503090 issue 107 pp. 1381 – 1400 31.03.2015 ru 1052
The article shows the distinctive features of biological and cognitive approaches to the study of the origin and evolution of language. Their advantages in understanding and explaining of the individual foundations of language faculty are considered. The study shows that these approaches do not take into account the socio-cultural and supra-individual nature of language and its close evolutionary and functional relation with communication in nature and society. The paper argues that the aim of many researchers to find specific genes of language or special cognitive linguistic ‘modules’ are achievable only in part due to systems and social nature of language, which cannot be reduced to any individual innate or acquired abilities. Nevertheless, biological and cognitive foundations should not be excluded from the system analysis of the language and have to be studied in their integrity with other sign systems (mathematic, expressive means of art, writing system, non-verbal communication, etc.). The article also discusses new insights into the theory of evolution and their applicability to the study of the origin and development of language (in particular, the problem of gradualistic/abrupt emergence of language). It is argued that the question of the "abrupt", "punctuated" evolution of language cannot be "Darwin's problem", as a number of modern scholars believe. As an alternative to the evolution of language on the basis of "macromutations" it is offered the concept of socio-cultural evolution model based on an understanding of language as a supra-individual, sociocultural sign system that develops due to the cumulative nature of culture and plasticity of individual development

SYSTEMIC COGNITIVE ANALYSIS (SCA) AND THE EIDOS SYSTEM IN THE LIGHT OF PLATON'S DOCTRINE

abstract 0450901008 issue 45 pp. 91 – 100 30.01.2009 ru 3254
In article the parallel between the doctrine of Ancient Greek philosopher Platon about Eidoses and the sys-temic cognitive analysis (SCA) with its toolkit: Eidos system is drawn. It is shown that the SCA supposes substantial interpretation in the light of Platon's doc-trine about Eidoses. Eidos system realizes mathemat-ical model of the SCA, carries out operations of res-toration of Eidoses on the basis of their concrete rea-lizations in the form of objects, allows to estimate what realization of Eidoses the given concrete objects are, and also provides research of systems of Eidoses similar with each other (their clusters) and systems of the most various Eidoses clusters among themselves, i.e. constructs.
